본 연구에서는 대학생들의 정보윤리의식과 과제표절 실태와 과제표절 실태에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설문을 실시하였고 설문결과 대학생들의 정보윤리의식 수준은 매우 높았으나 응답자의 77%가 과제표절 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 과제표절의 이유는 과제의 양이 너무 많고 시간이 없거나 과제에 대한 피드백이 없기 때문인 것으로 나타났다.

This study aims to investigate the aspect of volunteering and donation of highschool students in Seongnam city and further the relationship between volunteering and democratic civic consciousness. To that end, 155 students from an ordinary highschool and a foreign language highschool participated in a survey. The result showed that female students' participation rates of volunteering and monetary donations were higher than male students' but there was no difference in the participation rates between the schools. The civic consciousness level was not affected by the gender, but was affected by the schools. The scores for the attitude of democracy were better than those for the value and the participation of democracy. In particular, the students from the foreign language highschool had higher scores for the participation of democracy relative to the students from the highschool. As for the relationship between volunteering and democratic civic consciousness, there was a significant difference in civic consciousness scores between students who had participated in volunteering and those who had not, only in the case of the students from the ordinary highschool. Additionally, it was revealed volunteering and donating were compensatory behavior. Although single factors in volunteering influencing the civic consciousness were not found, persistence was important.

Subjekt oder $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist ein grundlegendes Prinzip neuzeitlicher Philosophie. Das $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist bei Kant $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$(analytische Einheit der Apperzeption als klare Selbstbeziehung) in Objekts $bewu{\ss}tsein$(synthetischer Einheit der Apperzeptuion). Dabei zeigt er ein Reflexionsmodell des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$. Aber er $erkl{\ddot{a}}rt$ nicht systematisch ein $Verh{\ddot{a}}ltnis$ zwischen synthetischer Einheit und analytischer Einheit der Apperzeption, und auch $l{\ddot{o}}st$ er nicht theorienimmanente und formale Schwierigkeiten von Zirkelargument bzw. unendlicher Iteration in der Reflxionsstruktur des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$. Aufgrund der Voraussetzungen seiner eigenen Fundamentalontologie kritisiert der $fr{\ddot{u}}he$ Heidegger, $da{\ss}$ Kants $traditionsabh{\ddot{a}}ngige$ $Subjektivit{\ddot{a}}tstheorie$ Symptome der Seins vergessenheit zeigt, transformiert Kants $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseinstheorie$, interpretiert Kants transformierte Theorie als $subjektivit{\ddot{a}}tstheoretische$ $Begr{\ddot{u}}ndung$ der traditionellen Ontologie von Vorhandenheit, und versteht sie als ersten Schritt und erstes phlosophisches Modell seiner Fundamentalontologie. Durch kritische Interpretation von Kants Lehre von Selbstaffektion und $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ deutet er ein Modell des $Selbstbewu{\ss}tseins$ als des $ph{\ddot{a}}nomenologischen$ $Horizontsbewu{\ss}tseins$ an. In diesem Modell der vorreflexiven und unmittelbaren Selbstbeziehung entstehen Schwierigkeiten von Zirkelargument bzw. unendlicher Iteration nicht. Apel kritisiert Kants $selbstbewu{\ss}te$ Apperzeptionstheorie in dem Sinne, $da{\ss}$ sie solipsistisch sei, und in seiner Transzendentalpragmatik $vervollst{\ddot{a}}ndigt$ er Kants transzendentalphilosophische $G{\ddot{u}}ltigkeit$ in der Dimension von $Intersubjektivit{\ddot{a}}t$ diskurierender Menschen. Hierbei ersetzt die Kommunikationsgemeinschaft Kants Apperzeption oder $Bewu{\ss}tsein$ ${\ddot{u}}berhaupt$. In der transzendentalpragmatischen Sicht, die auf den sprachlichen Bezug des Denkens und Erkennens und die Kommunikationsgemeinschaft geht, beruht das $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$ oder die Reflexion des Subjekts wesentlich auf seinem sprachlich vermittelten sozialen Bezug. Also geht es nicht um Zirkelargument und unendliche Iteration in denkender Selbstbeziehung des Subjekts. Ebeling hebt Heideggers Daseinsanalytik auf das Niveau von Apels Transzendentalpragmatik an und entwickelt Fundamatalpragmatik ${\ddot{u}}ber$ $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ gegen allgemeinen Tod. Dieser $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ ist fundamentalpragmatische Transformation von Kants $Selbstbewu{\ss}tsein$. Der $Widerstandsbewu{\ss}tsein$ der Vernunft bleibt in der solipsistischen Dimension nicht und ist ein $Bewu{\ss}tsein$, das in der Widerstandsgemeinschaft durch Argumentation universalisiert werden kann. Hierbei geht es nicht um Zirkelargument und unendliche Iteration.

