기업의 생산 패러다임의 변화는 ERP에서 SCM으로 SCM에서 인터넷을 통한 전자상거래 기능을 추가한 e-SCM으로 변화했다. 정보기술이 빠른 속도로 발전함에 따라 현재는 e-SCM에서 u-SCM으로 변화하고 있다. u-SCM이란 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous) 컴퓨팅을 SCM에 적용하는 것으로 컴퓨팅과 무선 네트워크 기반 기술인 RFID, 다양한 센서감지를 이용한 태그, 하드웨어, 임베디드 운영체제, 무선센서 네트워크 통신기술을 통해 기업 내 모든 자원의 흐름을 관리할 수 있다. 즉 기업 내부, 외부를 포함하는 전체적인 관점에서 지속적인 프로세스 개선과 정보의 실시간 전달을 통해 업무 지연요소를 최소화하고 의사결정의 스피드를 높여 경쟁력을 극대화 한 기업(Real Time Enterprise)을 실현할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SCM에 RFID를 도입하면 정확히 어떠한 시너지효과가 있고 기업 측면에서 RFID 도입 시 어떠한 사항들을 고려해야하는지에 대해 알아보고 마지막으로 SCM에서 RFID의 역할과 향후 SCM상에서 RFID의 발전방향에 대해 논한다.

1947년‘남광토건사’로 창립, 올해 60주년을 맞이한 남광토건(주)은 한국전쟁으로 피폐된 국토재건에 나서며 토목분야에 빠른 성장을 거듭했다. 국내에서는 축적된 기술력과 시공경험을 바탕으로 국내 최초 한강하저터널인 지하철 5호선 공사를 비롯, 서울지하철 2~8호선 공사를 성공리에 마쳤다. 또한 필리핀과 중동, 아프리카 등 해외 건설분야에 진출해 특히 앙골라에서만 총 55,200만 달러를 수주하는 등 괄목할 만한 성과를 나타내고 있다. 남광토건(주)은「설계가 다른 아파트」를 컨셉으로 건축미학과 편리함을 갖춘 자연친화적 아파트브랜드‘하우 스토리’를 개발, 주택사업 비중을 높이고 있으며 올해 1조3,800억원 수주와 매출 6,500억원, 경상이익 300억원 을 목표로 하고 있다. 남광토건(주)은 효율성을 극대화 하고 개개인의 역량을 최대한 끌어내 시너지효과를 창출 할 수 있도록 정비할 예정이며 투명·윤리경영으로 종합건설업계 30위권 진입을 위해 오늘도 정진하고 있다.

This study was carried out to present a co-brand strategies of medical equipment manufacturers in Wonju city. Based on the result of the analysis, followings were proposed. First, an adequate education and a publicity for the importance of a co-brand are required, and it needs to reinforce the recognition on quality differentiation through a technology development and the importance of quality control. Second, establishing a system to secure the brand reliability and operating a program to monitor the technology development and quality are required. Third, it needs to implement a joint participation with priority for establishing a sales network, advertize and a publicity. Fourth, an alternative may needed in order to maximize the synergy effect of the co-brand project and minimize any possible conflicts among participants. Fifth, securing a reliability is needed to acquire the ability to manage the brand and derive member's active participation.

Through 'Local Theme Science Museum' aid program that is one of emphasis promotion strategic project by 2007 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan', raises status of scientific technique by national core ability because all people expand base that understand and support scientific technique, and forms a social atmosphere which is scientific technique is important which scientific technique can be spread widely on national life and society whole, and proceeds target that expand local science museum facilities by a base of local science culture spreading and popularization. Accordingly, to plan balanced regional development and utilize to an advanced base of local science culture spreading because offer a science culture experience opportunity to local inhabitants, 'Local theme science museum' project is doing for that establish more 100 science museums for national.public.private institution in whole country until 2012 year. Support 39 projects to 2008 from 1999 thereby, in January, 2009, 13 'Local theme science museum' is opened and operated. This study examined arrangement preferentially about 'Science.Technology.Cultural Project Plan' that is background of 'Local theme science museum' project. Since surveying science museum which is on opening and operation at the present and analyzed actual conditions and facilities and investigated specification necessity and direction of 'Local theme science museum'. Hereafter, to seek plan for propriety of project by characteristic and difference of 'Local theme science museum' is purpose of this study. Now, need set and promotion of following specification direction for right activation of proceeding 'Local theme science museum' by each area. First, differentiation of theme and justifiability of building, Second, propriety of site position, Third, maximization of synergy effect by mixing concept of 'Specialized Economic Zone for Regional Developmental Policy' and Ecomuseum's 'Theme center'.

According to the NIS, damages due to leaking industrial technology are reaching tens of trillion won. The type of damages are classified according to insider leaks, joint research, and hacking, illegal technology leaks and collaborated camouflaged. But 80% of them turned out to be an insider leak about connecting with physical security. The convergence of IT and non IT is accelerating, and the boundaries between all area are crumbling. Information Security Industry has grown continuously focusing Private Information Security which is gradually expanding to Knowledge Information Security Industry, but Information Security Industry hereafter is concentrated with convergence of IT Security Technology and product, convergence of IT Security and Physical Security, and IT convergence Industry Security. In this paper, for preventing company information leaks, logical security and physical security both of them are managed at the same level. In particular, using convergence of physical security systems (access control systems, video security systems, and others) and IT integrated security control system, convergence security monitoring model is proposed that is the prevention of external attacks and insider leaks, blocked and how to maximize the synergy effect of the analysis.

