자율운항선박 입출항지원시스템의 연동 구조 설계 및 시뮬레이션 기반 시험 환경 개발

  • 선박의 입출항을 위해서는 항만 시설과의 유기적 연계가 필요하며 이는 자율운항선박에도 마찬가지로 적용된다. 항만 인근의 복잡한 해상교통 상황과, 정박지나 항로 등 항계 내에서 고려해야할 추가적인 환경 조건들은 자율운항선박의 운항의 난이도를 높이며, 항만의 시간/공간적 자원들을 고려하는 가운데 입출항을 수행하는 것은 자율운항선박과 항만 시설과의 연계를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트항만과 자율운항선박의 연계를 통해 안전한 입출항을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 입출항지원시스템의 연동 구조 설계 결과와 이에 대한 시뮬레이션 시험 환경 구축 결과를 다룬다.

An Empirical Study on the Difference in Perception of Introducing Smart Port between Port Operators and Users in Gwangyang Port (스마트항만 도입에 대한 항만 운영자와 이용자 간의 인식차이에 관한 실증연구 - 광양항을 중심으로 -)

  • Overseas advanced ports are promoting smartification, as well as full automation of the terminals surrounding container terminals. A smart port can be defined as a comprehensive concept that pursues increased operational efficiencies, maximization of profit, efficient use of energy, and construction of eco-friendly ports with the introduction of fourth-industrial-revolution technology, including port automation. However, Korea is making efforts to introduce fourth-industrial-revolution technology into ports, but indications are that they are somewhat insufficient compared to advanced ports abroad. Therefore, this study conducted a survey about operators and users of container terminals in Gwangyang Port by deriving the factors determining the introduction of smart ports, such as cost, service, time, safety, and environment, from previous studies. This study analyzed the factors determining the introduction of smart ports and moderating effects when the adjustment variables of operators and users were applied to the pros and cons. As a result of the analysis, it was found that port operators and users have a moderating effect on cost, time, safety, and environmental factors, but not on service factors. These results indicate that port operators try to reduce costs through efficient operation, time management, and by reducing safety accidents by building smart ports, but analysis showed that the negative effects of smart ports have affected port users. The results of this study were derived through a moderated regression analysis and suggested implications for introducing smart ports in the conclusion.

  • 항만운영전산망(PortMIS)은 항만 내 선박 입출항, 투묘, 양묘, 이동 등 모든 항만운영관련 사항들이 포함된 정보망이다. 하지만 아직까지 VTS등에서 PortMIS 통계자료 활용이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 발표는 PortMIS 통계현황을 분석하고, PortMIS 관제대장 분석을 통해 해상교통안전분야에 활용 가능한 통계분석방법에 대해 제안하고자 한다. 관제대장을 활용하여 제안되는 기능은 시간별, 선박별, 항로 통항량 산출 및 예측기능이다.

  • Generally, slope behavior is analyzed by 2-dimensional creep model. Creep behavior shows the deformation variation as time goes by without stress increment. Convention 2-dimensional creep analysis does not have the term of stress variation, it means creep analysis could not figure out the relationship of shear strength variation according to the stress variation and displacement. The slope weight and shear strength is directly related and interlocked to the safety variation and displacement of slope, therefore, this phenomenon could be treated and analyzed as combining the hysteresis and creep, the iteration of this process will result in the slope safety. Furthermore, the combined analysis will be the slope analysis considering shear stress, displacement and shear strength with time variation. In real case, because the variation of shear stress and strength happen at the same time, they should be changed into safety factor which is function of them. This paper shows the 3-dimensional variation of unit weight of soil with hybrid analysis considering creep and hysteresis on the seepage and drainage of rainfall, futhermore variations of shear stress and strength which make the safety factor change.

Development of Prediction Model for Yard Tractor Working Time in Container Terminal (컨테이너 터미널 야드 트랙터 작업시간 예측 모형 개발)

  • The working time for loading and transporting containers in the container terminal is one of the factors directly related to port productivity, and minimizing working time for these operations can maximize port productivity. Among working time for container operations, the working time of yard tractors(Y/T) responsible for the transportation of containers between berth and yard is a significant portion. However, it is difficult to estimate the working time of yard tractors quantitatively, although it is possible to estimate it based on the practical experience of terminal operators. Recently, a technology based on IoT(Internet of Things), one of the core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, is being studied to monitoring and tracking logistics resources within the port in real-time and calculate working time, but it is challenging to commercialize this technology at the actual port site. Therefore, this study aims to develop yard tractor working time prediction model to enhance the operational efficiency of the container terminal. To develop the prediction model, we analyze actual port operation data to identify factors that affect the yard tractor's works and predict its working time accordingly.

