공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined how the facility satisfaction, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, and depression of the elderly in care facilities affect their life satisfaction. The objects of the study were 271 elderly in 8 care facilities located in Seoul and associated areas. The results of a questionnaire, which was carried out from the 10th March to 25th August 2013, were analyzed. For data analysis, a t-test, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and proof analysis on the SPSSWIN 18.0 program was conducted at the significance level of 5%. The analysis revealed the following. First, there were differences in the life satisfaction depending on age, sex, education level, and marital status. Second, life satisfaction was related to service satisfaction, medical service satisfaction, facility environment satisfaction, and self-esteem. Third, life satisfaction was higher if self-esteem, service satisfaction and facility environment satisfaction were higher, and if the family relationship stress was lower. Overall, self-esteem, service satisfaction, and facility environment satisfaction of the admitted elderly were positive influential factors of life satisfaction.

본 연구에서는 사회복지시설 종사사의 직무만족도 유형을 살펴보고 유형별 예측변인과의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 검증하기 위해 보건복지부의 '사회복지시설 실태조사'(2014년) 데이터에서 직무만족도 변인에 모두 응답한 11,660명을 최종 분석하였다. 잠재프로파일 분석결과, 사회복지사의 직무만족도 유형은 4집단으로 나타나 '최상 직무만족도집단', '중상 직무만족도집단', '중간 직무만족도집단', '최하 직무만족도집단'으로 명명하였다. 다항로지스틱 분석결과, CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)를 준거집단으로 하여 CLASS1(최하 직무만족도집단)과 비교해 노동강도대비 보수수준 평가, 타직종대비 보수수준 평가, 시설안전도, 인권보장도를 높게 인식할수록 CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)에 속할 확률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 이직의사는 낮을수록 CLASS4(최상 직무만족도집단)에 속할 확률이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. CLASS4를 준거집단으로 하여 CLASS2집단, CLASS3집단도 비교분석 하였다.

With the introduction of long-term care insurance, the number of long-term care facilities and the elderly using it is increasing. Nevertheless, there was a lack of concern and research on elderly abuse and how to affect the life of the elderly in long-term care facilities. The study analyzed the data collected from 278 senior citizens of 44 long-term care facilities in two regions. The analysis was conducted to analyze the relationship among elderly abuse, service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. An analysis showed that some of the elderly experienced elderly abuse, especially sexual abuse. The experience of abuse affect the perception of the service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction of the elderly. The elderly experienced abuse was undervalued in service quality, service satisfaction and life satisfaction. Based on these findings, the implications to prevent elderly abuse of long-term care facilities are suggested.

목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Perceived value of the property and determine the satisfaction and accommodation factors impact factor in customer satisfaction, and perceived value of factors for the tourists and the the satisfaction degree of freezing gareul analysis in the following results are derived. First, the economics of accommodation, convenience to the tourists, but the perceived value and accessibility and facilities that do not affect the show better, second, the perceived value, affordability, amenities, increase tourists' satisfaction showed.

The goal of this study is to improve food coordination, which is one of the factors of menu quality, by surveying satisfaction of students who visit a university cafeteria. Using Amos 7.0 to graphically verify the structure of the overall model, these following results were obtained. First, satisfaction with Interior facilities was positively enhanced by food shapes, food colors, tableware sizes and tableware colors. The more people liked these factors, the higher their satisfaction was. Second, satisfaction with Interior decoration was judged by such factors as food sizes, food colors and tableware colors. Third, satisfaction with Interior lightings was affirmatively affected by the colors of food and tableware. Fourth, Interior facilities, decoration and lightings all have positive influence on satisfaction with food. Higher satisfaction on these factors guarantee higher satisfaction with food. Among the standardized coefficient, Interior decoration(0.460), Interior lighting(0.310), Interior facilities(0.183), Interior decoration appears to be the most important factor for satisfaction with food.

The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting the satisfaction level of the disabled and their families. As a major variable, the mediating effect of the change of the disabled was examined in the relationship between residential facilities satisfaction and family life satisfaction. A total of 810 responses were collected by conducting a questionnaire survey on 856 persons with disabilities and their parents. As a result, the facilities satisfaction for the disabled has a significant influence on the family life satisfaction and the change of the handicapped. In the relationship between facility satisfaction and family life satisfaction, the change of disabled showed partial mediating effect, and it was confirmed that the effect of facility satisfaction on family life satisfaction increased when there was a change in the disabled. The results of this study can be used as the basic data to structure the discussion of living facilities for people with disabilities and their families, as well as can be used to restructure policies and practices for residential support services for the disabled. In particular, it is meaningful as a basic data for proposing various future types of residential facilities required by parents of adults with disabilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine satisfactory of users and actual condition in the postpartum care center. This study focused on the private room for postpartum mothers. Data were collected through questionnaire survey including observations and interviews. The subjects of this subjects study were 240 postpartom mothers. The interviews were carried out from March 8th. 2003. to March 29nd. 2003 The data were analyzed by using SPSS-Win. The major results of this study were as follows: 1) The ambient elements such as noise, ventilation, and natural light should be considered primarily for the postpartum mother rooms. 2) The functional elements such as the size of the room, window, toliet are important factor of the satisfaction for users

The purpose of this study is to find out how the leadership of a badminton club leader and the facility are related to the participation satisfaction and have an effect on it. 495 badminton club members in Daejeon took part in this study. According to the analysis, the interrelation between the leadership of a club leader and the participation satisfaction was positive. The interrelation of the badminton facility and the participation satisfaction was the same. While the effect of the leadership was remarkable, the club facility's was not negative but small. Therefore, both the leadership and the facility have an influence on club members. Since the former particularly has an significant effect on the satisfaction, it needs to be concerned.
