The Processes of a new product design based on ergonomics and customer satisfaction have been studied for years. However, few attempts have been made to systematically include ergonomic design concept to communication service design. Service design can be regarded as a specific type of product design in a way that the processes of product design can also be employed to those of service design. However, a few difficulties may often arise in doing so. First, services have no explicit tangible features, which implies that a customer may not properly appraise contents, quality and functionality of newly designed services with a prototype before launching into market. Second, customer demands on services change more rapidly according to advances in related technology. In the study, we examined earlier studies of product design process and identified that a service design process must alos conform ergonomic methodology, extracting innovative values for creativitybased design and subsequently evaluate its level of customer satisfaction. In this study, we proposed a customer-centered ergonomic design process for communication services. This process includes a hierarchical structure of service requirement identification, customer-centered trend analysis, service scenario development and service evaluation. To prove the practicality of the design process, a case study of communication service design was conducted according to the procedure that follows.

The purpose of this study is to develop and suggest u-project teaching and learning model in order to effectively practice multidisciplinary and practical green growth conversion education, In order to achieve the purpose of study, the researchers conducted surveys to middle and high school teachers (189), teachers-to-be (285), and middle school students (358) on green growth perception, and analyzed relation between the ten green growth strategic directions and the 2007 and 2009 curricula. The extraction of the teaching and learning contents for the ubiquitous green growth conversion education and the development of a TUGG (Teaching Ubiquitously for Green Growth) model that is suitable for middle school application were also pursued. This study will increase the understanding of the necessity and propriety of green growth and also promote multidisciplinary and practical green growth conversion education.

The line-telemetry data processing system is necessary for monitoring the status of each onboard systems of KSLV-I upper stage during the ground tests and launch preparation. The mission of line-telemetry system is to provide reference telemetry data and to monitor the status of upper stage. The line-telemetry data processing system consists of a PCM acquisition/processing server, a system management server, and 9 monitoring consoles. In this paper, we will describe the overview of onboard remote measurement system, the design of the line-telemetry data processing system, anomaly setup information for indicating alarm signal in case of abnormal occurrence, and the result of the ground test and flight test.

Performance-based Project Delivery System(PPDS) is one of Project Delivery System that when owner ask for performance than constructor feel free to choose materials, technology, an engineering method. PPDS rank higher position than Performance Warranty Contract and Technical Proposal Bid. This study aims to propose Improvement Idea for PPDS that based Housing Performance Grading Indication System. 'Request-performance Checklist' is used as communication means(between owner and constructor) and a kind of corroborative facts make the procedures achievement of project like contract easier.

Lately the increase of unemployment and freeters, the use of mobile applications for part-time jobs has been increasing. This study identifies the problems of mobile job applications and focuses on domestic applications: 'Albamon' and 'Albachunkuk'. By conducting surveys and in-depth interviews based on Peter Morville's Honeycomb model. The usability assessment, the proposed improvement results are as follows: First, unhealthy establishments and overlapping job blocking filters should be further strengthened. Second, a design to tailor to the 20s age group, who are the main user of the application, is needed. Third, a fully customized part-time job listing is needed for users on the application landing page. Fourth, the application requires verification procedures for the document preparation regarding work contracts and reporting of employers. This study hopes to add to the improvement of job-seeking application services in Korea.

Due to increased software development cost, interest about the method and automated tool for reusing legacy system have been running high. Therefore, In this study, it proves the definition, concept and also background of legacy system by showing real market and technology trend. Automation tool is designed and developed to handle the concrete development methodology, procedure and reference. Also, we implemented the process that analyze the legacy system and extract, refine, store and reuse the candidate components by using LM(Legacy to Modern System) supporting tool presented in this paper. If LM supporting tool is applied to legacy system migration, we can expect cutting costs, shortening the developing period and succeeding the intellectual property by software re-engineering.

International financial crises of the mid-l990s are widely perceived as the trigger that prompted recognition of the need for a new data quality management by the OECD, IMF, Eurostat and individual statistical agency. The official statistics improvements schedule in Korea was launched in 1996 as part of a broader internationally-agreed-upon initiative to strengthen transparency and promote good governance practices. These new initiatives are based on the Total Quality Management(TQM) movement and other management frameworks broadening the concept of quality beyond the traditional statistician's concepts of data quality. This paper aims to evaluate the statistics quality of Land Price Index. Evauation Method is the National Statistical Office's Data Quality Management System which focus on accuracy, timeliness, relevance, accessibility, comparability, serviceability, efficiency.

Self-Prevention Plan Review Report and Review Standards Process Safety Management(PSM), Safety Management System(SMS), including the contents of the safety management system audit standards, notices and guidelines on the screening form and were analyzed. Were expected through the interview and screening personnel in the screening process to identify problems prior research so that it can be reflected in the. Also divided into methods such as document review and on-site implementation status of the review written Emergency Preparedness Plan depending on the item proposed. Toxic Chemicals Control Act(TCCA) Self-Prevention Plan Review Regulations. However, the substantial approval process, and do not enable the system performance lacked Self-Prevention Plan Review. Review half configuration to enhance the professionalism and efficiency of the work of this research was performed.

In this paper, the seismic performance evaluation of the subway lines 1~4 conducted from April 2010 to October 2013 for the existing structures that were not seismically designed based on the seismic design criteria of urban railways was studied. The detailed design of seismic reinforcement for the facilities requiring seismic reinforcement was summarized through the detailed design of the seismic reinforcement construction conducted from March to December 2018. As a result of the evaluation, 53.2km (total project cost of 322 billion won) of 141.5km of Lines 1~4 were considered to require seismic reinforcement, and finally, the company aims to secure a 100% earthquake-proof rate to withstand earthquake-scale 6.5 by 2020. This paper can be used as basic research data to evaluate and reinforce seismic performance of urban railways in the future.

This study focuses on user experience of Ant Insurance Platform(insurance product of Alibaba) and provides insights and improvement advises based on the survey conducted. Given that insurance claim is the most controversial part during the whole process, it is essential to conduct corresponding research from users' prospective. Some Chinese users between their 20's and 40's, who are major users of mobile insurance platforms, were selected as a sample group. Questionaire survey, which was made based on measurement items from Information systems success model, as well as in-depth interview was conducted within the group. According to the result, health, among all kinds, is the most difficult insurance to claim, which was mainly cause by security and information concerns. In order to enhance security, more options should be given to users. As for information, complains should be delt carefully and transparently. This study is expected to be used as referential material for mobile insurance platforms and user experience of insurance claims.