  • In recent years, the pileup of world ports is deepening as time goes by due to China effect and continuous increase of world trade volume. The shipping companies try to reduce their shipping cost by using mega vessels in the ports. Shipping companies consider most of the ships turnaround time as a critical factor when selecting a calling port for reducing cost. This paper will suggest how we can guarantee terminal QoS like ship waiting time ratio and ship residing time applying RFID(Radio Frequence IDentification) technology, raising up rapidly as a fundamental solution of new growing industry to port information system. Also, lead time of whole port logistics can be decreased for reduction of loading & discharging time and result from productivity improvement of Twin-lift G/C(Gantry Crane} as applying RFID technology to terminal operation. The purpose of this paper suggests that the new business model of U-Port which port QoS can be guaranteed using RFID based RTLS technology.

시간의 흐름에 따른 무조건부 주가분산과 주가형성

  • 주식 수익률이 정상적 과정이 아니라 비정상적 과정에 의해서 생성되고 있다는 사실이 여러 실증 분석에서 제시되고 있다. 시계열의 평균이 시간의 흐름에 따라 변하면 이 시계열은 비정상적 과정에 의하여 생성된다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 평균이 변하는 비정상 시계열은 단위근과 공적분에 의하여 시계열의 운동을 모형화하고 있다. 한편 시계열의 비정상성은 분산이 시간의 흐름에 따라 변할 때에도 발생한다. 시간의 흐름에 따라 무조건부 분산은 변하지 않고 있지만 이용 가능한 정보 집합을 조건으로 하는 조건부 분산이 변하는 경우도 있다. 이 같은 성질을 가진 주가 시계열은 자기회귀 조건부 이분산(ARCH) 계통의 과정으로 모형화하고 있다. 그러나 무조건부 분산이 시간의 흐름에 따라 변하면 ARCH 계통은 중대한 모형정립과오(misspecification)에 직면하게 된다. 따라서 본 논문은 무조건부 분산이 시간의 흐름에 따라 변할 때 자기 회귀 과정의 모수를 추정하는 방법을 검토하고, 이 방법을 한국 종합주가 지수에 적용하여 자기회귀 과정의 모수를 추정하였다. 이 방법에 의하여 추정된 2계 자기회귀 과정의 모수값 중 상수항과 제1계 항의 계수는 통상 최소자승법에 의한 값과 유사하다. 그러나 제2계 항 모수의 값은 양자가 상당히 다르다. 최소자승에 의한 제2계 값이 과대 추정되고 있다.

  • This study aims to present methodology for determining the appropriate anchorage area through the simulation reproduces the maritime transport environment, and analysis of the adequacy of anchorage applied at Ulsan E anchorage, suggests the formula of anchorage occupancy rater per hour and necessary anchorage area for this purpose. And configured simulation algorithm and modeling using MATLAB program, and applied Ulsan E anchorage, compared anchorage area with anchorage occupancy rate per hour. As a result, E1 necessary anchorage is 1.41 times, E2 necessary anchorage is 0.90 times and E3 necessary anchorage is 0.96 times compared to total anchorage area. If the result of adequacy analysis of anchor area reflect anchorage design criteria, it is determined to be helpful for the safety of the vessel using the anchorage.

Screening of Antiviral Activity from Natural Plants against Feline Calicivirus (Feline calicivirus에서 항바이러스 활성을 가지는 천연식물자원 탐색)

  • In an effort to discover an antiviral substance against noroviruse (NV), which causes gastroenteritis illness world-wide, several plants including spices and herbs were evaluated for their antiviral activities against feline calicivirus (FCV) as a surrogate for NV. Among them, methanolic extract of green tea (Camellia sinensis L.) exhibited significant antiviral activity against FCV. After treatment with green tea extract (3.13 mg/ml) for 1 hr, FCV was completely inactivated. The antiviral activity of green tea extract against FCV was also determined to be dose and time- dependent. The results obtained in this study suggested that green tea will be effective in the prevention of food-borne diseases caused by NV.

  • Nowadays, the vessel size is tending to be bigger and bigger, so port facilities are following this trend, which has been shown inthe competition of Hub-Port among the main ports such as Port of Busan and Port of Shanghai. But there are limited numbers of large container vessels and $70\%$ of the call ships at Busan port are middle and small sized ships which are less than 20,000ton. So we need to consider the handling facilities for these sized ships, but it has disregarded. In this paper, we estimate the optimum level of crane and labor according to vessel's size by container handling cost value reflecting size of vessel; size and number of crane and labor structure.
