The purpose of this study is to examine the civic participation in supply process of social welfare services in the Japanese communities and to detect the background that how "Non-profit citizen welfare organization" emerged as a social welfare service supplier of local government. Furthermore the effect of Non-profit citizen welfare organization on the expansion of employment opportunities for women is also analyzed in this study. In order to investigate the background of the emergence of non-profit citizen welfare organization as a social welfare service supplier, this study approached not only from the viewpoint of the trends of welfare pluralism followed by the crisis of welfare states, but also from the viewpoint of how local government solve the problems of consumption flexibility on welfare services. In addition, to examine the effects of Non-profit citizen welfare organization on the expansion of employment opportunities for women, a case study on the employment function of non-profit citizen welfare organization is also carried out in this study. The various background how non-profit citizen welfare organizations emerged and the employment effect from those organizations are empirically analysed through the methods mentioned above.

World Wide Views (WWViews) on Climate and Energy was an experiment of public deliberation which was held in 77 countries with over 10,000 global citizens on June 6, 2015. The coordinator of this project (the Danish Board of Technology with Missions Publiques and the French National Commission for Public Debate) developed the overal procedure, and local partners implemented the actual events in each country on the same day. The coordinator gathered the results of the events from all local sites in order to submit them as global citizens' voice to the COP21 negotiations at the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) in Paris. This study examines the extent to which such new method of WWViews, standardized at global level to be implemented in different local contexts, achieves its quality of public deliberation (representativeness, transparency, impartial inclusion, deliberativeness, influence) by evaluating the Korean WWViews held in Seoul.

In the past 70 years, various policies for Promotion of green modes (PPGMS) have introduced in Korea as a sustainable transportation system. However, so many problems are expected that PPGMS are to become fixed as successful transportation Policies. Thus, this study argues that the PPGMS must be executed in its systematic short-, mid- and long-term strategies for it to be an effective catalyst toward bringing about sustainable cities for the future.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the antecedent variables of customer citizenship behavior selected by a social exchange point of view on the Boryeong Mud Festival. Of all the questionnaires collected, 239 were included in the analysis which was performed using SPSS. Date analysis method used to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and canonical correlation analysis. As the results of the canonical correlation analysis between the customer citizenship behavior and the social exchange point of view, there was a significant relationship between the attributes of customer citizenship behavior - loyalty, cooperation, Participation and social exchange point of view - customer satisfaction, customer confidence, perceived support of customers, justice perception. Therefore, marketing practitioner should recognize the importance of customer's perception in the service circumstance and make a managerial effort to offer the best service to customer. The result of this paper may help local festival planner and marketers for festival marketing strategy.

우리 협회는 2003년 행정자치부의 민간단체 공익활동 지원사업의 일환으로 자금을 지원 받아 서산시와 함께 '한 도시 한 책 읽기 운동' 시범사업을 전개했었다. 그 당시 서산시에서는 서산시립도서관을 중심으로 '서산시민 모두가 책 한 권을 함께 읽는다면'이라는 주제로 창작 동화 "마당을 나온 암탉"을 읽고 저자강연회, 원화전시회, 영화상영, 각 종 토론회를 개최하는 등 다양한 프로그램을 통해 지역 독서 운동을 이끌었다. 서산시는 2004년 전년의 경험을 바탕으로 자체적으로 '한 도시 한 책 읽기 운동'을 전개하고 있는데, 모든 시민이 함께 읽을 책으로 창작 동화집 박기범의 "문제아"를 선정하였다. 그 이후 진행된 다양한 행사 중에는 현직 아나운서들이 직접 서산시내 학교를 방문하여 아이들에게 책을 읽어 주는 '낭독회'가 있었다. 사회 유명인사들의 도서관 문화 프로그램 참여의 좋은 계기가 될만한 이번 행사에 참가한 이익선, 정현경, 박시준 아나운서를 도서관문화편집팀이 만나보았다.

한국과학기술단체총연합회는 지난 12일 세종문화회관 소강당에서 79년도 전국민 과학화운동을 마무리하는 제 1회 과학화모범사례발표회를 가졌다. 서울시민과 학생등 7백여명이 참가한 이날 발표회에서는, 우수상 3명, 장려상 3명, 모두 9명에게 상장과 부상이 수여됐다. 다음은 일반부문ㆍ주부부문ㆍ학생부문등 3개부문의 우수상 수상 발표문이다.

In contemporary society, the importance of 'Citizen Participation' has been recognized and actively used in various fields. Archives are also planning citizen participation activities according to the trend, but there is a limit to taking the form of passive participation activities such as participation in contests and donation of records. The ultimate purpose of this study is to prepare issues and specific action plans to induce more active citizen participation in domestic archives. To this end, first, previous studies related to citizen participation in the field of records management were reviewed, and terms and concepts were established. Next, advanced cases that are stably operating overseas were selected and analyzed from various aspects, and through this, specific program operation elements and pros and cons were identified. After that, the current status of domestic archives that have or are planning to engage in citizen participation activities was investigated to derive factors to be considered from a practical point of view when introducing the actual program. Based on this study, it is hoped that it will contribute to the establishment of a participating recording culture by designing and operating Citizen-Participating Programs suitable for individual archives.

The idea of global cities were widespread in the 20th century, but now in the 21st century the paradigm has changed into creative cities. They are trying to develop the creative contents in which economy and culture are connected to promote their global competitiveness. This thesis focuses on the three main points represented in the projects of publishing journals of Namyangju city. Firstly, the project held 'community-based lectures of humanities,' and 'literary contest' to induce participation of the citizens. The results of the events, however, were not successful because of the narrow extent of creative groups of the city and not enough campaign of the city. Secondly, there was the education of citizens to promote their participation, as they are so much the main parts of publishing journals that theory and practice of reporting on their own is essential. Thirdly, the project committee established citizen publishing committee and encouraged them to do their parts at each department. As a result, citizens succeeded in building cultural infrastructure for shaping the creative city and had the initiative to publish journals about masters, masterpieces, and attractions in Namyangju city. The city and the citizens should practice the culture contents projects in both sides' cooperation.
