Analysis of sports knee brace products - Focusing on Chinese websites - (스포츠 무릎보호대 제품 분석 - 중국 웹사이트를 중심으로 -)

  • This study analyzed 214 sports knee braces found on Chinese websites between October 2022 and November 2022 to assess product type (impact protection material, fastening method, and protection method), material composition, size, weight, and main characteristics. The product type was further categorized according to (1) use of hard guard and soft guard protection method; (2) cover type, strap type, and slip-on type fastening method; and (3) pressure type and support type protection method. It also noted the physical shock protection materials used, including foam (EVA or polyurethane) attached to joints as a buffer material and plastic (TPU or PP) that protects the user's knee from external impacts. The study found that the materials that primarily comprise sports knee braces are a combination of nylon, polyester, and neoprene. Additionally, it found that most sports knee braces available on the market are available in three sizes based on knee circumference: M (35-38cm), L (38-41cm), and XL (41-44cm), while some products are available in one size only. Furthermore, the majority of the 214 products studied weighed 200g, followed by 1,000g. Finally, in terms of product characteristics, many sports knee braces utilize ring-shaped silicone pads to distribute the load pressure on the knees or incorporate sturdy adhesive velcro to improve knee stability.

  • Elastomers, which are used engine mounts and body mount rubbers, are traditionally designed for NVH use in vehicles, and for vibration isolation in specific frequency range. According to the measurement of the characteristics of the SUV's engine mounts, there are variability in same engine mount properties. Static and dynamic stiffness of the SUV's engine mounts are changed due to the driving miles accumulated. The pre-load of body mount rubbers are changed due to the empty vehicle weight, passenger's weight and gross vehicle weight. And the dynamic stiffness of body mount rubbers are changed very hard above 150Hz frequency range.

  • 인간은 도구를 만드는 동물인 동시에 이동을 하면서 사회적 생활을 영위하는 동물이다. 인류는 초기, 도보중심으로 이동이 이루어졌기 때문에 그 생활활동 범위도 좁았었다. 그러나 인류는 여러가지 이동의 도구를 만들어 생활권을 확대시켜 나갔다. 그중 보다 빠르고, 보다 멀리, 대량의 사람이나 화물 을 이동시키기 위해 바퀴를 발명하게 되었다. 그래서 수레가 출현하게 되었고 그 후 발전을 거듭하여 오늘날의 자전거가 만들어지게 되었다. 최근에는 과학기술의 급속한 발전과 생산기술의 고도화로 산업의 발전은 물론, 경제성장도 급속히 향상되고 국민의 소득증대도 향상되었다. 이에 따라 여가시간의 활용빈 도도 많아지고 건강증진을 위한 레저나 스포츠용품에 대한 관심과 수요가 급증하게 되었다. 그중 자전거는 레저 스포츠로서 즐길 뿐만 아니라, 건강증진으로서 비만증, 성인병의 예방, 지구력, 폐활량 증대 및 인내심 을 길러준다. 또한 현재 대도시가 안고 있는 교통체증 문제, 환경오염, 에너지절약 측면에서도 자전거는 많은 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 이러한 시대의 상황 속에서 자전거 선호도도 Casual style에서 Seports style로의 변화를 가져오고 더욱 더 고급화, 개성화, 다양화의 모델이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 새로운 고객층을 위한 풍요로움과 건전한 건강생활문화를 창출하고 새로운 고부가가치 상품의 연구로 제품의 경쟁력 을 높여 수출을 증대시킬 수 있는 데 목적을 두었다.

  • Elastomers, which are engine mounts and body mounting rubbers, are traditionally designed for NVH use in vehicles, and they are designed to isolate specific unwanted frequencies. According to the measurement of the characteristics of engine mounts and body mounting rubbers, dynamic stiffness changes with respect to the driving miles accumulated in engine mounts and initial load in body mounting. This study looks at the variability in same engine mount properties, and the desired dynamic stiffness may increased with driving miles accumulated. And the dynamic stiffness of body mounting rubber changes very stiff above 150Hz.

