A Study on Characteristics of Purchase Behaviors of Outdoor Wear Consumers (등산복 구매행동의 특성 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to identify differences between characteristics of purchase behavior of outdoor wear consumers, demographic variables and mountain climbing related variables. The subjects of surveys are selected among men and women consumers having experiences of purchasing outdoor wear in ages from 20's to over 50's who live in the vicinity of Busan. Data and information collected are analyzed by using SPSS Program. Results from the analysis of purchasing purpose indicates that they buy outdoor wear conducive to two similar reasons; that is, "only to exercise and enjoy mountain climbing" and "either to wear it in time of climbing mountain or everyday life," and results from the analysis of purchase frequency reveals that '$1\sim2$ times'a you is the highest. Results from analysis of preference of brand of outdoor wear reveals that Kolon Sport is followed by the North Face and K2.

Engineering design process of tight-fit sportswear using 3D information of dermatomes and skin deformation in dynamic posture (동적자세와 피부분절을 이용한 기능성 밀착의복 제작 프로세스)

  • The primary goal of this study was to provide a systematic methodology of utilizing 3D technology for tight-fit performance sportswear using information of skin deformation in various posture. Technical tools used in this study are Cyberware whole body scanner, RapidForm2004, 2C-AN 3D pattern development program, and YukaCAD. Analysis of the 3D skin deformation while knee joint was bent from $0^{\circ}$ to $60^{\circ}$ revealed that the length of dermatomes L4 was remained consistent during knee bending. Therefore, L4 was chosen as a major cutting line. To develop a highly ergonomic pattern, replicas of static and dynamic postures were developed and integrated using two methods, one is morphing method (Sqirlz Morph), and the other is AutoCAD. Experimental tight-fit garments called 'Derm-Mov Pattern' was designed using dematomes L4, L2, and inner line under knee and compared with four other patterns. As results, AutoCAD was appropriate as a integrating method of various postures. In wear test, 'Derm-Mov Pattern' was rated high (p < .001), in terms of pressure comfort especially around front crotch area. However, wear sensation was not signipicantly different in other area due to highly extensible property of materials. Pressure distribution was relatively even in these experimental garments.

Effects of In-store Experiences on Store Satisfaction, Sportswear Brand Preference and Purchase Intention - Focus on Moderating Role of Impulse Buying Tendency - (스포츠웨어 점포 내 체험요소가 점포 만족도, 브랜드 호의도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 충동구매에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore how experiential factors in sportswear stores influenced store satisfaction, brand preference, and purchase intention among potential consumers, and to reveal the moderating effects of impulsive buying. The subjects of this study were 306 male and female adults in their 20s and 30s, who had visited sports brand stores within the past year. To analyze the data, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, structural model analysis and path analysis were performed. The results of this study were as follows. First, there is a strong relationship between store satisfaction and experiential factors in sportswear apparel stores. All experiential factors significantly influenced store satisfaction in a positive direction. Second, consumers' store satisfaction positively influenced on brand preference. Third, consumers' store satisfaction had positive influences on their purchasing intention. Fourth, consumers' impulsive buying tendency showed significant moderating effect on the experiential factors. Consumers with low level of impulsive buying tended to be influenced more by 'think', 'relate', and 'sense' experiential factors on their store satisfaction. However, consumers with a high level of impulsive buying tendency revealed that they were more likely to be influenced by 'act' and 'feel' experiential factors.

