Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational culture, personality Traits, work addiction and workplace family conflict on the life satisfaction of Korean Air crew. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis The sample used for the empirical analysis is a total of 578 questionnaires. Results: Empirical analysis summarized next. Organizational culture and personality characteristics have some effects on work poisoning. However, the compulsion of work driven does not affect work-family conflict, Family-Work Conflict does not affect Life Satisfaction. Conclusion: This paper has a contribution in that it extends the range of the academic research concerning Workaholic. Also this paper provides implications on effective human resource management method suitable for airline industry.

This study testifies the proposition that in the case of high emotional organizational commitment, through employees perform surface acting, they feel high personal accomplishment. Data was collected from 158 flight attendants of two airlines in Korea. From the hierarchical regression analysis, we could conclude such as follows. First, emotional organizational commitment has a positive effect on surface acting. It means that because employees with high emotional organizational commitment accept organizational goals as theirs, they are willing to perform surface acting. Second, surface acting has a positive effect on personal accomplishment. It means that surface acting has a "positive" side as well as negative one. Third, according to above results, organizations should try to take measures to increase the emotional organizational commitment of flight attendants.

Recently, the airline industry has grown tremendously, and competition among airlines has intensified. Therefore, the importance of airline's service quality has been greatly emphasized. The human service provided by the airline is the biggest service the customer feels, so the customer orientation of the flight attendant is very important. The aim of this study was to identify the mediating effects of organizational commitment on the relationship among transformational leadership and customer orientation. As a results of the study, transformational leadership had positive significant effects on organizational commitment and job customer orientation. The results of this study imply that the organizational commitment play significant mediating role between transformational leadership and customer orientation.

기술의 발전 및 증가하는 항공수요를 바탕으로 항공산업은 신규항공기의 개발, 노선의 확충, 항공사의 신설 등 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있다. 이처럼 항공산업의 발전에도 불구하고 항공기 사고의 발생은 일정한 수준을 유지하고 있으며 단한건의 사고로 막대한 사회적 손실을 야기할 수 있다. 현재 국내 외에서 발생하는 항공사고는 대부분 인적요인에 의해서 발생되며 그중 피로관리 미흡으로 인한 사고가 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이에 따라 국가기관 및 국제사회는 운항승무원, 객실승무원에 대한 피로관리 시스템의 연구 및 개발을 통하여 피로관리시스템을 운영하고 있다. 그러나 직접적인 항공안전, 유지, 보수를 책임지는 항공정비사들의 경우 주 야간근무, 3교대근무 등에 의한 비 규칙적인 근무환경에 노출되어 있다. 또한 항공정비사의 피로관리시스템의 연구는 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 선행연구 및 인적관리 연구를 바탕으로 체계적인 항공정비사 피로관리시스템의 도입 필요성에 관하여 고찰하고자 한다.

전동차 시뮬레이터는 제한된 공간상에서 영상 및 음향, 운동, 운전석에 있는 각종 계기와 모니터 시스템들을 이용해 운전자에게 실제 주행하고 있다는 현실감을 제공하는 일종의 가상현실 장비이다. 시뮬레이터의 유효성은 각종 차량 특성과 운전조건 변화에 대해 CAB 상의 승무원에게 실제에서 경험할 수 있는 각종 주행환경을 제공하는 데 있다. 주행 현실감을 확보하기 위해서는 CAB 승무원에게 소리, 영상, 운동, 촉각 신호 등과 같은 큐(Cue)를 현실적으로 제공해야 한다. 대부분의 큐는 운전자의 조작 명령에 반응하는 차량의 동특성 해석을 통해 결정되어 시각, 음향, 모니터 등에 제공된다. 그러므로, 시뮬레이터 운용에 있어서 핵심적인 위치를 차지하고 있는 실시간 전동차 시뮬레이션 시스템의 전동차 모델은 차량의 운동을 현실적으로 모사할 수 있어야 하며, 실시간으로 시뮬레이션 되어야 하는 서로 상충되는 조건을 만족시켜야 한다. 실시간 전동차 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해서 특히 공학적으로 검토되어야 할 요소는 전동차 모델의 적절성, 적분기법, 운용 소프트웨어 및 실시간 시뮬레이션용 컴퓨터 등에 관하여 연구하였다.

연안선은 국제항해 선박에 비해 상대적으로 사고의 위험성은 높으나 이에 대응할 훈련기반이 취약하다. 본 연구에서는 연안선의 화재 및 퇴선상황에서의 승무원의 행동특성을 모델링하고 연안선 환경과 특성에 맞는 CBT용 훈련 프로그램을 개발함으로써 비상시 연안선 승무원의 사고대응 능력을 제고하고자 한다. 특히 이를 위해 연안 여객선에서 여객 대피를 위해 필요한 요소를 검토하여 개선점을 파악하여 프로그램 개발에 반영하고자 한다.
