피로가 선박승무원 건강에 미치는 영향에 대한 고찰

  • IMO에서는 피로(Fatigue)를 정신력, 체력, 신속성, 반응시간, 기능의 조화, 의사결정, 마음의 안정 등을 포함한 모든 육체적, 정신적 또는 감정적인 소모의 결과로 인하여 인간의 육체적 또는 정신적 능력이 저하되는 것 즉, 인간의 효율성의 감소라고 정의하고 있다. 선박승무원의 피로는 선박안전운항과 해양환경보호를 위한 업무수행능력(Performance)에 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 승선중인 선박승무원의 건강(Health)과도 밀접한 관계가 있으며 또한 많은 영향을 미치게 된다. 본 연구에서는 선박승무원의 피로에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인과 그로 인한 효과들을 살펴보고 피로와 선박승무원의 건강과의 관련성 및 그 영향 등에 대하여 고찰을 하고자 한다.

  • Because of globalization, flight trips are generalizing, however in proportion to this, it is increasing that people who afraid of riding an airplane because of flight phobia. ‘Flight Phobia’ is individual problem; however it can be factors to suspend of flight schedules. This research is experimental analyzed the recognition degree of flight attendants and cabin attendants about flight phobia and suggested the direction of management about related problems. This research examines meanwhile overlooked importance of flight phobia and the actual condition and if problems are happened, this research will be used valuable to manage quickly and safely.

  • Because the wage of railway crews is based on the duty hour rather than the working hour, most researches have focused on the balance of duty hour for the crews. In this paper, the structure of duty hour and its relationship to the crew wage are analyzed and some issues are identified. The duty hour consists of several different jobs which are weighed equally in calculating the crew's wage. Also, the difference between the working hour and duty hour is inconsistent with the train routes; i.e., the difference of a long distance train is larger than that of a small or medium distance train. To solve the problems, possible ways to link the duty hour to the wage better are proposed and exemplified

  • This paper aims to improve survival ratio at ship fires by soot density reduction This study examines soot density and visibility using FDS. And also examines evacuation time by Pathfinder. The FDS(Fire Dynamic Simulator) is a 3 zone model(Field Model) analysis tool and the patherfinder is a useful analysis tool for evacuation. This research examined about evacuation time using the current regulations of the ship's corridor width and exit width first And then studied evacuation time again when ship's structure was changed according to the method that is proposed in this paper. And finally compared the results each other.

  • This study examines hypotheses that four personality traits(extroversion, emotional stability, openness to experience, and agreeableness) have effect on emotional exhaustion among flight attendants. Questionnaires were collected from 344 flight attendants working for two airlines in Korea. From the hierarchical regression analysis, this research could find out some results such as follows. First, extroversion, emotional stability, and agreeableness, with the exception of openness to experience, decrease the level of emotional exhaustion. Second, according to the results of these analyses organizations should consider employee's personality fitting to job in selection process.

  • The heavy thermal load to battle tanks can cause electronic components' malfunction and crew to be put out of action. The thermal load is generated from Internal heat sources such as electronic devices installed in the room as well as extremely hot weather. In this study, heat and flow analysis for the cabin room of a battle tank was performed to deal with this thermal problem. This study presented the validation of simulation results in comparison with those of test, the investigation of optimal flow design for effective cooling in cabin room and finally the evaluation of thermal comforts to crew.

위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점: 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 'KTX 여승무원 사건'을 통해 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 분석한 것이다. 노동부는 이 사건에 대한 두 차례의 조사결과(2005, 2006) 당시 한국철도공사와 (주)한국철도유통이 체결한 'KTX 고객서비스 위탁 협약'이 적법한 도급에 해당한다고 발표했다. 그러나 실제 노동을 제공한 KTX여승무원 등에 대한 면접조사와 관련 사건자료를 바탕으로 한 분석결과에 따르면 위와 같은 노동부의 판단은 여러 가지 문제가 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 위장도급에 대한 노동부 법적 판단의 문제점을 지적한 후, 이 사건 업무위탁이 사실상 '위장도급'에 해당하며, 한국철도공사 사업의 성격 및 지금까지 수행해온 여승무원 업무의 본질상 승무업무를 담당하는 근로자를 간접고용 하는 것은 사실상 적법한 한도 내에서는 어려운 일임을 밝히고자 했다.
