One of the reasons behind the surfacing of such issues is because the record does not exist and even if the records remained, it is because they are not being properly managed. In Korea, National institutions in the field of visual arts, currently there are no archives that manage only the records for the visual arts as an independent institution, and the reality is that the National Museum of Archives is still in the beginning stage as well. This study has conducted a research on the records collection strategy and the management of the record information of an author who is the creator of the visual arts as a starting point of the visual arts. For this purpose, the definition of visual arts and the concept of an author covered in this study will be examined and the types of documentary that may occur in the field of visual arts were analyzed. In addition, the history of an author is its personal record thus a personal history and private archive have been examined. Based on this background, the cases on the personal record and the management of the record information of domestic and foreign authors were analyzed and the implications were derived.

본 논문은 H.264/AVC에서 사용하는 기존의 SVC 알고리즘에 추가적으로 인간의 시각적 중요도 정보를 활용하는 기법을 제안한다. 이 접근방식에서 기존의 SVC 알고리즘을 수정하기 위해 사람의 시각 체계가 균일하지 않게 표본화를 하는 정보가 이용된다. 우리는 각각의 화질계층에서 가장 중요한 지역의 크기를 조절함으로써 효율성과 공정성 모두 강조하는 새로운 자원 할당 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 효율성은 제안하는 SVC의 낮은 화질계층에서, 공정성은 중요한 지역의 크기를 크게 하는 높은 화질계층에서 강조된다. 실험결과는 제안하는 SVC 알고리즘이 압축된 비디오의 주관적인 시각적 화질을 개선하는 것을 보여준다.

본 논문에서 우리는 unequal loss protection(ULP) 알고리즘을 기반으로 패킷이 손실될 수 있는 망 환경에서 인지적으로 재구성된 영상의 왜곡을 최소화하는 방법을 제안한다. 알고리즘에는 2가지의 주요 요인이 있다. 첫째, 인간 시각 체계의 균일하지 않은 분포의 함수로 압축된 영상에 가중치를 준다. 둘째, 패킷은 오류 전파가 일어나지 않도록 하면서 각각의 group of picture(GOP)내에서 시간적인 중요성이 할당된다. 프레임의 인지적인 중요성과 GOP의 계층적인 중요성을 동시에 고려하여, 제안하는 ULP알고리즘은 인간 시각적으로 가장 중요한 지역의 크기를 식별하여 효율적인 forword error correction(FEC) 알고리즘을 수행한다.

한글의 신속하고 정확한 정보전달 기능을 유지 발전시킴과 동시에, 정보 전달의 목적 및 효율성을 높이기 위하여, 인간심리에 직접 영향 미치는 시각적 이미지를 지니는 조형적 문자의 서체 및 기능 개발에 필요한 현행 한글서체들의 시각적 이미지에 대한 분석적 연구를 시도하였다. 대표적인 24개의 현행 한글서체에 대한 이미지를 표본조사 및 수치분류적 기법에 의한 이미지 특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 현행 한글서체는 크게 5개의 그룹으로 구분되며, 예서체는 현행 한글서체 중에서 가장 독특하고 집중된 이미지를 지닌 서체로 나타났다. 한글서체 개발은 수치적 분석에 의하여 방향정립 및 높은 예측성을 지닐 수 있으며. 목적지향적인 폰트개발 및 균형있는 서체운용 체계의 운용에 의하여 극대화될 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 SNS에서 수집한 데이터를 이용하여 사회 불안의 시공간 분포를 시각화 하는 기법을 소개한다. Open API인 twitter4j를 이용하여 트위터로부터 시공간 정보를 포함한 데이터를 수집한 뒤, 이 트윗의 작성자가 불안한지 아닌지 표시한 훈련 데이터를 준비한다. 이 훈련 데이터와 한글 형태소 분석기 Open API인 KOMORAN을 이용해 사전을 구축하고, 불안 분류기를 개발한다. 트위터로부터 수집한 시공간 정보를 포함한 데이터를 분류기로 분류하여, 지도에 표시해줌으로써 사회 불안을 시각화 한다. 사회 과학자들이 이를 이용하여 불안을 체계적으로 연구함으로써 불안으로부터 생기는 다양한 사회 문제들을 해결할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to present the improvement of connection system between traffic information centers for reliable traffic information service. We recognized traffic information error caused by too much time in conjunction between traffic information centers, lack of reliability of traffic information caused by absence of generation time and generation institution of traffic information. We presented minimization methods of connection time, improvement methods of reliability of traffic information and development methods of connection state management system.

