The coarse classifying procedure in credit scoring splits the values of a continuous characteristic into bands and the values of a discrete characteristic into groups of values. Also, the scorecard degrades over time and thus we should adjust the cut-off score being used. However, the coarse classifying and the adjustment of cut-off score in credit scoring are very complicate and troublesome procedure. Thus, in this paper, we develop a software for the coarse classifying and the model evaluation by using Visual Basic Language. By using the developed software, we can find the best split in the coarse classifying and the optimal cut-off score in the model evaluation.

통신 장비 및 서비스 시장의 개방화에 따른 국가간 경쟁 체제 속에서 통신 정책 입안자의 관심이 단말 장치에 대한 형식 승인 제도의 세부 규정과 절차의 명확성을 위한 각종 제도 장비, 그리고 단말 장치 기술 기준의 효율적 운용 방안 등에 모아지고 있다. 이를 반영하여 호주는 1991년 전기 통신법의 개정, 형식 승인 기관인 AUSTEL의 기능 강화, 국가 및 지역간의 형식 승인 조화를 위한 AUSTEL의 국제적인 각종 활동 등을 통하여 대내 외적으로 형식 승인제도와 형식승인 기술 기준의 미비점을 보완해왔으며, 현재 세계 각국과의 형식승인 상호인정을 위한 효율적인 활동체계를 구축하고 있다. 본 고는 단말 장치 형식 승인 제도 운영 등에 활발한 움직임을 보여주고 있는 호주의 형식 승인 지침(Technical Approvals Guide No.3)과 전화망 접속 기술 기준(TS-002)의 적용 동향을 파악하여, 최근 호주와 형식 승인 상호 인정을 계획하고 있는 우리나라의 통신 협상 대응 방안 설정시 활용하고자 한다.

본 연구는 스타트업 투자성과와 연계된 창업가 역량, 재무정보 등 정량데이터를 기반으로 스타트업 투자자들의 투자결정요인을 분석하였다. 주요 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업 초기 종업원 수가 많고, 최고경영자의 지분비율이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 재무적 특성에서는 기업의 매출액 규모가 작을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스타트업의 경우, 기업의 단기성과보다는 투자 결정에 있어 미래가치 혹은 다른 정성적인 요인이 더 고려된다는 점을 보여준다. 셋째, 창업가 특성에서는 CEO 교육수준(학력)이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 즉, 창업자의 학력은 성공적인 투자 여부에 핵심적인 변수이고 이것은 선행연구의 결과와 다르지 않았다. 또한, 학력과 투자유치의 연관성은 창업 3년 미만 스타트업에서 상대적으로 강하게 나타났다. 선행연구에서 투자정보공개, 관련 데이터 확보의 어려움으로 스타트업 투자에 관한 정량적 실증연구가 거의 진행되지 못한 점을 고려한다면, 본 연구는 설문조사 방식을 뛰어넘어 국내 초기 창업기업만을 대상으로 성공적인 투자유치와 연계된 스타트업의 평가요인을 정량적으로 분석했다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖는다.

본 논문에서는 중국의 자율운항선박 기술개발 현황 및 신기술 관련 승인제도에 관한 연구하고자 한다. 제4차 산업혁명에 따라 해운산업에서도 자율운항선박이 등장하게 되었고, 현재 많은 국가들이 치열하고 기술개발에 열을 올리고 있다. 우리나라 역시 자율운항선박 기술개발을 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이와 더불어 자율운항선박 상용화를 위한 규제특례 및 승인제도를 도입하고자 한다. 자율운항선박은 현존선과 다른 선박 구조적 특성 및 시스템상의 특성을 가지고 있으며, 국제해사기구의 기준을 기반으로 주요 해양국가들은 자율운항선박의 실증운전 및 상용화를 위하여 자율운항선박 및 기자재 인증제도를 채택하고 있다. 본 논문은 중국의 자율운항선박 기술개발 현황 및 자율운항시스템등과 같은 신기술 승인제도를 연구하여 시사점을 얻고자 한다.

무통혈당측정기의 경우 통증이 없다는 점에만 그치지 않고 짧은 시간에 정확한 혈당치를 알려주어야 하고, 비용이 비싸지 않아야 하며 휴대할 수 있는 정도의 크기여야 한다는 점 때문에 아직 미국에서 조차 일반인에게는 판매되지 못하고 있으며 몇몇 기기들만이 미국 FDA의 승인을 기다리고 있는 상태이다.

