웨딩드레스는 결혼이라는 행사를 거행하는데 여성들이 착용하는 예복중의 하나이다. 19C 빅토리아 여왕이 자신의 결혼의상을 백색 새틴을 소재로 하면서부터 중세이후 상복의 색상으로 정착되었던 백색이 여성의 순결을 상징하는 웨딩드레스의 색상으로 자리잡게 된다. 웨딩드레스는 다른 의상과 달리 색상이 백색 또는 아이보리색으로 제한되는 경우가 일반적이기 때문에 주로 디테일과 장식 등에 비즈 자수(Beading)기법을 사용하여 신부의 아름다움을 표현한다. 웨딩드레스는 신부의 순결함을 표현함과 동시에 결혼식에 참석하는 다른 여성들에 비해 신부를 돋보이도록 화려함을 표현해주는 것도 디자인에 있어서 중요한 항목이므로 이에 비즈자수 기법은 큰 효과를 발휘할 수 있는 방법이라고 본다.

중$\cdot$고등학교 학생들마저도 남녀가 어울려 그들만의 '달콤한 시간'을 갖는 현실에서 성인이라 할 수 있는 대학생들에게 '순결'의 강조가 설득력을 잃어버린 지는 오래된 것 같다. 문제는 젊은이들이 별다른 의식 없이 쉽게 성행위에 노출되고 성(性)을 추구한다는 것이다.

고귀하고 순결했던 선비들의 모습에 종종 비유되었던 백로는 평택시의 시조이기도 하다. 또한 평화를 상징하는 터라 평택의 넓은 평야와 드넓은 하늘 아래에서 근심 걱정 없이 살아가는 순박한 평택인들과도 딱 들어 맞는다. 조용한 듯하지만 평택은 지금 국제화 중심도시로 거듭나기 위한 큰 움직임을 분비 중이다. 그 중에 선진 수도행정을 보여주는 평택시 상하수도사업소 역시 늘 분주하다.

순결 특성을 갖는 그라우트에 대한 경화 전 소성상태의 전단강도 특성을 분석하기 위하여 혼합물의 점도와 실내 베인전단시험을 수행하였다. 그라우트를 물-시멘트비(w/c) 별로 제조하고 전단강도시험을 실시하였다. 그라우트의 소성상태 전단강도는 물-시멘트비에 영향을 많이 받아 물-시멘트비가 낮을수록 초기에 높은 전단강도가 발현되었으며, 양생 시간이 길어질수록 높은 전단강도를 나타내었다. 최대전단강도는 그 값이 클수록 작은 회전각에서 발현되고, 최대전단강도 값이 작을수록 큰 회전각에서 발현되었다. 또한, 겔 상태의 그라우트는 최대 전단강도가 발현 이후 급격히 전단강도가 저하되고 베인날의 회전각이 약 70°~90°이후에는 일정한 수준으로 수렴되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, three-phase PWM AC to DC boost converter that operates with unity power factor and sinusodial input line currents is presented. The current control of this converter is based on the space vector PWM strategy with fixed switching frequency and the line currents track to reference currents within one sampling time interval. By using this control strategy low ripples in the outut current and the voltage as well as fast dynamic response are achieved with small dc link cpacitance employed.

Line-Current harmonics resulting from ac to dc power conversion interfere with power system operation and reduce power factor, hence resulting in increasing power source unnecessarily. This study describes a 3 phase phase-controlled converter eliminating low frequency harmonics in the output by inserting notches. Notch points are calculated by Newton-raphson method, The impacts of the choppings on ac and dc sides are analyzed in the steady state. Potential applications of the study are dc motor controls, high power dc power supplies for telecommunications, static var compensators and HVDC.

The purpose of this study was to research of color symbol on white in the Virgin Mary and an Infant jesus icons. For this purpose icons were selected and analyzed from the medieval ages to the 18th century. The results were as follows. Icons on the subject of the Annnunciation and the Nativity should be expressive of nobility immaculacy and innocence of the Virgin Mary and an Infant Jesus. With this view white was used to be color of candle a waxing moon lily kettle dress bedspredad towel wall encircled garden and became symbolic color in the Icons. As a result the color symbol of white the meaning of immaculacy and innocence disseminated according to spread of the Christian religion. In these days though elimination of the religious meaning the white color is using continuosly as a symbolic color of immaculacy and innocence.
