Design of Reaction Wheel Simulink Model (반작용 휠의 시뮬링크 모델 개발)

  • This paper cites that reaction wheel which is widely used on precisely controling a spacecraft is designed with Simulink as a software model. Electrical Characteristics and Mechanical ones of reaction wheels are applied to the simulation model and those equations are summarized for helping understanding. Moreover, results of numerical simulations with rigid body model show that the designed software model of reaction wheels is known to be well operated under its set parameter values.

  • 교류전동기 구동을 위한 산업용 전력전자 시스템은 전력회생용 양방향 컨버터, VVVF 인버터, 교류전동기 벡터제어기, 및 다양한 전기ㆍ기계적 연계 장치들을 포함하는 전기기계 복합시스템 특성을 지니기 때문에 전체 시스템에 대한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션이 용이하지 않다. 일반적으로 이러한 복잡성을 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 시스템을 근사화시키고 이에 대한 수학적인 등가모델을 유도한 후 이를 이용하여 시뮬레이션을 행하고 있지만, 이 경우 실계통의 다이나믹특성을 정확히 표현할 수 없기 때문에 시뮬레이션 신뢰성이 저하될 수 있다 본 논문에서는 가변구조 제어기법에 의해 역률1 제어기능을 갖는 PWM 컨버터, VVVF 인버터 및 유도기 간접벡터제어기 둥을 포함하는 유도전동기 구동전력전자 시스템을 다이나믹 노드 기법(Dynamic Node Technique DNT)과 시뮬링크(Simulink)를 이용하여 실제회로 구성상태와 유사한 형태로 시뮬링크 윈도우상에서 설계하고, 이를 통해 시뮬레이션을 행할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 전력전자 시스템의 특성과 제시된 다이나믹 노드 기법과 시뮬링크를 이용한 시뮬레이션 기법의 유용성을 보였다.

  • This paper presents design and implementation of the speed controller for DC motor system using Embeded Target for TI C2000 DSP library in Matlab/Simulink is introduced. Speed controller are easily design and implemented by using the Matlab/Simulink program. Feedback of motor speed is processed through eZdsp F2812 AID converter using encoder and pulse meter as speed sensor. Real-time program of controller is drawn using Simulink and converted program code for speed control of P control, PID control and parameter estimation base adaptive control is downloaded into the TI eZdsp 2812 board. Experiments were carried out to examine validity of speed response for implemented controllers. And even if controlled plant becomes alteration studied controller design and implementation easily method.

  • This paper suggests that implementation of the Simulink execution module controls Simulink simulation and shows simulation results by applying Automata theory. This module is composed of three independent systems that the main program to accept user commands, the thread to control a simulation of Simulink model and the Simulink model to execute simulation. This paper designs each module and entire system by applying Automata theory, and implements it with C# and MATLAB language. And the Simulink execution module implemented will be verified through the experiment.

Simulation Methods Development for a Plant Unit Master Control Logic Using Simulink in MATLAB (매트랩 시뮬링크를 이용한 플랜트 유닛마스터 제어로직 시뮬레이션 기법 개발)

  • The simulators for a plant unit master control (UMC) developed by domestic or overseas researchers have been developed for operator-training purposes. UMC simulators normally constructed at the end of the plant construction, despite the UMC logics, should be simulated to pre-check many signal interfaces within the power generation systems. Because of the differences in construction schedule, it is difficult for logic designers or commissioning engineers to simulate the UMC logic during the design or commissioning stage. In this background, this paper proposes a simulation method that can be used easily by plant logic designers or operators in the MATLAB Simulink programming environment. The core of the UMC is realized with a unique simulation algorithm based on mathematical analysis and functional blocks combination. In addition, an integer-based configuration was proposed to realize the plant target value control for the equipment in the logic. With these simulation methods, functions, e.g., load distribution, high-low limitations, frequency compensation, etc. were simulated. The results showed that the plant UMC logic can be simulated in Simulink without a plant simulator. The various functions proposed in this paper can provide useful information about Simulink-based simulation design for plant logic designers or commissioning engineers during the power plant construction period.

  • This study aims to develop a system that maximizes the radiative heat transfer from the heliostat to the receiver by using the configuration factor and a solar tracking device. As the heat transfer from the heliostat to the receiver is delivered by solar radiation, the configuration factor commonly utilized for radiation is applied to control the heliostat. Tracking the sun and calculating its position are possible by using an illuminance sensor (CdS) and Simulink. By applying optimized algorithms programmed using Simulink that maximize the configuration factors among the heliostat, receiver, and sun in real time, the solar absorption efficiency of the receiver can be maximized. Simulations were performed on how to change the angle required to control the elevation and azimuthal angle of the heliostat during the daytime with respect to various distances.

  • In this study, a simulation model of the harmonic injection sensorless control technique is proposed. This model is suitable for the sensorless technique of low-speed area operation of motors. The motor of this model is permanent magnet motor. For sensorless control, 1kHz square wave is injected. The change in motor constant according to rotor position is realized by having different d-q inductance values. Sensorless techniques is implemented through functions of Simulink and models provided by Simulink libraries. It is shown that the harmonic component contained in the current is extracted using a filter, and the angle of the permanent magnet of the motor is detected using the extracted waveform. The validity of the simulation model is demonstrated through the estimated motor angle waveform and the related waveforms of the motor control applied to the 1kW permanent magnet motor.

  • 최근 건축 구조물 설계에 있어서 외부 또는 내부로부터 발생될 수 있는 미지의 진동에 대하여 대책을 수립하여 구조물을 설계하고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 기타 제조업 분야에 있어서 정밀할 가공이 필요한 특수한 기계 가공기에 있어서 내부 또는 외부에서 발생될 수 있는 진동을 감안하여 시스템을 구성하고 있다. 이러한 구조물 및 기계시스템에 대하여 진동을 억제할 수 있는 진동 억제 알고리즘에 관해서는 많이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 구조물 및 기계시스템에서 발생될 수 있는 미지의 외란을 제거하기 위하여 내부모델제어(IMC)를 기반으로 수정된 적응 알고리즘을 매트랩 시뮬링크(matlab simulink)를 통하여 제어성능을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper presents, step-by-step, the capabilities that a general-purpose simulation environment, such as Simulab/Matlab,provides for an intuitive and sfficient modelling of grinding processes.
