This study aims to analyze the continuity and sequence between the intelligent life curriculum for grades 1-2 and the science curriculum for grades 3-4 with a focus on knowledge and inquiry process skills. The results demonstrate that contents related to science in the intelligent life curriculum consisted of only 10 out of 32 elements. Five elements were related to the science curriculum for grades 3-4 and limited to the 'life sciences' area. Particularly, the intelligent life curriculum did not address topics related to 'matter' and 'motion and energy'. Developmental connection was established in the 'life sciences' area and dramatic changes were noted for the topics related to 'earth and space' area. In terms of inquiry process skills, the levels of observation, measurement, inference, and communication naturally increased, whereas a developmental connection was noted between the intelligent life and science curricula. Classification can be viewed as a developmental link; however, viewing the classification as scientific from the epistemic perspectives was insufficient. In the case of expectation, a gap was observed in both curricula due to the absence of expectation activities in the intelligent life curricula. The study discussed the implications for securing the connection between the intelligent life and science curricula on the basis of these results.

The medical drama has developed into a story centered on 'people', raising viewers' sympathy. The story of the drama is the true life story of doctors, patients and families. It is also a story that reminds me of 'a little special day of our ordinary people'. And the song played and sung by five characters in the drama became a factor that stimulates nostalgia and increases immersion. The highest viewer rating was 14.1%, and 51,584 blogs alone were registered. According to the big data analysis, the related words were 'Wise OST', 'Album Name', 'Artist Name', 'Two Hours in a row', 'Record', 'Remake', 'OST Revealed', 'Advertisement Revenue', 'Playlist', 'Aroha' and 'Cho Jung-seok'. The commercialization of medical dramas includes 'Sales of Drama OST Albums', 'Organizing Online Live Concerts (PPL in Advertising)', 'Publishing Piano Music', 'Picture of People-Oriented Photography', 'Making Music Video Editing Drama Highlight', 'YouTube Upload Profits', 'Mask' and 'Disinfectant'. it is predicted that the touching story of Corona 19 and the charming humanity will unfold. The limitations of the research will require analysis of various works by genre and attempts to analyze consumer values by industry.

경제교육의 중요성이 대두되면서 경제교육을 위한 연구가 활발해 지고 있으며 경제교육을 위한 웹기반 시스템과 코스웨어 개발 연구가 많아 졌다. 그러나 초등학교 저학년을 위한 시스템이나 학교 사회과 수업에 직접 적용할 수 있는 코스웨어의 개발은 많지 않다 따라서, 본 연구에서는 초등학교 2학년 통합교과인 슬기로운 생활 가게놀이 단원의 가게놀이하기 수업을 위한 코스웨어를 개발하였다. 가게놀이에 필요한 준비물을 직접 인쇄할 수 있게 하였고, 가게놀이 규칙과 절차, 가게 선전 방법을 자세히 안내하고 간접 체험할 수 있도록 개발하여 초보적인 경제능력을 기르도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to select the basic words of physics for science education which were learned through everyday life or school education and be foundation of learning science. For this, we collected all words in the 'Wise Life' textbooks by 7th and 2007 National Curriculum, and extract the science words. As a result, there were 8,970 words in 8 textbooks of 'Wise Life', and about 18% of them, 1,585 words, were science words. There were 266 kinds of science words and most of them were biology words. And the textbooks by 2007 National Curriculum had more science words than by 7th's. Finally we selected 24 basic words of science only in the physics area by comprehensively considering difficulty, need and frequency.

Science textbook is the most frequently used teaching material in elementary schools of the United States and Korea. Elementary science textbooks of the United States and Korea are analyzed to find out the educational objectives and characteristics of contents shown in textbooks. About 100 pages each in the first grade and fourth grade science textbooks each nations are selected randomly for educational objective analysis. Life science contents of 1st to 6th grade are analyzed from elementary science textbooks of the United States and Korea. The analyzed textbooks in Korea are 'Wise life,' an integrated subject with social studies and science, and 'science.' The analyzed elementary science textbooks of the United States are Harcourt Science, which is one of the frequently used textbooks. The educational objective framework used includes science knowledge, scientific inquiry, scientific attitude, STS, and philosophy and history of science. The results show science textbooks of the United States emphasize scientific knowledge more than scientific inquiry. Korean science textbooks emphasize scientific inquiry more than scientific knowledge. Elementary science textbooks of the United States present some life science topics redundantly and expose more difficult topics than Korean.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of science academic achievement, inquiry ability, scientific attitude of students using the STEAM Learning Program. To verify about the effects of science-based STEAM program, a teaching plan and worksheet for students based on STEAM has been constructed and applied. The subjects of this program were the first grade students of both an experimental class(34 students) and a comparative class (34 students) located in Kyonggi Province. The results of this study were as follows: First, there is a significant difference in inquiry ability between two groups. STEAM Learning program accomplished higher achievement than traditional science instruction. Second, STEAM Learning program influenced science academic achievement positively. Third, there is a statistically significant effect on scientific attitude of students than traditional instruction. In conclusion, the STEAM Learning Program was useful to develop the elementary school student's inquiry ability, scientific attitude.

In this study, a program was developed and implemented for middle school students in the 'Healthy Family Relations' of the home economics based on design thinking process. The purpose was to investigate whether a significant difference is displayed in terms of empathy ability improvement among middle school students. For this purpose, a "Wise 'stay-at-home' life" program comprised of five class sessions was developed based on design thinking process. The program was implemented to male and female students in the second year of middle school, and students' empathy ability was examined by a pre- and post-test comparison. As a result, the developed program was found to have generated a significant improvement in cognitive empathy among middle school students. In addition, the students' satisfaction with the class was generally positive. In particular, many students mentioned that they were interested in activities such as 'empathizing through Instagram' and 'creating a sub-character'. However, there also was an opinion that the lesson activities were difficult to complete due to the lack of time and restrictions on cooperative activities due to COVID-19. In this research, we developed a program that can be used in both face-to-face and non-face-to-face situations in order to flexibly deal with situations where the learning environment changes due to COVID-19. And this research is significant particularly in that it confirmed that home economics have a positive influence on improving middle school students' empathy ability, particularly the cognitive factor of empathy.
