  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the arrangement type and the improvement of the Collective Facility Areas in Korean National Park. The process of this study consists of 3-steps. The first step is to analyze spatial patterns of each Collective Facility Area and categorize Collective Facility Areas into 3 types. In the second step, the critical issues are found in landscape management of Collective Facility Areas. Thirdly the alternative design of each case which can be applicable to the planning of the Collective facility Area is suggested.

수문학적 저수지 경관수위 결정 방법론 개발 및 시설계획 사례

  • 농업용댐에서 다목적댐으로 재개발된 댐인 성덕댐의 이수기, 홍수기 확보수위 등 장래 실제운영이 예상되는 수위를 고려한 경관수위 개념을 도입하여 댐주변의 시설물을 친환경적으로 배치하고자 한다. 댐을 계획할 때는 저수지 모의운영에 의하여 적정 용수공급량과 홍수조절량을 고려한 계획홍수위와 상시만수위를 산정하게 된다. 홍수기말 상시만수위 운영 조건에서 과거의 유입량이 향후에도 그대로 재현된다고 가정하여 보장확률을 고려한 경관수위를 결정하였다. 성덕댐의 경우 37년에 1회 물부족이 발생한다고 가정하여 경관수위를 산정하였다.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the school location decision direction for land use planning of public land development. And this research proposed the school location decision direction for urban amenity. So this research present the implication on urban planning and design for architecture, park-school complex. This study perform the relationship with land use planning out side environment of school land. This research proved the fact that the school land relationship with the park, the other school land etc. And this result will be used in decision-making-process of land use planning, public land development construction, urban design and city policy.

  • This study focuses on the proposal of the basic data for the design guideline on the coming design, through the comparison analysis of the community facility's layout type inside housing complex, the space configuration and the characteristic of space program for the achievement and improvement of the physical space to cultivate the sense of community. This study investigate interviews with designers, administrators, residents, and site survey. The result of study shows that the community facilities in the public rental apartments have changed to include various programs and to increase the area like the public sales apartments, but there are spacial transformation if the community facilities do not apply the residents characteristic.

Zone을 고려한 2단계 시설배치 계획 최적화 (Optimizing Zone-dependent Two-level Facility Location Problem)

  • This paper considers a problem of locating both distribution centers and retailers in a zone-dependent two-level distribution network where either a distribution center or a retailer should be located in each zone. Customer demands of each zone should be satisfied directly from either its own distribution center or its own retailer being supplied from a distribution center of another zone. The objective of the proposed problem is to minimize total cost being composed of distribution center/retailer setup costs and transportation costs. In the analysis, the problem is proved to be NP-hard, so that a branch-and-bound algorithm is derived for the problem. Numerical experiments show that the proposed branch-and-bound algorithm provides the optimal solution efficiently for some small problems.

  • 농업기반시설인 저수지의 효율적 관리를 위하여는 관리주체의 일원화, 전문가 집단에 의한 과학적 관리를 위한 인력양성 및 배치를 통한 선량한 관리체계 확립이 필요하고, 정기적 정밀안전 진단 결과에 의한 보수보강이 이루어지도록 관리체계의 시스템화가 요망된다. 특히 정기적인 정밀점검 및 정밀안전진단을 실시하여 시설물의 기능성, 안전성 등을 점검 또는 진단하고 그 결과에 따라 변화된 자연환경에 걸맞는 시설기준을 충족시킬 수 있는 적절한 보수 보강방안을 실시하도록 지속적인 예산지원은 물론 관리주체의 선량한 관리의식이 요망된다.

  • The curriculum of technical high school has been revised many times during the past several decades because of the changes of educational circumstance. The educational goals in technical high school get toward the integration of theory and practice in every one course of major subjects in near future. In the usable methods of the classroom, the use of general classroom is lowered byway of the increase of the practice rate in special classroom, there by, in the situation that is high with respect to specialized curriculum and practice the classroom. Composite of curriculum is more effective. For these reasons, the architectural planning, especially the arrangement of classrooms and practice space according to the new curriculum has been more important than before.

  • To cope with the serious housing shortage arising from rapid urbanization and industrialization, residential communities were constructed to meet the growing demand for housing. However, mass construction of these residential communities unavoidably resulted in uniformity standardization. In particular, for high rise apartment blocs using the ground floor as the center of the lower levels housings has raised problem of sunshine, airing, privacy. The research which it sees as the house low evaluation it is coming to become it plans a public facilities on lower levels of the building which keeps the quality which the ground connection and human scale back separates as, to solve the problem point of the lower levels house and the resident collective life which is smooth becomes accomplished.
