This study examines the multi-functionality of the cultural facilities and explores the architectural characteristics of cultural facilities in city environment. For this purpose, 1 examine the major cultural facilities in USA and Singapore. Recently, the inter-cultural communication methods have been diversified and the cultural facilities need to be designed to effectively accommodate the public's interests in these activities. It is also necessary to reexamine cultural facilities' functions in terms of how the multi-functionality facilities reflect the surrounding environment. This study also sheds a new light on the meaning of the relationships between cultural activity, and the cultural facility design. For this, I primarily look at the various design categories of cultural buildings and their main functions. Finally, I demonstrate how both cultural activity and cultural facility design elements are embodied in the city environment.

도심의 편리한 생활을 위해 초고속 데이터 통신, 상하수도, 가스등의 원할 한 공급이 요구되고 있으며 이러한 인프라 시설들은 지하터널을 통하여 공급이 되게 된다. 도심지의 교통혼잡과 소음, 진동으로 인한 사회비용의 증가와 민원으로 사실상 개착식 공법은 적용되기 어려운 실정에 있다. 특히 앞에 열거한 인프라 시설들은 2m이하의 중소형 크기로 마이크로터널링 공법이 널리 사용되고 있으며 최근에는 현실적인 현장의 요구와 공사비용의 절감을 위해 1m이하의 소형터널에 대한 요구가 늘어 나고 있으나 마이크로터널링 머신의 소형화에 따른 절삭력의 감소와 지하 장애물에 대한 대처가 어려워짐으로 이에 대한 해결책이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 워터젯이 장착된 마이크로터널링 머신이 소개된바 있지만 면판에 단순고정된 형태라 절삭면적 및 효율에 한계가 있다. 본 연구는 절삭면적의 확대 및 효율의 증가를 위해 공전하는 면판에 자전하는 워터젯 보조면판을 제안하였으며 워터젯에 가장 적합한 커터종류를 찾기 위해 절삭력을 고려한 성능계수를 제안하였다.

In this study, the existing MSS facilities were investigated for examination the the present condition of MSS treatment system. There are 23 MSS treatment facilities across the country, In total facilities, 6 facilities have economical problems, and 2 facilities were stopped the operation of establishments for technical problems, and most facilities are suffering from environmental problems, for example, odor and waste water. These kinds of problems play a role as obstacle to treat MSS efficiently. Accordingly, to reform current MSS treatment system, a few adequate measures are required. First a Guide line, which is a manual for establishment of MSS treatment facilities efficiently and environmentally friendly, must be offered from the agencies concerned of the Ministry of Environment to local governments. Second, to devise a plan for MSS treatment, Ministry of Environment and all local governments should devise a long-range policy synthetically not fragmentarily and temporarily.

This study analyzed the actual conditions of use of public sports facilities and characteristics of the users of the facilities through surveys and measured the spatial imbalance of the public sports facilities currently supplied by using gravity potential model. This study also suggests evaluation criteria that may be considered for efficient location selection by examining the change of accessibility to the facilities that meet the needs of users in the future. As the results of the questionnaire survey, unlike current usage, the users hoped for badminton, weight training and swimming. And we could confirm the demand for the expansion of the multi - purpose indoor gym which can carry out such activities in the areas. As the result of the analysis on the difference in accessibility of the public sports facility, there were some large variations in the regions. It was found that a balanced supply of facilities was needed in terms of equity. In particular, when analyzing by considering the population estimates of 2025, It is analyzed that the accessibility will be reduced to about 60% compared to that of 2015. In addition, it is evaluated as the best alternative in terms of overall efficiency that the location of the facilities should be in Munsan area where population growth is expected in the future.

악취는 사람의 후각을 자극해 심리적, 정신적 피해와 건강상의 피해를 주는 감각오염의 한 형태로 생활환경과 사람의 심리상태에 따라 악취에 대한 인식이 달라지는 특성이 있다. 최근 악취민원 경향을 살펴보면 과거 주요한 악취발생원이었던 산업시설과 축산시설보다 음식점, 세탁시설, 인쇄사 등 주거지역 주변에 위치한 시설에서 발생되는 악취로 인한 민원 건수가 점점 증가하고 있는 추세다. 이는 국민의 소득증가와 더불어 쾌적한 생활환경의 요구로 인해 지금까지 신경쓰지 않았던 생활환경 주변의 냄새를 악취로 느끼는 경향이 강해졌기 때문이다.

해양관광.레저산업을 신상정동력으로 육성하기 위한 국가정책의 추진을 위해서는 공급정책에 부합되는 기반시설의 정비가 요구된다. 이 연구에서는 해양레저활동의 기반시설여건이 되는 마리나의 도입방안을 검토하였다. 이를 위하여 국내 마리나 여건 평가를 토대로 마리나의 서비스 기능과 더불어 해양레저활동의 대중화 촉진을 위해서 도입되어야 하는 공공마리나의 역할, 기능을 제시하였다.

일반적인 시설농업의 경우, 광을 주된 에너지원으로 하는 온실을 제외하면, 시설내부의 주요 환경인자인 온도 유지를 위해 단열이 요구된다. 특히 곡물을 저장하는 사일로를 비롯하여 최근 증가 추세를 보이는 시설버섯 재배사, 그리고 양봉사나 축사 등의 단열은 냉방 및 난방에 소요되는 경비와 관련됨으로서 영농의 경영합리화와 직결된다. 따라서 단열의 정도를 나타내는 R-치의 적정범위와 단열처리의 시공성 등은 시설의 초기투자와 유지관리에 영향을 미치게 된다. (중략)