  • As sports infiltrates each field of modern society and becomes familiar, sports wear was changed functionally and was introduced and enveloped into everyday dress. Modern sports wear has been the settled in everyday life deeply and become the clothes of life which are worn regardless of place, time and age. The aim of this paper was to clarify what kind of fashion of sports style would be given to the modern people. In this study, sports wear which has become everyday dress classified from a gender point of view. It was divided into masculine image, feminine image, and neutral image. Sports wear of masculine image generated a silhouette which emphasized the shoulder with the aspiration for youth and health. Wide shoulder was considered as the symbol of masculine beauty and the expression of healthy beauty. It was reflected well in body conscious look. And owing to the development of up-to-data materials, innovation of design, and the study of human body technology, the functional character was settled in the sports wear which showed masculine image. Sports wear of feminine image was represented fashion of body exposure, body feet with body conscious look, and romantic mode. This image was expressed fashion as comforts, pleasant, active design, materials, color, and romantic feminine beauty. Sports wear of neutral image was expressed into unisex clothes. This cloths have no difference in gender, age, and class. It was used as casual sports wear. In the 1960s, young generation participated in such street sports as street basketball and skate. They usually sore the sports wears of neutral image such as cycling, skating, and ski. In the materials of sports, the development of up-to-data material like lycra made the sayings lifelike, “up-to-data material is the second skin” It show that glamorous feminine image and strong masculine image coexisted. The contemporary concept of sportswear is no longer limited to those clothes for sports found in such places like tennis court or swimming pool. Now, the sports wear become more like casual activity wear all classes of people can enjoy in their life regardless of where they are, when they wear, and even how old they are.

Development of Wearing of Musculo-Skeletal Functional Garment for Adolescents' Idiopathic Scoliosis -With the Principle of Sports Taping Applied- (청소년 척추 측만증 환자를 위한 근골격계 보정 웨어 개발 - 스포츠 테이핑 원리 응용 -)

  • We aimed to analyze the muscle activity of adolescent patients with idiopathic scoliosis during gait and develop the wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment by applying the principle of sports taping based on the result of the analysis. We selected 20 male students between the ages of 13 and 18 and divided them into 2 groups: one group consisted of 10 patients with idiopathic scoliosis <20 degrees of Cobb's Angle: the other group had 10 normal students. Using, we measured and analyzed the muscle activity of 8 different regions: left and right latissimus dorsi, left and right thoracolumbar fascia, left and right gluteus medius, and left and right biceps femoris during gait. Our results can be summarized as follows: Firstly, in patients with idiopathic scoliosis, the gait showed a significantly low activity of the right latissimus dorsi muscle when the left foot was supported on the ground(p<.05). Secondly, in the overall gait cycle, the patients showed a higher activity of the right thoracolumbar fascia and right gluteus medius than that seen in the normal students: however, this difference was not statistically significant. Thirdly, by applying sports taping on the bisis of the results, this study developed the wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment that could maximize the stimuli of the right latissimus dorsi and alleviate muscle contraction of the right thoracolumbar fascia and right gluteus medius, while expanding the spinal line upward and downward, by focusing on the difference between left and right muscular strength of the muscle activity of the bright latissimus dorsi. Overall, we expect that by wearing of musculo-skeletal functional garment, the muscular functions in adolescents with idiopathic scoliosis.

Development of Measurement Device for Bending Stiffness of Footwear (신발의 굽힘강성 측정 장비의 개발)

  • In design of sport footwear, bending stiffness of its toe part is an important factor though it can be hardly measured. This paper introduces a device for measuring the bending stiffness. The device is simply designed with aluminum frames, one AC motor, two load-cells, one encoder and control hardwares. The mechanism measuring the bending moment of a shoe is described. Then, it was used to observe how the midsole material and design of a sports shoe affect on its bending stiffness. For the experiments, various specimens prepared, where each midsole of the specimens is different in terms of material, thickness and hardness. With those specimens, experiments were performed by using the device and then the bending stiffness was computed by applying the least square curve fitting after the bending moment data were measured. The specimen with Poly-urethane(PU) midsole has the higher bending stiffness than the one with Phylon(PH) midsole, and the midsole thickness affects more on the bending stiffness than the midsole hardness. Based on those results, it can be concluded that the measurement device can provide consistent bending stiffness data to sports footwear and the bending stiffness of a footwear measured by the developed device can be used as a major parameter in the footwear design.

