According to the increasing concern for the safety management of nuclear power plants, the growing need for the development of a monitoring system for the management. Smart revolution sparked the evolution of wireless networks and the spread of smart phones, smart pads and mobile-centric, as well as the change of life, injury, industrial growth, and the Internet economy. In this paper, a fusion of the latest smart technology to meet the traditional nuclear industry in the era of the smart revolution, radiation safety management system is proposed to Content Basic imaging and dose output data in real time, and provides basic monitoring functions required to manage the radiation safety.

The mobile environment which is based on the Internet is expanding the area of the web information systems. The mobile Internet is expanding mobile content and services due to the development of wireless network technology, the proliferation of smart terminal devices, and the emergence of a variety of mobile services platforms. A mobile web is to access to the Internet service using a mobile network or other wireless network using a smart phone or a mobile device. Recently, it is to increase the smart phone usage rapidly in the country, and many companies is entering the mobile market. There are increasing need for this operation plan of a mobile web information system. In this paper, we compared the COBIT, ITIL, the SLA, which are the International Information Systems operation standards, and the information system operation standards of Korea Information Security Agency. We analyzed the suitability of the mobile environment and information system operating instructions, and we compared mobile web, operating environments and the ITIL V3.

기존의 예약시스템을 보게 되면 주로 웹을 이용한 정보 검색 및 예약을 하는 일이 많았다. 하지만 요즘 들어서는 사용자들이 웹과 더불어 모바일 디바이스 즉, 핸드폰, PDA(Personal Digital Assistant), 스마트 폰 등의 사용률이 급격하게 증가하고 사회가 급변하게 돌아가기 때문에 언제 어디서든지 접할 수 있는 모바일 디바이스를 이용한 예약 시스템이 필요로 하게 된다. 그렇기 때문에 본 논문에서는 마이크로 소프트 사의 닷넷 프레임워크 중에서 모바일 닷넷 프레임워크 또는 컴팩트 프레임워크를 기반으로 한 예약 시스템을 설계 및 구현해보았다.

우리나라의 수출입 대부분은 해상을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 항만의 물류 창고는 데이터 네트워크를 통한 유기적인 화물의 출입과 현황관리가 부족한 실정이다. 이는 부족한 데이터 네트워크 인프라와 CCTV에 의한 아날로그 영상 데이터에 의존하는 기존 시스템의 한계로 인해 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 IP 카메라와 엣지 디바이스의 영상분석에 의한 개별 화물 창고의 디지털 현황 분석 기반을 구축하고 분산된 개별 화물 창고의 데이터를 클라우드에 위치한 중앙 집중 데이터 분석 시스템을 구축하여 유연한 개별 화물 창고 관리와 지속적인 모니터링 기반을 제공한다. 사용자 인터페이스는 웹 기반으로 구축하여 항만 화물 관계자에게 편의성과 위치에 구애받지 않는 서비스를 제공한다. 이 과정에서 사설 IoT 네트워크를 통한 최소한의 시공비용으로 항만 내 인터넷 데이터 네트워크를 구축하여 향후 항만 내 다양한 데이터 서비스를 위한 초석을 제공한다.

Security is critically important for smart grid networks that are usually used for the electric power network and IT environments that are opened to attacks, such as, eavesdropping, replay attacks of abnormal messages, forgery of the messages to name a few. ZigBee has emerged as a strong contender for smart grid networks. ZigBee is used for low data rate and low power wireless network applications. To deploy smart grid networks, the collected information requires protection from an adversary over the network in many cases. The security mechanism should be provided for collecting the information over the network. However, the ZigBee protocol has some security weaknesses. In this paper, these weaknesses are discussed and a method to improve security aspect of the ZigBee protocol is presented along with a comparison of the message complexity of the proposed security protocol with that of the current ZigBee protocol.

A railroad is used to a lot of area and it is an eco-friendly and an effective means of communication which is a transport for passengers and products. In recent years, the accidents caused by subway and railroad are cognate with people. We need to come up with preparing measures to avoid the accidents. In this paper, to prevent an accident developing and implementing a system which is a railroad management safety system is the purpose. The system is able to provide scalability for smart railroad safety service based on context aware information. Besides, it is able to furnish flexibility through the OSGi framework.

Although many successful cases regarding big data have been reported, building information systems of big data is still difficult. From the perspective of technology the builders need to understand the whole process of systems development ranging from collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing data to presenting and using information. Whereas, from the perspective of business, the builders need to understand the values of the proposed big data project and explain to top managers who have to make a decision of the risky investment. This study proposes a framework of 5W 1H that can help the builder understand things related to the development of big data information systems. In addition, big data cases from the real world have been illustrated by applying to the framework. It is expected to help builders understand and manage big data projects and lead managers to make better decisions of the investment to the development of information systems.

논문에서는 가스 밸브 잠금 확인, 외출 시 타인이 현관문을 열었을 경우의 여부, 귀중품 상자를 열었는지의 여부 등 집안의 상태 변화를 네트워크를 통하여 전송하여 스마트폰으로 확인할 수 있게 하고, 스마트 폰으로 집안의 특정 장치를 제어할 수 있는 집안 환경 체크 및 제어 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 장치를 활용하여 스마트 폰으로 언제 어디서나 도둑의 침입을 알 수 있으며, 필요시 집안의 장치들을 원격에서 조절할 수 있다.

인터넷 사용인구가 전 국민의 3분의 2가 넘었고, 초고속 인터넷 설치가구가 벌써 1,100만 이상에 이르게 되었다. 점점 더 사람들은 디지털 생활에 익숙해져 가고 있고, 디지털을 떠나서 살아갈 수 없게 되고 있다. 이러한 분위기에 더하여 가정내의 가전기기들도 디지털화 되고 있고, 이것들을 네트워크로 연결하여 원격지에서 제어하는 홈 네트워크 관련 기술들이 현실화 되고 있다. 그러나, 여러 가전회사들이 각자의 미들웨어를 만들고 이것을 이용해서 제품들을 만들고 있다. 따라서 스마트 홈(Smart Home)[1]을 구성하기 위한 여러 가지 미들웨어 제안들이 나오게 되었고, 이것들은 계속 혼재할 것으로 예상되어 실제로 홈 네트워크를 구성하는데 많은 혼란이 예상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 미들웨어를 통합하는 OSGi(Open Service Gateway Initiative)[2,3]를 기반으로 구성된 스마트 홈 시스템 아키텍처를 제안하여 홈 네트워크 구성에 대한 위험 부담이 적고 신뢰할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

This study draws on status quo bias theoretic perspective as a meta-theoretic lens to explain why individuals have resists to adopt smart devices for their tasks. More specifically, we attempted to examine the relationships among user's resist, perceived usefulness and individual productivity in the smart work context. By employing the status quo bias theoretic perspective, we develop and test our research model by using a survey data from 235 individual users. We demonstrate that satisfaction on the current state influence users' resist, and also the users' resist is mediated by perceived usefulness on individual productivity. From the status quo bias view, this study presents an alternative meta-theoretical lens in order to understand individuals' resist in the smartwork context.