  • Cultural characteristics of a country can affect consumers' buying behaviors. So global companies should think about cultural characteristics of the country that they want do marketing activities. Especially it is very important in sports product marketing because it is closely related with cultural characteristics of the country. This study examines relations between cultural characteristics and advertising strategy for sports product among Korea, England and France. I used content analysis method for this study. I found that Korea and France have similar cultural characteristics and advertising strategy for sports product but England has different cultural characteristics and advertising strategy for sports product. sense of community effect to community identification and community loyalty. Satisfaction of need, Emotional advertising strategy is mostly used in Korea and France. But rational advertising strategy is mostly used in England.

  • This study aimed to investigate the influence of the various factors ICT Convergence of Sports Game device on user satisfaction and intention to reuse. For this goal, based on the review of literature and the Extended Technology Acceptance Model, a research model was constructed that consists of playfulness, usefulness, convenience. The proposed model is analyzed to target 271 customers in Daegu National Science Museum experienced ICT Convergence Sports Game Device using Smart Partial Least Square(PLS) 2.0. The result of hypothesis testing are as follows. First, Playfulness, Usefulness, Convenience showed positively significant impact on Game satisfaction. Second, Game satisfaction positively influenced Reuse Intention. Thus, based on the results of the study, ICT Convergence of Sports Game Device seems to help in the development of a contents.

  • Virtual advertisement is an advertising technique that using computer graphic in a media production such as a sports image for inserting product image, logo, advertising slogan, etc. Recently, the image insertion of virtual advertisement is actively spreading due to the satisfaction of technical element for the image insertion of virtual advertisement in sports advertisement by increasing of the image processing technology and the computing performance. In addition, image processing technology for automatic insertion has become an important research field in the virtual advertisement field. In this paper, we propose the method of extracting less-informative region by using image processing technique and machine learning to insert a virtual advertisement automatically in sports image. The proposed method analyzes the brightness level of image through the histogram and extracts the less-informative region using the machine learning method.

One-side water-repellent finish of PET fabrics using UV/$O_3$ (UV/$O_3$ 조사에 의한 PET 직물의 편면 발수가공)

  • 발수가공은 섬유표면에 낮은 표면에너지 물질을 도포하여 섬유제품에 적심 저항성을 부여하는 것으로 일반적인 방법으로는 불소계 고분자 물질을 포함한 가공제액을 부여하고 열에너지원을 사용하여 섬유 표면에 경화하여 고착시키고 처리온도는 $150{\sim}170^{\circ}C$의 범위에서 수 분 처리하지만 처리시간을 증가하면 섬유에 황변을 일으킬 수 있고 직물의 한 면에만 발수성을 구현하기가 어렵다. 피부와 접촉하는 부위에서의 불필요한 발수성은 땀 흡수저하, 알러지 발생 우려 등 쾌적성 저하 요인이 될수 있어 스포츠, 레저 의류 분야에서는 섬유제품의 일면만을 발수처리 하는 가공이 필요되어진다. 편면 발수가공을 위한 선행기술로는 상하 중 하나의 롤러에만 발수제를 묻혀 섬유제품의 일면에만 발수가공을 하는 것과 분사기로 발수제를 섬유제품의 일면에 도포하는 것 등이 있다. 하지만 일면에 처리된 발수제가 반대면으로 침투하거나 균일한 발수처리가 되지 않는 등의 문제점이 있고 발수제의 농도증가 및 증점제를 사용하여 점도를 증가시켜야하기 때문에 발수처리의 균일성 및 내구성 있는 편면발수공정이 어려운 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 UV경화가 가능한 불소계 발수제와 물에 용해되는 광개시제가 첨가된 수용액을 PET직물에 패딩하고 UV로 경화하여 양면 모두 발수성을 부여한 후 UV조사로 표면개질하여 표면친수성을 증가시켜 양 면의 발수성을 조절하였다.