With the advancement of cyber threats and the development of hacking technologies, cyber security is being emphasized in various fields such as automobiles and ships. According to this trend, various industrial fields are demanding cybersecurity, and related certifications. In this paper, cybersecurity type approval is compared with the RMF stage under the premise that there are common elements with RMF in that cybersecurity elements must be reflected in the entire system development cycle. For comparison, type approval of maritime cyber security of the Korean Register of Shipping was selected. In conclusion, although type approval of maritime cyber security acquisition procedure is not divided by development stage like the RMF, there are the commonalities in the procedure to apply the cybersecurity element to the System development lifecycle like the RMF. Accordingly, the possibility of determining that the cybersecurity element was applied to the entire development cycle was confirmed.

오는 7월 1일부터 전면 발효되는 ISPS Code에 대비하여 세심한 준비가 요구되고 있다. ISPS Code 시행시기가 4개월밖에 남지 않은 현재 국적선의 경우 ISPS Code를 이행하기 위한 준비단계에 불과한 선박보안계획서(SSP)의 승인은 회원사 소속 선박 380여척 중 비국적선의 경우 110척, 국적선의 경우도 110척에 불과해 준비를 서둘러야 할 상황이다. 국제 보안증서를 취득하기 위해 소요되는 시일이 대략 75일 소요되는 점을 감안할 때, 늦어도 3월 말까지는 보안계획서 승인을 신청해야 하기 때문이다.

이 논문에서는 이동통신단말기를 이용한 신용카드 및 온-라인 금융거래에 관한 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법은 먼저, 신용카드 회원이 신용카드사 거래승인시스템으로부터 보안코드를 이동통신단말기로 수신 받는 보안코드수신단계, 보안코드를 가맹점의 인증 단말기에 입력하는 단계, 입력된 보안코드의 일치여부를 비교하는 단계 및 최종 승인단계의 과정으로 구성된다.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between contingencies of self-worth(superiority and others' approval), college adjustment and expectancy for future success and the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in these relationships. For this study, data from 460 college students were analyzed. The results were as follows. Contingencies of self-worth(superiority) were positively associated with college adjustment and expectancy for future success, while contingencies of self-worth(others' approval) were negatively associated with college adjustment and expectancy for future success. Second, the results of structural equation modeling indicated that cognitive flexibility fully mediated the relationship of contingencies of self-worth (superiority and others' approval) with college adjustment and expectancy for future success. Third, even the contingencies of self-worth(other's approval) were negatively associated with cognitive flexibility, and if the latter was high, it influenced college adjustment and expectancy for future success. Finally, the meanings and limitations of this research and implicationsfor counseling strategies and interventions were discussed in detail.

많은 난관을 극복하고 조기착공에 성공한 후에, 우선적으로 고려할 사항은 주공정(Crtical Path) 을 관리하는 것이다. 주공정(critical Path)의 초기 작업에 필요한 자재, 장비, 인원의 준비를 재점검하고 하도급추진을 하는 한편, 계약서상의 요구조건, 승인사항에 미흡한 점이 없는지를 검토하고 보완한다. 계약서상의 요구사항을 미비하거나 무시했을 경우, 반드시 그에 상응하는 경제적 대가를 치루어야 한다는 것을 명심해야 한다. 시공을 하기 위해서는 자재승인 후 작업도면(Working Drawing/ Construction Drawing/ Shop Drawing)의 승인을 받고, 작업방법(Method Statement)을 제출하고, 설명화 Presentation) 및 시험시공(Demonstration 또는 Mockup)을 거쳐 감리자의 시공허락을 받아야 하며 각종 Test를 통해 품질관리를 실행해야 한다. 시공지는 시방서에서 요구하는 품질이 보장되는 범위 내에서, 최대한 공기를 단축할 수 있도록 공사초기부터 노력을 해야 하며, 공사의 모든 과정에서 항상 claim 여부, 공기내 준공, 하자 Zero, 최단 시일 내에 최대의 기성취하에 역점을 두고, 이에 장애요인을 해결하는 것으로 공사를 진행해야 한다.