연안역이란 해안선을 기준으로 인접해 있는 육지(연안지역)와 바다(연안해역)를 포함한 개념, 즉 인근 해양 환경에 영향을 미치는 배후 육지와 바다를 합친 자연환경 대이다. 국토해양부는 연안역의 공간이동 효율성을 높이고 부존해양자원의 체계적인 개발과 보전을 위해 "연안역관리법" 특별법으로 관리한다. 하지만 연안역의 안전시설물에 대한 체계적인 설계지침이나 유지관리 등의 지침서가 아직 만들어지지 않았다. 따라서 현재 연안역 설치되어 있는 안전시설물에 대한 현장조사를 하였으며 국내 외도로, 해안, 항만구조물의 안전시설기준을 비교, 분석, 정리하였다. 또한 인간공학을 통해 위험을 감소할 수 있는 청각적 시각적 신호 체계를 분석하여 연안역에 맞는 새로운 신호체계를 마련할 토대를 제시하고자 한다.

This paepr presents a secure transmission system for document image using mixing algorithm. For this, we apply DM and RDM algorithm propoposed before. The transmitter embeds secretly the signature onto secure document, embeds it to non-secure document and transfers it to the receiver. The receiver makes a check of any forgery on the signature and the document. The total amount of data transmitted and the image quallity are about the same to that of the original document. Thus, a third party can not notice the fact that signatures and secure document is embedded on the document.

수학 학습에서 컴퓨터와 계산기의 활용은 시각화의 강화로부터 직관력과 사고력의 향상을 가져왔다. 컴퓨터 대수체계(Computer Algebra System)가 탑재된 수학 학습용 컴퓨터 프로그램과 계산기가 활발히 사용되고 있으며, 교수매체로서의 활용은 지식 정보전달 체계와 학습자의 지식 구성방법에 새로운 패러다임을 형성하였다. 특히 수학학습용 그래픽 계산기(Graphing Calculator)는 휴대형(Hand-held Technology)으로 학습공간의 이동(Mobil Education)이 가능하며, 수학학습 전용기라는데 의미를 둘 수 있다. Symbolic Graphing Calculator를 활용한 수업에서 학습자는 계산기를 가지고, 기호연산 실행 조작을 통해 자신의 사고과정을 표현하고, Symbolic Graphing Calculator는 실행 조작에 즉각적으로 과정과 결과를 제공하며, 다른 표상과 상호작용을 함으로써 학습자 스스로의 규제가 강화된 과정을 통해 지식을 구성하게 된다. 이때 교사는 지식 정보전달 체계인 대화형 실행매체(IMTs)를 작성하여 학습자의 지식 형성에 안내자의 역할을 하게 된다. 이번 워크샵에서는 CASIO fx 2.0을 활용한 교실 수업모형을 그래프 표상과 연계한 방정식의 풀이과정을 통해 알아본다.

최근 IT(Information Technology)산업의 가장 핵심적 키워드는 산업 내 혹은 산업간의 융합화 즉 컨버전스(Convergence)라 할 수 있다. 즉, IT를 매개로 서로 다른 분야의 기술들이 상호 융합되어 새로운 서비스 또는 기술을 제공하는 융합화 현상이 나타나고 있다. 이러한 융합의 핵심에는 유비쿼터스라는 패러다임이 있으며, 유비쿼터스 패러다임은 도시에 대한 새로운 시각을 제공하였다. u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시관리에 의한 안전보장과 시민복지 향상, 신산업 창출 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시로 정의된다. 성공적인 u-City 건설을 위해선 기존의 지자체GIS 개념을 확대하여 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념이 필요하며, 지능형 도시공간정보를 효율적으로 서비스하기 위한 서비스 표준체계가 필요하다. 즉, u-City의 실질적 구현 및 운영을 위해서는 정보(컨텐츠)가 필요하며. 이를 위해선 도시공간정보의 상호운용성의 확보가 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지능형 도시공간정보의 개념과 지능형 도시공간정보 서비스 표준체계를 제시하도록 한다.
