Many pictures are taken in construction sites. However, the pictures are not being managed effectively. In this study, the need for vector-photo have been raised which combines pictures and 5W1H information, and the vector-photo format have been suggested. A test module and user-interface have been developed for validating an utility of the format proposed.

현재 대부분의 리모델링 현장은 시설에 대한 사전정보부족, 공간적인 제약과 같은 예상치 못한 현장조건. 작업범위의 변경 등으로 인해 촉박한 공사기간으로 추진되고 있으며, 이는 조악한 품질의 원인이 되고 있다. 또한 다소 복잡한 작업체계를 가지고 있어 기존시설의 운영일정과 공사일정과의 충돌로 인한 갑작스런 작업대기시간의 발생 등 효율적인 공정관리에도 많은 어려움이 뒤따른다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제 리모델링 사례를 통하여 현장관리 절차 및 사례현장에서 나타난 시공관리상 문제점의 개선과정을 통해 리모델링 공사현장의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 관리방안의 수립을 위해 문헌을 통하여 관리상의 문제점을 도출하였고, 사례분석을 통해 공사단계별 현장관리절차, 관리사항을 파악하여 관리상 성공요인을 도출하고, 향후 리모델링 현장에서의 효율적 관리방안을 제시하였다.

Cable net system openness and flexibility is good high and the large deflection caused no damage to the structure itself. However, cable installation, install complex systems and technologies are needed. In this study, for the basic materials of cable net construction management, cable net expert's advice and mock-up test results are summarized.

Recently, it is necessary to establish an eco-friendly construction system through recycling of waste material management at construction sites. This is required to reflect the times that require a carbon reduction system in construction as part of domestic and overseas carbon dioxide reduction. Therefore, we intend to establish eco-friendly construction management as part of resource recycling and carbon reduction through recycling technology for waste fibers generated at construction sites.

최근에 제안된 지능형 영상은 기존의 사진정보와 함께 6하원칙(5W1H)정보 등이 같이 생성 저장 관리되는 것이다. 그러므로 이 영상은 시공 유지관리 과정에서 촬영된 사진의 검색 관리에 매우 유용하게 쓰일 수 있다. 그리고 지능형 영상의 핵심이 되는 벡터사진이 BIM과 연계되면, 벡터사진에 포함된 정보를 활용하여 BIM객체를 찾아낼 수 있다. 그리고 찾아낸 BIM객체의 속성에 촬영된 벡터사진 정보를 저장하면, 벡터사진은 손쉽게 시공 유지관리 이력정보로 관리되어 건설정보관리의 효율화에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 벡터사진 정보로부터 BIM의 객체를 추출하고, 추출된 객체의 속성을 관리하는 기술을 개발하였다. 그리고 프로토타입 모듈을 개발 테스트하여 기준점설정, 좌표계 변환, 위치계산 등의 과정을 평가하였다. 이를 통해 벡터사진으로부터 BIM 객체의 추출이 가능하며, 객체의 속성정보 관리도 가능함을 확인하였다.
