Soil-nailing has two main resistance factors: skin friction between ground and grouting; and tension load of reinforced material. These two factors will affect the load-displacement curve when performing soil-nailing pullout tests. The purpose of this paper is to figure out the shear behavior between ground and soil-nailing focusing on the net load-displacement behavior during soil-nailing pullout tests. Firstly, the net load-displacement curve between ground and grouting is estimated theoretically. Then, in-situ pullout load tests are performed on various ground conditions to obtain the load-displacement curve occuring between ground and grouting. Since the measured shear displacement includes elongation of the reinforced material (steel nails), the net load-displacement curve can be obtained by subtracting the elongation magnitude of steels from the measured displacement. It was found that the measured net load-displacement curve matches reasonably well with the theoretically estimated curve.

This study is to evaluate the NPP (Net Primary Production) distribution in the Geum River basin from NOAA/AVHRR satellite imagery data. It is supposed that the natural vegetation condition and the NPP has the linear relationship. The NPP from natural vegetation increases proportional to the annual net radiation (Rn), where radiative dryness index (RDI) is a proportional constant connecting net radiation to NPP. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) is used for monitoring vegetation change, and iNDVI (integrated NDVI) for annual analysis. The iNDVI has a close relation to Rn and NPP, which can be used effectively for estimating NPP distribution of where the meteorological data is unavailable. The purpose of this study is to propose a simple method to get NPP in the Geum river basin.

The development of e-commerce made a great effect on all the aspect of marketing mix. Especially, marketing stimuli of Halfplaza.com, excessive price discounts and auction by order of arrival, spread out gradually in internet shopping mall industry. The study showed that excessive price discounts combined with auction by order of arrival increased consumer's perceived value, but decreased perceived risk. In conclusion, legal protections must be established since consumers tend to be vulnerable to various marketing mix of deceptive e-commerce players.

순허수 고유치를 포함하고 있는 행렬이 행렬부호함수 알고리즘에서 보이는 성질을 규명했다. 역행렬이 존재하는 행렬도 이 알고리즘에서는 행렬의 조건과 무관하게 특이행렬이 될 수 있음을 보였다. 이 특성을 이용해서 이론적으로 모든 고유치를 알아낼 수 있다.

In this paper we solve various triangle construction problems given by three points(a midpoint of side and other two points). We investigate relation between these construction problems, draw out a base problem, and make hierarchy of solved construction problems. In detail we describe analysis for searching solving method, and construction procedure of required triangle.

본 연구는 자기결정성 이론에 대한 중요한 변수들이 내재적 동기인 몰입과 만족이 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 지금까지의 온라인 게임 연구들은 내재적 동기인 Flow가 만족과 충성도에 미치는 연구들이 주를 이루어 왔을 뿐, Flow에 미치는 영향변수에 대한 연구는 미비하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내재적 동기에 영향을 주는 요인들을 연구한 자기결정성 이론을 바탕으로, 자기결정성의 요인인 자율성, 유능성, 관계성이 몰입과 만족, 충성도에 미치는 인과관계를 연구하고자 한다.

서비스품질의 차원과 위계에 대한 논의가 최근 들어 늘어나고 있다. 그 이유는 서비스품질, 고객만족, 고객의 긍정적 행동의향, 수익성 간의 선순환 때문이다. 차원모델은 SERVQUAL과 SERVPERF 모델이 있고 위계모델은 Grönroos(1984)모델과 미국학자들이 개발한 모델이 대표적이다. 최근들어 이들을 결합한 하이브리드모델이 제안되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 하이브리드모델은 차원과 위계를 결합하여 일반성은 높지만 위계를 정하는 이론적 근거가 분명하지 않다. 본 연구는 욕구위계이론 중 Herzberg(1968)의 두 요인이론에 근거하여 서비스품질의 위계모델을 제시하려 한다. 이를 위해 CIT로 판매접점에서 고객이 느끼는 결정적 사건(critical incidents)을 조사하였다. 먼저 중복요인과 단독요인으로 나누고 각각을 다시 불만족중심과 만족중심으로 나눌 때 이들 결정적 사건이 잘 분류되었다. 분류결과 신뢰성은 불만족중심 중복요인, 응답성은 만족중심 중복요인, 공감성은 단독만족요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 서비스품질의 욕구위계모델에 따르면 신뢰성, 응답성, 공감성의 순으로 서비스품질이 중요하다. 확신성과 유형성은 따로 분류되는 결정적 사건이 없어 만족, 불만족 요인을 도와주는 조절요인으로 볼 수 있다.

Yang, Youngsun's 1001 has been a monumental "Web-toon" work optimized in Web Environment. This paper has intended to explain semantics of 1001 (reconstructed works of the Arabian Nights) by mimesis theory of desires and scapegoat mechanism of Ren$\acute{e}$ Girard; Shahriah, the protagonist, had been hurt by Queen's affair, but in the depth of his mind, he had suffered the problem of injured self-esteem by his model, father. However, Shahriah's mind had been recovered slowly by story therapy of Sheherezade. Sheherezade's story therapy had made up by contrasting states, violence and sacrificial love. In the very end, Shariah had solved all the problems of the structural Negativities by accepting his fate.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relative influences of juvenile delinquency using variables from Hirschi's social bonding theory, Agnew's general strain theory, Gottfredson and Hirschi's self-control theory, and Akers' social learning theory. The data derived from a sample of 2,018 high school students taken from National Youth Policy Institute in 2013. Multiple OLS regression analysis indicated that social learning theory has the greatest impact on dependent variables than other theories. The results of regression analyses also explore the notion that without the social bond, general strain, and self-control variables, there is very little loss of explained variance when these variables are removed from the full equation. However, when the social learning factors are eliminated from the full equation, the change in $R^2$ is dramatic. This result supported the idea that social learning variables had the strongest effect on the juvenile delinquency of Korean adolescents. The most important implication of this study is that it is the first study to test four major theoretical models for juvenile delinquency in Korea. It also makes a number of important contributions toward the further utilization of social learning in investigating juvenile delinquency for Korean high school students.