This study looks at spatiotemporal theories regarding the pluralism of time inherent in garden space, and attempts to establish spatiotemporal theories suitable for garden spaces. Based on the established theories, this study analyzes the intimacy of garden spaces by focusing on the objective and subjective time of garden spaces in Derek Jarman's garden through a literature review. The sense of time inherent to a garden space was divided into objective and subjective time. The former refers to ecological time that is quantified and has durability, while the latter indicates time that changes according to the consciousness of the human subject. It also includes time that is emotionalized by the sense of the human subject. This study first interpreted Jarman's garden space from the perspective of objective time. The garden transforms itself into a sensitive space according to Jarman's personal emotions in the current space within objective time, showing the multilayered attributes of space. Therefore, a garden space that exists in objective time is ultimately not objective, and is transformed according to the active reception of the human subject. Next, this study examined Jarman's garden space from the perspective of subjective time. The garden space lost in Jarman's memories and the one in his future illusion turn into a space that connotes abundant meaning according to Jarman's imagination or perception. Therefore, in subjective time, garden space is transformed according to Jarman's consciousness. This study verified that garden space, regardless of whether time is objective or subjective, can create infinite space according to the consciousness or emotions of the human subject beyond the existence of physical space. Since garden space has a unique intimacy unlike urban space, this study presented the uniqueness of garden space with an approach that differs from previous studies on gardens.

This paper aimed to verify the current status of adolescents' donations and predictors influencing their donation behaviors. First, the result revealed that adolescents' donations were higher in the order of time, material, and talent donation. Second, donation motives, attitude towards donation, self-esteem, a sense of community, and trust in charitable organization were positively correlated. Third, the predictors of material donation behaviors of adolescents were gender, age, extrinsic motives, attitude towards donation, sense of community, and trust in charitable organization. And the predictors of time donation behaviors were gender and sense of community, and those of talent donation were age, intrinsic motives and sense of community. The strategies for the activation of adolescents' donations were suggested.

의도와 관심의 실현을 위하여, 언어 행동을 주도하는 '의식'이 사고와 언어를 연결할 때에 드러내는 특성과 기능 일부를 밝히기 위해, <실용 논리> 수업 시간에 녹화한 한 대학생의 토론 첫 부분 내용을 Chafe의 '억양 단위' 분석법에 따라 분석한 결과, 억양의 단위는 평균 1.8초, 9.5음절로 구성되며, 언어와 사고는, 물처럼 흐르는 것이 아니라, 억양 단위로 끈어진 토막들이 의식에 의해 연결되면서 '관심점'의 내용이 전개되고 있는 것임을 발견하였다. 각 억양 단위 속에는 뚜렷하게 발음하는 하나 정도의 '초점'과, 그렇지 않은'주변' 내용과 형식으로 구성됨을 확인하고, 초점들을 서로 이으면 결국, 이어진 말 중심 내용이 드러남도 발견하였다. 한국어와 일본어 억양 단위는 주어＋동사 형식을 갖추지 않은 예가 60％와 67.4％이므로, 주어＋동사 모형은 언어와 사고 전개 모형의 한 예에 불과하다고 해석한다. 각 단위들의 연결 면에는 문제가 있음도 발견하였다.

식정보사회로 전환되고 있는 현대 사회에서 국가 경쟁력을 기르기 위해 소프트웨어 교육이 중시되고 있고 이에 우리나라 교육부는 '2015 개정 교육과정'에 소프트웨어 교육을 포함시키고 있다. 초등학교에서는 건전한 정보윤리의식과 태도를 갖고 실생활 다양한 문제를 해결하는 절차를 이해하여 컴퓨팅 사고에 대한 기초 역량을 기르는 것을 목표로 하나 교육과정에서 확보된 17시간의 시수로는 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두를 함양시키기는 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선행연구들을 통해 도덕성의 4구성요소와 컴퓨팅 사고력에 대해 알아보고 이 두 이론 모두 문제해결과정에 초점을 두고 있다는 공통점을 활용하여 초등 소프트웨어 융합교육을 통해 정보윤리의식과 컴퓨팅 사고력 모두 함양할 수 있는 지도의 실제를 연구해 보기로 하였다.

This research was analyzed on domestic and international damages and school facility's damages caused by earthquakes. Also, the awareness of earthquake prevention was investigated and basic results for preparing earthquake prevention measures were suggested for high school students living in school facilities at length.

4.16 참사 이후 재난 발생 시 황금시간(Golden Time)에 중요성이 대두되어 초기대응 교육이 사회 전반적으로 확대되었고, 소방청과 지방자치단체들도 황금시간 안에 구조인력들이 빠르게 도착할 수 있도록, 인력과 지부를 확장하고 새로운 시스템들을 도입하고 있다. 이런 상황에 맞추어, 현재 진행되고 있는 초기대응 안전교육 또한 변화가 필요하다. 안전교육의 필요성을 가지는 안전의식을 토대로 하여, 위기상황판단과 표준행동요령등의 가장 기본적인 안전교육에 중심을 두고, 다양하게 발전되는 새로운 시스템을 이용할 수 있는 안전교육을 통해서 재난이 발생할 때 인적·물적 피해를 최소화할 수 있도록 해야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the degree of participation sport for how this affects the objectified body consciousness of the Physically Disabled. The subjects were enrolled in the members participating in the sport for the disabled, while 221 people living in the city A. Data processing was carried out frequency analysis, factor analysis using SPSS 21.0 program, the analysis of the specific factors independent t-test and the way analysis of variance and multiple regression analysis was carried out. All statistical significance level was set at .05. First, population, gender (male), age of the sociological characteristics of the handicapped (40, 50), the objectification of the body consciousness level of the disability rating (Level 4) showed that a positive effect. Second, there are life sports participation rate (exercise duration, exercise time, exercise intensity) has positive effects on the body shame of objectification of the body consciousness of the handicapped, the body monitoring Exercise Period, the body shame, the intensity of exercise, control beliefs this exercise showed that each time a positive impact.