  • 스포츠웨어 바람막이용도에 사용되는 대부분의 소재는 폴리아미드계 소재이며, 국내에서는 대부분 나일론6 소재를 사용하고 있다. 최근 소비자들의 요구는 점점 경량화되고 있고 야외활동 증가와 더불어 착용감이 우수한 소재를 요구하고 있다. 이러한 시즘에 국내에서 많이 사용되는 나일론6 소재를 이용하여 직물단계에서 경량감과 스트레치성이 발현될수 있는 나일론6 세섬 권축사 개발에 대한 연구를 진행하고자 함이다. 본 연구에서는 직물단계에서 경량감과 스트레치성이 발현될수 있는 나일론6 세섬 권축사 개발을 위해 공중합 나일론6 폴리머와 일반 나일론6 폴리머를 복합방사설비를 이용하여 SIDE BY SIDE POY 26d/6f 원사를 제조하였다. 원사물성은 섬도 25.8d, 절단신도 71%, 절단강도 4.3g/d의 물성을 가졌으며, Nip Belt 가연설비로 연신비, 가연 1st 히터온도, 벨트각도 조건에 따라서 제조된 나일론6 가연사 DTY 20d/6f의 물성을 평가하였고, 비교사로서 T사에서 생산되고 있는 나일론6 가연사 DTY 20d/6f와 비교평가하였다. 비수탄성율은 가연 연신비가 높고, 1st 히터온도가 높은 조건에서 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었으며, 염색 가공 공정에서의 전처리단계에서 $100^{\circ}C$정도의 열을 받았을 때의 수축에 따른 권축효과 발현에 따른 신축성 변화에 대한 상대평가를 사단계에서 유추할 수 있다. 권축효과가 높게 나타난다 하더라도, 사의 수축힘이 적으면 권축효과 발현특성에 큰 차이가 없으므로 열응력을 측정을 한 결과, 가연 연신비가 높고 가연 1st 히터온도가 높은 조건에서 열응력이 높게 나타남을 알 수 있었으며, 비교사에 비해 약간 높은 열응력 값을 보였다. 절단강도는 가연조건에 따라서 큰 변화가 없었고, 절단신도는 연신비가 증가함에 따라 점차 감소하였으며 비교사와도 큰 차이를 보이지 않았음. 따라서, POY 26d/6f 원사에 적합하고, 권축효과가 우수한 가연조건을 도출하였고, 가연현장 작업시 문제가 없는 가연 최적조건을 도출하였다. 향후, 가연조건에 따른 제조된 가연사를 이용하여 제직 및 염색가공 공정을 거친후, 직물신축성 평가를 실시할 계획이다.

  • 비스코스레이온(Viscose Rayon)소재는 목재 펄프를 원료로 한 재생섬유(습식방사)로서 Drape성과 반발성은 탁월하나, 습식방사에 따른 분자구조적 불안정성으로 건 습열처리시 형태불안정(치수변화율이 큼)으로 제직(준비) 및 후공정상 여러 가지 Trouble 유발과 완제품 세탁시 수축발생으로 종종 Dry Creanning 해야 하는 문제점들이 내재되어 있다. 또한 수분흡수시 강도저하, 수축과 구김, 염색 불균염 등의 문제점과 섬유공정상 생활취급상에 많은 애로를 가지고 있으며, 구성고분자가 수소결합에 의해 강고하여 "신축문제", 수분흡수시 팽윤(Swelling)에 의한 형태불안, 즉 "수축문제"가 개선해야 할 고질적 문제로 남아있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 레이온 소재의 형태안정화 제품을 개발하기 위하여 복합사고공 및 염색가공 기술을 개발하고자한다. 신축 및 복합기술에 의한 Rayon DTY, N/R 신축 및 복합기술에 의한 Rayon DTY, N/R 복합가공사를 개발, 제편직 요소기술과 염가공기술을 연구하므로서 형태안정성 레이온 복합소재 제품을 개발하고자 한다. Rayon 소재의 후공정 용이성과 형태안정성을 부여하기 위하여, 레이온 DTY가공사, Rayon-합섬 장(長)-장(長) 복합사를 개발하여 CoolBiz용 냉감소재 및 스포츠 웨어 소재 등으로 활용하고자 한다. 사가공기술에 의한 신도 16%, 수축률 1.6%인 형태안정 Rayon DTY 소재를 개발하였으며, 선연후가공기술에 의하여 N/R 복합가공사를 개발, 신도 18%, 수축률 1.2%인 차별화 레이온 소재를 개발하였다. 이에 기존 Rayon 후가공 및 염색공정과 상이한 개발된 선연후 가연 Rayon DTY가공사 및 T/R혼방사를 활용한 직물에 대하여 최적 전처리, 염색 후가공 공정의 최적 조건을 알아보았다.