This study is research on the snack culture and fast fashion. The purpose of this study is to examine the common attributes of snack culture and fast fashion as a cultural phenomenon. The following results were obtained: First, snack culture and fast fashion have attributes of 3S represented by Speed, Short time, and Simplification. Second, snack culture and fast fashion meet consumer demands by fun and various contents and a variety of designs, respectively. Third, although snack culture has developed on the basis of information technology, fast fashion has grown based on the technological innovation of business, organization, and distribution system. Fourth, snack culture communicates with the world through opening and sharing to be globalize a context, and fast fashion is globalized to multinational corporations by increasing sales and development of scale. Fifth, snack culture has a synergistic effect by maximizing the multiple interactions through social campaigns based on the attribute to communicate with many-to-many relationship. In addition, fast fashion produces a synergistic effect through collaborative strategic alliances.

The aim of this paper is to explore the trend and structural features of unemployment in Germany and to review the local and regional labour market policy against the unemployment. Unemployment has been one of the major issues in Germany since the oil shocks oi 1973-74 and 1978-80. The unemployment rate in western Germany was low at the time of reunification in 1990 and the next consecutive two years. Since then, the unemployment rate has sharply risen due to the restructuring of industries. In an effort to reduce the unemployment and to search (or new employment policies, the specific roles and advantages of communal units have been appreciated. The local and/or regional labour market policies are characterized as fellows: the corporative networking of all the agents including local administration, education institutes, regional labour bureau, firms and interest groups; the systematic integration of the various instruments which have been separately installed by different sectors; and the target-oriented adjustment of labour market approaches in the local circumstances.

현재 전 세계적으로 지속적인 인구증가와 도시화 및 산업화 영향으로 물, 에너지, 식량의 수요증가와 공급부족이 예상되는 가운데, 급격한 기후변화와 자원고갈로 인해 이는 더욱 가속화되고 심화될 위기에 직면하였다. 특히 물의 수요는 증가하나 공급은 제한되어 있어 지속가능한 인류의 생존을 위하여 인간에게 꼭 필요한 에너지와 식량의 문제를 물을 중심으로 상관성을 찾고 효율적인 물활용 방법을 개발하고 정책화할 필요가 있다. 세계 물공급량 중 농업으로는 70%, 에너지로는 15%로 소비되고 있다. 또한 유럽과 미국은 발전용 냉각수로 각각 담수총량의 43%, 50%를 사용하고 있는 등, 세계는 물, 식량 그리고 에너지 수급의 불균형이 심화되고 상호 위기가 증폭되고 있다. 향후 인간의 삶에 절대적으로 필요한 세가지 자원이 복합적으로 연계되어 상호 위기가 증폭될 수 있는 실정이나, 우리나라는 개별자원에 대한 관리 및 운영기술은 상당한 수준이지만 아직까지 연계성을 고려하여 자원간의 효율성을 찾는 물-에너지-식량 연계(Water-Energy-Food Nexus, WEF Nexus)에 대한 관리 및 기술은 부족한 실정이다. 국제적으로 세자원의 연계상황이 선진국과 개도국간에 편차가 크고, 사막지대 등 자연조건이 열악한 지역에서 자원들간의 위기 연계성이 높은 상황이므로 우리나라도 물-에너지-식량의 연계위기 상황을 정확히 파악하고 미래 환경변화에 대한 대응방안 수립이 필요하나, 현재 국내 물관리에 있어 저수지나 수리시설 관리가 제대로 실행되지 못하고 있어 이를 방치할 경우 중장기적으로 식량 및 에너지생산에 있어 부족이 우려되고 있다. 또한 부처간의 행정적인 간격으로 물-에너지-식량의 연계성 연구 및 정책수립에 있어서 자료 등이 절대적으로 부족한 실정이기 때문에 체계적으로 빅데이터 기반의 DB구축 및 인벤토리 정의 등도 현재시점에서는 절대적으로 필요하다고 할 수 있다. WEF Nexus를 실현하기 위해서는 각 자원간의 효율성을 극대화하여야 한다. 과거에는 개별적 자원의 확보를 추구했다면 이제부터는 각 자원간의 상생을 통한 연계성을 확보하여 서로간의 자원 확보를 고려하여 개발하여야 한다. 이를 위해 현재의 자원확보에 대한 문제점들을 고려하여, 상호 연계를 통한 효율성을 확보하고 그 효율성이 각 자원에 영향을 주어 시너지효과를 발생시킬 수 있는 방안으로 진행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Contemporary 21st century, the rapid development of technology has achieved due to the emergence of various digital devices, a variety of media to the diversification of the limits of visual representation is reduced. Therefore, the combination of technology and art, visual arts, giving limits of getting it free to the public will feel fresh new visual impact. Such a new approach to light of a combination of technology and art, a variety of fine art and motion picture of the visual arts, such as has been recognized as a new genre. Of the resolution of the projector by utilizing the current reality and unreality beyond the boundaries of the building or structure in the city, as a schematic design of the screen projected structure and mapping of the art technology in an attempt to integrate recent has been studied in various ways. The projected structure design and the mapping of the art technology in an attempt to incorporate recent research has been diverse. In this study, as a new technology of a projection mapping to study the technique of looking for the definition of mapping practices to maximize the effectiveness of Visual Perception 3D animation was applied to a case study. A combination of 3D animation and project mapping in the future the fusion of art and technology to meet the zeitgeist with new possibilities of visual art to create synergies that is expected.
