지금 지구상에서 일어나고 있는 화산 활동이나 지진 발생은 단순한 천재지변이 아니라 살아있는 지구의 숨소리이며 기지개라고 할 수 있다. 만약 그러한 활동이 없다면 우리의 지구는 수성이나 화성처럼 생명이 살 수 없는 행성이 되었을 것이다.

방산업체는 IMF를 거치면서 연구개발은 물론 경영개선을 통하여 기술혁신, 품질관리, 원가절감 노력들을 생존을 위해 뼈를 깎는 마음으로 점철되어 왔음을 피부로 느낄 수 있었다. 이제는 업체자체 개발의 경쟁적 체제를 정착시키도록 방산업체의 활성화에 지혜를 모아야 하며 국내시장중심에서 벗어날 수 있도록 "홀로서기"를 위한 연구개발과 투자환경 조성에 관심을 가져야 할 때이다. 국방정책과 무기체계획득의 의사결정자나 실무자들은 방산업체에서 요구하는 사항이 무엇이며 그들의 숨소리와 목소리를 겸허하게 경청하는 자세를 견지해야 하며 방위산업육성의 환경조성과 제도적 개선노력이 필요한 분야는 심층 검토하여 개선되어야 할 것이다.

지리산이 뻗어 내린 그 길 위를 파르티잔의 이야기들을 들으며 걷다 보면 평사리 있다/ 하동 지난 꽃들이 속삭대는 그 길을 걷다 보면 민족의 소리 강이 살아 숨 쉬는 거기 평사리 있다/ 봄이면 평사리엔 꽃들 피는데 그것도 무더기로 피어내는데 (중략) '평사리 봄밤'이라는 최영욱 시인의 시가 있다. 지리산을 넘어온 아침 안개가 섬진강 강바람의 재주에 슬며시 숨소리를 죽인다. 늦잠에서 막 깨어난 악양 무딤이들판(평사리들)이 '토지'의 서희 아씨처럼 화사한 자태를 드러낸다.

이 연구는 작품 <간 때문이야!>의 무용수를 움직이게 하는 청각적 요소와 무용수의 움직임이 만들어내는 소리를 탐색함으로써 '움직임과 소리의 대화'라는 안무의 접근 방식을 풀어내고자 하였다. 메트로놈, 기타와 같은 비신체적 청각요소와 무용수, 소리꾼의 신체에서 발생된 소리인 아니리, 판소리(소리), 숨소리 등은 욕망을 표현하는 적절한 움직임을 끌어내는데 충분한 자극이 되었다. 또한 움직임으로 인한 소리의 발생은 다시 또 움직일 수 있는 자극으로 순환되는 과정을 거쳤다.

<2001 스페이스 오디세이(2001 : A Space Odyssey, 1968)>는 인간이 달에 도달하기 이전에 만들어진 영화임에도 불구하고 우주에서의 사운드를 현실적으로 표현하려고 노력했다. 우주에서 주인공이 우주복을 입었을 때 숨소리가 과장되게 들리게 함으로서 청자들에게 새로운 공간에 대한 사운드를 제시했고 소리가 전달되지 않는 우주의 특성을 활용해 과감하게 '사일런스(침묵)'를 앰비언스 개념으로 사용함으로서 이후에 나온 우주를 배경으로 한 SF영화에 음향적으로 많은 영향을 끼쳤다.

현대를 사는 사람들은 땅이름에 별로 큰 관심을 갖지 않는다. 바로 우리 고향의 이름이고 또 우리 마을의 이름인데도 그러하다. 땅이름은 그냥 편하게 불리면 그만이라는 생각들이다. 그 땅이름이 어떤 뜻을 지녔건 또는 어떤 역사적 사실을 간직했건 그런 것에 별로 아랑곳하지 않는다. 그러나 조금만 관심을 가지고 돌아보면 이 속에 우리말이 그대로 살아 있고 역사가 살아 숨쉬고 있음을 알게 된다. 그리고 우리 조상들의 숨소리까지 배어있음을 느끼게 된다. 그래서 결국은 우리의 뿌리를 돌아보게 하고 생각의 울타리안에 그 ‘옛날’을 잠시나마 잡아다 앉히고 싶은 충동에 빠질 것이다. 이처럼 우리 땅 이름에 얽히고 설킨 뿌리를 찾아 국토의 옛날과 오늘의 근원과 정서를 되살려보는 뜻에서 이번호부터 "우리 땅 이름의 뿌리를 찾아서"를 연재한다.

최근 멀티미디어를 검색하기 위해 메타데이터 기반의 검색 방법에서 컨텐츠 자체를 검색 하려는 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 음악 검색의 경우 허밍 입력으로 검색을 하려는 QBH(Query By Humming)가 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 하지만 허밍 데이터는 개인마다 음높이나 박자 정보들이 모두 다르고 숨소리 등의 내재된 오류 정보들이 많아 정확한 검색 결과를 얻기가 쉽지 않다. 허밍 검색의 정확도 향상을 위해서는 음 데이터 추출이나 허밍의 오류 보정, 유사도 측정과 관련된 연구들이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 멜로디 표현방법에 대해 다양한 실험을 통해 최적의 모델을 제시하려 한다. 방법으로 UDR을 다양한 범위로 나누고 가중치를 달리하는 방법으로 실험을 한 결과 허밍을 그룹으로 분류하는 방법이 정확도를 향상 시키는 것을 확인 하였다.

This paper aims at dealing with the communication of Korean gong sound. It is based on 'music-spirit theory' of Han-Gi Choi and Mead's 'symbolic interactionism', and does this by interpreting the message of gong sound that is mentioned in Korean literature. The gong sound brings out the message of symbolizing evaporation of Korean people's joy and regrettable matters in the playing yard by regulating of breathing according to the steps. By the novel "Gong Sound" of Sun-Tae Moon Korean gong sound has a message of people's joy, anger, avarice, anxiety and sorrow. In Jeong-Rae Jo's novel "Arirang" the Korean Gong Sound includes a message of evaporation of people's regret and raises the national spirit during the Japanese Imperialism. By Jeong-Ja Yoo's collection of poems, "The sound of flower breathing carried by gong sound", the Korean gong sound carries a message of a roar of spirit and breathing of the spring flower. In conclusion, the Korean gong sound is a sublime sound of sky which carries the message of symbolizing evaporation of people's joy and regrettable matters through the sound communication in the open space, and awakes us to a method of breathing with sky.

In this paper, we proposed an efficient method for rapid diagnosis of COVID-19 by voice. A novel Strided Convolution Separable Transformer (SC-SepTr) is proposed by modifying the conventional Separable Transformer (SepTr) for audio signal recognition. The proposed method reduces the memory and computational requirements to enable rapid diagnosis of COVID-19. As a result of experiments on Coswara, it was shown that the proposed method perform rapid diagnosis with guaranteeing Area Under the Curve (AUC) performance even for a relatively small amount of learning data.

Baby Care products until now the food, toiletries and clothing, etc. Although it advances the development of ubiquitous computing environment with the development of the healthcare industry, Baby Care Electronics products have been developed. Europe and the U.S. infant from another room deungeseoneun feeder. At this time SIDS infants to prevent this phenomenon often takes place in order to measure the status of children and away from parents to children, also can check the status of children was used to implement the Platform. In this paper, using the radio frequency real-time observation of data storage without the parents were determined only by the speed of the ARM11-based systems using the S3C6410 CPU and wireless WI-FI (IEEE8.2.11) technology to prevent sudden infant death using Platform for the implementation study was conducted.
