A Study on Analysis of Effectiveness of Incentive by Green Building Certification Criteria (친환경 건축물 인센티브 제도의 실효성 분석에 관한 기초연구)

  • The government has offered incentives to encourage private companies that are to meet the Green Building Certification Criteria. Despite offering these incentives, the Green Building Certification Criteria record share of newly-built building in 2010 is 0.35%, very low. Effectiveness of Green Building Incentive applied by the Green Building Certification Criteria is questioned. So we attempts to analysis about effectiveness of Green Building by using Cost-Benefit Analysis. But if we want to use CBA, we need to draw cost, benefit factors that compose the incentive. So in this study, for applying CBA, we analysis cost, benefit factors.

  • 최근 지열원 열펌프 시스템 설치가 해마다 평균 10-30%젓도 꾸주히 증가하고 있다 주요 연구동향은 토양열전도 측정, 지열히트펌프 시스템 전주기 성능평가 하이브리드 시스템의 초기비용 저감과 이러한 지열원 열펌프 시스템 설계방법분야 개발에 대해 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 특히 국내에서 현재 시공되어진 많은 시스템들이 부실시공의 문제에 노출되고 있으며 이러한 시점에서 현재의 저가 입찰제도 보다는 외국 사례와 같은 성능확인 제도로의 전환 및 많은 연구가 필요하다. 성능확인제도는 사전 성능 예측과 사후 성능 확인 검증으로 구성되며 본 기술현안 보고서는 최근 국내외 연구동향 및 사전 성능 예측과 사후 성능 검증 관하여 정리하여 본다.

  • As school facilities have been expanding quantity better than quality, efficient school facility management has been focused on from 2001 in domestic. Due to obsolescence of school facility, objective management and maintenance cost of school facility is very important. However LCC(Life cycle cost) analyst, owner, engineer, contractor and facility manager have a difficulty to obtain and facilitate the basic analyzed data required to analyze LCC of school facility and establish maintenance plan. Therefore this research presents muti-dimensional analysis method through data warehouse technique for supplying maintenance cost information of school facility that can trace and accumulate the scattered LCCing data in the perspective of life cycle of school facility.

  • Operation and maintenance stage consists the largest portion of project life cycle cost. Appropriate management and analysis of such stages have massive effect on the total project cost. The effective prediction of optimized repair period is one of main factors in ㅌ management. However, it has been analyzed that the prediction of appropriate repair period revealed limitations in reliability. Therefore, this study suggests a methodology of repair period prediction by dividing finished projects into similar groups with same properties to be compared with the target project using quantitative variables.

  • Over the past 20 years, Researchers have tried to develop "Integration Model of Cost and Schedule" in construction industry. They suggested various models and techniques, however, it is still required to develop new methodology for AL Form Work in Public Multi-Housing Projects. Accordingly, this research focused on measuring quantity take-offs of on-going projects and analysing the basic process of using the resources(Labor, Material, Plant) related to cost and time data. There are 3 steps of this research : 1) The literature review of previous studies about Integration Model of Cost and Schedule was conducted. 2) Model for integration between cost and schedule was developed. 3) the accuracy of developed model was verified. The results are expected to improve in integrated managing the cost and schedule data of AL form work.

  • It is necessary to the development of the best maintenance system for applying the long-term maintenance plan using the cost breakdown structure in the educational facilities. This study developed the cost breakdown structure for the best maintenance system using the delphi method. For the convenience of maintenance, the maintenance cost breakdown structures are separated into building exterior wall, building inside wall, electric installation, heating installation and outdoor facilities. And these results atomized in each parts. And this study constructed the cost breakdown structure to maintenance's practicality and effectiveness through the expert analysis.

  • As businesses put a greater emphasis on outward appearances, the demand for external window cleaning has been on the rise. However, with the conventional labor-intensive window cleaning method, it is hard to meet this demand. Therefore, this study proposes a Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis model for a guiderail-type cleaning robot, and estimate the LCCs of the conventional method and the cleaning robot. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a guide for future development of a cleaning robot.

  • Since the diversification, complication of the construction industry, construction conflicts have been increased these days. Expansion of scale of construction has brought conflict treatment cost increase. Thus, needs of the study on construction conflict risk factors and its management is getting important. But the existing studies about construction conflicts and risk factors that need to be cared to decrease construction cost are almost focused on analysis of number of conflict proposed. It means those studies can be helpful when want to know how many conflict have been instituted, however, they do not contain a close examination between types of conflict and cost of conflict treatment. The purpose of this study, therefore, is an extraction of conflict causes based on the conflict treatment cost and the choice of significant risk factors to be managed to prevent conflict and its treatment cost, which enables reducing the conflict treatment colt on control the risk factors.

  • This paper investigates CO2 emission and cost analysis of blended concrete which was added with fly ash and slag. Three kinds of blended concrete were studied in this investigation, the first blended concrete was added fly ash replacing part of the cement while the second was added slag, the third was added fly ash and slag. Analysis result display that the blended concrete containing fly ash and slag is the optimal choice while considering economic and CO2 emissions.

  • The maintenance management in buildings has got more important by the increasing complexity of building sizes and use. Nowadays an expectation and a possibility of BIM technology become accepted as a new construction management method, therefore many studies and legal systems of it are being suggested actively. Although orders for BIM projects are supposed to be increasing, at present the BIM information accumulated from planning and design still doesn't have its continuity at the maintenance step after completion of construction in terms of LCC. It can't use the possibility that BIM originally has, and also causes some confusion in communication. This study analyzes and classifies required information in terms of BIM in the range of estimating repair costs of apartment buildings, as an example of a way to use BIM information at the maintenance step.