  • The purpose of the research is to provide the operation plans of internet marketing for effective application as marketing tools by analyzing the application status of marketing mix through the 30 websites of sportswear brands. Firstly, a study on the marketing mix strategy of sportswear brands presents that most brands put a high priority on promotion strategy by achieving online marketing. Secondly, compared with the other company brands which have online shopping mall, the website of sportswear brands consists of centered brand image. Therefore, based on the analysis about the variety of products and merchandise picture in each item and detailed information offer of neo-products introduction, marketing mix is insufficient in the website of sportswear and the price strategy has the least information. After website of sportswear brands is connected with online-shopping mall, guidance for its price and product is performed mainly. Consequently the sales promotion strategy of price needs development through the incentive and discount price. Promotion strategy occupies more parts than any other strategy. Especially, it allows a high proportion of the variety of events and information for the customer services. Also it needs to improve its bulletin board and Q&A board on the website for better communication with customers. Furthermore distribution strategy focuses on information such as location, contact numbers and address of the online shopping mall. Although online shopping mall has its own advantage which is marketing on the internet, it is not yet in progress.

  • 스포츠웨어 중 바람막이제품의 용도에 사용되는 소재는 폴리에스터와 폴리아미드 소재가 주류이며, 그 중에서 고품격의 바람막이 제품에 대해서는 주로 나일론6 소재를 사용하고 있다. 최근 소비자들은 삶의 질 향상과 야외활동의 증가로 인해 제품의 경량화, 안락한 착용감, 고기능성 등을 동시에 겸비한 제품을 요구하고 있다. 이러한 수요에 발맞추어 국내에서 많이 생산되고 있는 나일론6 소재를 이용하여 제품화 간계에서 경량감과 신축성이 발현될 수 있는 나일론6 소재의 경량 신축직물에 대한 연구개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 직물 단계에서의 경량감과 신축성이 발현될 수 있는 나일론6 소재 신축직물을 개발하기 위해 공중합 나일론6 폴리머와 일반 나일론6 폴리머를 복합방사 설비를 이용하여 side by side POY 26d/6f의 원사를 제조한 후 가연공정을 거쳐 개발된 DTY 20/6f 가연사를 직물 설계 시 위사방향으로 적용하여 제직을 실시하였다. 직물 설계 조건은 기존 T사에서 생산중인 나일론 DTY 20d/7f을 경사로, 개발 소재인 DTY 20/6f을 위사에 적용하였으며, 제직 시 경사밀도 2가지, 위사밀도 2가지로 설계하였으며, 조직의 변화에 따른 신축특성의 변화를 확인하기 위해 평직, Rib. 도비직으로 제직하였고, 이렇게 제조된 직물에 대해 전처리, 염색, 후가공, 코팅가공 공정 조건별로 테스트를 진행한 후, 신축성발현을 위한 최적 공정조건 확보를 위한 공정별 직물의 신축성 변화분석과 최적 공정을 통해 개발한 최종 직물에 대한 신축성 평가를 실시하였다. 테스트 결과, 제직 조건별로는 경사밀도와 위사밀도가 낮은 경우가 원단 내 수축이 더욱 많이 발생함으로써, 신축성이 향상됨을 알 수 있었으며, 조직별로는 평직, Rib. 도비직 순서로 신축성이 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 공정별 신축성 변화분석 결과, 염색 시 가장 신축성 발현이 두드러지게 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 전처리는 일반 연속식 전처리 보다 CPB 전처리 공정이 이후 염색가공 및 코팅을 통해 제조된 직물의 신축성 향상 및 표면 평활성에 높은 기여를 하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 상기 조건에 서 얻어진 최적 공정 조건으로 제조된 최종 코팅직물의 경우에 22% 정도의 신축성이 나타나 개발 소재의 신축특성이 우수함을 확인하였다.
