A Study on ATO Control Pattern for Improving the Passenger's Comfort (승차감 향상을 위한 자동열차운전시의 제어패턴에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes the improvement of passenger's comfort by analyzing the debasement of early adapted ATO control pattern. First we give the characteristics of ATO controller, principle of running control, distance & velocity calculation methods used mainly in INCHEON subway UNE 1 and then analyze the ATO control pattern. For early control pattern, we reviewed it in view of passenger's comfort while keeping the track conditions. In order to achieve the improvement of passenger's comfort we propose the modification of early ATO control pattern based on JERX characteristics. Simulation and application test are performed to prove the effectiveness of modified ATO control pattern.

  • 차량현가장치는 주로 운행중 승차감(ride quality)을 향상시키고, 현가장치의 변위(rattle space)를 제한된 범위안에 있도록 유지시켜 주며, 조정안정성(handling performence)을 향상시켜 주는 기능을 수행한다. 승차감을 향상시켜 주기 위해서는 도로 수직입력 및 횡풍등에 의한 외란으로 부터 스프링상질량을 절연 시켜야 하며, 조정안정성을 향상시키기 위해서는 타이어와 지면과의 접촉력변화를 최소화시키면서 타이어가 도로형상을 비슷하게 추종해야 한다. 또한 스프링상 질량과 스프링하 질량과의 충돌이 없이, 또한 현가장치의 각 링크기구들도 충돌없이 일정한 공간내에서 움직여야 하므로 현가장치의 변위는 제한조건내에 존재하여야 한다.(중략)

  • As the fundamental study of an active suspension system, computer simulation is performed using a quarter model. Design data for the development of active suspension system are presented through performance estimation of active control laws in the time and frequency domain. The verification of compromise between ride quality and handling characteristics is carried out.

  • Shock Absorber 는 Suspension 부품 중 하나로 감쇠력을 통해 스프링의 수축을 제어함으로써 차량의 승차감 및 안정성을 향상시키는 장치이다[1]. 그러나, 스프링의 상하운동을 억제하기 위해 Shock Absorber 가 압축·인장 됨으로써 소음이 발생하여 탑승객을 불편하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 계측을 통해 원인을 파악하고 NVH 를 개선하여 승차감 향상을 도모한다.

  • An MR(Magneto-Rheological) fluids damper is designed and applied to vibration suppression of a 1/4 car model. The damping constant of MR damper changes according to input current which is controlled in a semi-active way. Several control algorithms are compared in simulations and experiments. The advantage of the proposed Frequency shaped LQ control is that passenger comfort is emphasized in the range of 4~8Hz and driving safety is emphasized around the resonance frequency of unsprung mass.

  • The ride comfort is more important according to train speedup. Generally it is defined as the vehicle vibration. There are many studies on evaluation method of ride comfort for railway. But the ride comfort for Korean high speed train (HSR 350x) has been assessed by statistical method according to UIC 5l3R. In this paper, the ride indices, which were measured in the Korean high speed train. have been analyzed and reviewed by using the inferential statistics such as t-test, variance analysis (ANOVA) and regression analysis.

  • A method of evaluating the optimal alignment range while considering ride comfort when performing line renewal of curved tracks for speed-up is proposed in this study. The proposed method was applied to analyze the optimal renewal range for horizontal alignments with the smallest curve radii in the Kyung-Bu high-speed line; a parametric study on the effects of various initial design conditions on the permissible renewal range and optimal alignment range was also performed. From the analysis results, it was found that the permissible range is enhanced in proportion to the increase in the curve radius and the cant. It was also verified that a slight adjustment of the horizontal alignment enables speed-up even in the case of R7000/R8000, placed in the ballasted track section of the Kyung-Bu high-speed line.

  • In this study, damping control devices were applied to the suspension system of a capsule train, and the effects were investigated to improve the ride comfort. The superconductor electrodynamic suspension (SC-EDS) method is used for the capsule train levitation. This method has advantages such as no gap control and a large gap. However, the SC-EDS method has disadvantages such as large gap variation and small damping characteristics against outer vibration, which causes degradation of the ride comfort. In this study, the damping control devices in the primary and secondary suspension were considered to improve the ride comfort in the capsule train. Damping control devices in the primary and secondary suspension can reduce the vibration transmission from outer disturbances to the bogie and from the bogie to the car body, respectively. Simulations for dynamic characteristics analyses were conducted based on the capsule train dynamic model to investigate the effects of the damping control devices on the ride comfort. As a result, it was confirmed that the ride comfort requirements according to the ISO standard can be satisfied by applying the damping control in the capsule train suspension.

  • 본 연구에서는 산업 현장에서 중장비 엔진마운트를 설계함에 있어서 벤치상태에서의 번거로움과 비현실성을 해결하고 실차상태의 하중 조건에 맞는 적절한 엔진마운트를 설계하기 위해 TDA(Time Domain Analysis) 기법을 도입하여 굴삭기 모델에 응용하여 이론치와 실험치를 비교 검토하고 승차감향상을 도모하였다.
