Development of smart devices and the network of the company change the way of working. 'Smart work' is a type of work method expected to handle business regardless of the time and space. Therefore, 'Smart Work' is being introduced and gradually expanded in variety of companies. However, despite this popularity its effect is under question. This article reports on the effect of 'Smart Work' through literature review and analyzed the relationship among the worker's job satisfaction, smart work continued usage. The results of this study are expected to help companies to establish strategies connected with 'Smart Work.'

코로나19 확산으로 기업들이 재택근무와 화상회의 등을 시행하며 업무방식이 획기적으로 변화되고 있다. 재택근무를 시행한 직원들은 편하고 쾌적하다는 의견이 다수였지만, 일부 불편함을 호소하기도 했다. 일부 기업은 재택근무 형태가 긍정적이라고 보고 적극 도입을 검토하기 시작했다. 재택근무의 여러 장점 이면에는 스마트폰, 태블릿 등 스마트 기기의 사용 증가로 보안문제점이 심각하게 대두되고 있고, 스마트워크 환경은 클라우드 기반의 실시간 서비스가 그 생태계를 주도하고 있다. 따라서 이 같은 스마트워크 환경에 따른 법제화와 인사시스템 적용, 그리고 정보보호 및 보안 관련 인증을 통한 스마트워크 서비스의 개선이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문은 기존 글로벌 시스템의 확산에 대응하기 위해 국내 시스템의 낮은 인지도와 품질 문제 해결을 위한 차세대 기술 개발 및 사용성 강화를 제안한다.

In July 2010, The Korean government announced a plan to implement smart work centers to resolve low birth rate, low productivity and social costs of the urban traffic jams. The Plan calls for up to 30 percent of the working population to be working under the smart work system by 2015. This empirical study was conducted to find factors affecting the Smart Work Center use. Based on the IS Success Model, 'operation Infra Quality' and 'User Satisfaction' have positive impact on the Smart Work Center use. 'System Infra Quality' and 'IT Infra Quality' have positive impact on the 'User Satisfaction'. Consequently 'System Infra Quality' and 'IT Infra Quality' have positive impact on the Smart Work Center use indirectly.

The speed of technological development is increasing, and high-performance digital devices are spreading. Wired digital devices such as PCs have been optimized for existing wired environments, but needs are shifting away from the constraints of space and space to smart work that enables efficient work anywhere and anytime. The Smart Work System security design is needed to secure integrity and availability in the face of various security threats including physical threats (lost, stolen, and damaged terminals), technical threats (data theft, DoS: denial of service), and unauthorized access outside the wired environment. In this study, we analyzed smart work network systems, wired / wireless link systems, and digital smart devices. We also studied cyber-attack analysis and cybersecurity design methods for a Smart Work wired system and a future wireless system. This study will be used as basic data for building a secure Smart Work system.

최근의 비즈니스 컴퓨팅 환경은 스마트워크 도입으로 이동성 보장 및 업무의 효율성이 높아지고 있는 반면에, 보안이 취약하다는 문제점과 더불어 복잡한 사용자 인터페이스로 인해서 사용자의 불편 사항도 증가하고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 안전하고 편리한 스마트워크 서비스 제공을 위한 사용자 경험 (UX) 기반의 사용자 인터페이스 및 보안시스템을 제안하고, 스마트워크 서비스 시나리오를 통해서 제안하는 시스템을 평가한다. 안전하고, 편리한 스마트워크 서비스의 활용을 통하여 유연한 근무 체계 확립과 동시에 업무 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

정보통신기술의 발전으로 기업의 내에서만 업무를 하던 시대에서 벗어나 언제 어디서나 손쉽게 업무를 수행할 수 있는 스마트워크 환경이 가능하게 되었다. 특히 모바일 디바이스의 성능 발전과 급속한 보급은 스마트워크를 이용하는 환경이 다양해지는 계기가 되었고 이로 인해 동일한 사용자라 할지라도 스마트워크에 접근하는 방법이나 환경이 동적으로 변경 될 수 있다. 이러한 특성은 보안 위협의 유형도 다양하게 하여 기업 내부의 정보를 보호하기 어렵게 만들었다. 이로 인해 기존의 사용자 정보 중심의 통합 인증 관리시스템인 EAM(Extranet Access Management)만으로 다양한 위협에 대응하기에는 부족하게 되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 EAM 시스템의 한계를 알아보고 스마트워크 환경에서 사용자 정보 외에 디바이스, 네트워크, 위치 정보를 활용하여 접근 시의 환경에 따라 사용자의 권한도 동적으로 생성하는 방식을 제안한다.

The advance in mobile devices such as smartphone, wireless networking, and Internet technologies enables many organizations to improve drastically not only the ways of carrying out every job activity but also their business processes and operations management. As the effort to work smart utilizing the technological change, they are interested in the implementation of Smart Work environment. In this paper we examine several types of smart work and their service scenarios. We also describe the structures of networking and system configurations for building up the smart work environment. These study results may be useful as reference materials for the successful implementation of smart work.

정보통신기술과 전력에너지기술의 융합 기술인 스마트그리드는 지속 가능한 성장의 필수적인 요소이다. 스마트그리드 통신 네트워크는 전력 계통 시스템이 송전, 배전, 소비자로 구분되는 것에 맞춰 세 가지로 구분된다. 본고에서는 이 세 부분에서 사용될 스마트그리드 응용 분야를 소개하고 해당 분야가 요구하는 통신 네트워크의 성능과 후보 기술에 대하여 기술하였다. 추가적으로 전력선 통신이 스마트그리드 통신 네트워크에 활용될 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

Todays, many public institutes and corporations are constructing smart-works centers with high tech remote task system. In spite of the strong points on the smart works system, these can cause techno-stress on users. In this point, this paper is to understand the effect of dealing activities against techno-stress on smart-works performance in smart works environments. While many studies on ICT and information system have been focusing on performance, it is considering personal factors to impede system success and performance.

Convergence-based Smart Work in Korea started from 2010 with a purpose to improve work-life balance. Up to now the previous research on Smart Work has been studied in the context of the pre-adoption or the adoption stage, and shows some limitations not finding out the effort to manage change, the issues occurred in the process of adopting Smart Work, and the performance after adopting Smart Work. The period after adoption is when users continue to use ICT and intended objectives can be accomplished. Therefore, this study investigated the process that the organizations adopting Smart Work have overcome spatial and temporal constraints and the performance that they have achieved after adopting it. Though the framework integrating time-geography theory with technology acceptance stage, this research interviewed four managers of three organizations being responsible for adopting and operating Smart Work and provided its adopting process and performance of each organization.
