  • 본 논문은 배전 계통에서 부하 제약조건과 운전 제약조건을 고려한 손실 감소와 부하 평형에 대해 시뮬레이티드 어닐링 알고리즘을 적용한 재구성 방법을 서술하였다. 네트워크 재구성은 수많은 연계 개폐기와 구분 계폐기의 조합에 의해 이루어지기 때문에 조합적인 최적화 문제이다. 이러한 문제는 수많은 조합에 제약조건까지 있어 해를 구하기가 쉽지 않을뿐 아니라 국소 해에 빠질 가능성이 많다. 따라서 신경망 중에서 제약조건에 따라 신경망 구조에 영향을 미치지 않으면서 전역 최소해에 수렴하는 특성을 가진 시뮬레이티드 어닐링 기법을 이용하여 배전 계통의 선로를 재구성하였다. 시뮬레이티드 어닐링은 이론적으로 최적해가 보장되지만 무한대의 시간이 걸리기 때문에 현실적으로 적용할 때 해 공간을 탐색하는 규칙과 온도를 적절히 내리는 냉각 스케줄(cooling schedule)이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 알고리즘 상에서 제약조건 위한 여부를 점검할 수 있는 제약조건과 페널티 상수(penalty factor)를 통해 목적함수에 반영하는 제약조건으로 나누어 모든 후보해를 가능해가 되게 하였고 기존에 사용되는 Kirkpatrick의 냉각 스케줄 대신에 후보해의 통계적 처리에 의해 온도를 내리는 다항-시간 냉각 스케줄(polynomial-time schedule)을 사용하여 수행시간을 단축하고 수렴성을 높였다. 제안한 알고리즘의 효용성을 입증하기 위해 32,69모선 예제 계통으로 테스트하였다.

  • 본 연구는 울진 원자력발전소 5&6호기 Class 1680, Parallel Gate 16-inch, Motor Operated Valve (Valve ID No. SI-653 and 654)에 부착되는 Equalizing Bypass Pipe Line (EBPL)이 밸브 시스템에 발생시키는 진동하중에 의한 영향을 동적 피로안정성 관점에서 규명하기 위하여 수행된 것이다. Equalizing Bypass Line Part의 최종 설계된 형상을 Fig. 1에 나타내었다. 본 해석을 위하여 운용 중 발생되는 부착부의 잔류진동 레벨이 3축 방향 가속도로 측정되었다. 본 연구에서는 해당 시변 가속도 데이터를 바탕으로 정확한 시간-응력 이력을 얻기 위하여 시간영역에서 천이 진동해석 (Transient Vibration Analysis)을 수행하였으며, 이를 실제적인 피로해석에 활용하였다. 시간영역에서의 천이 진동해석 및 피로해석을 위해 상용유한요소 해석프로그램인 ANSYS (Version 5.6)를 활용하였다.(중략)

  • 대부분의 머신러닝 및 딥러닝 모델의 경우 하이퍼 파라미터 선택은 모델의 성능에 큰 영향을 미친다. 따라서 전문가들은 작업을 수행하기 위해 모델을 구축할 때 하이퍼 파라미터 튜닝을 수행하는 데 상당한 시간을 소비해야 한다. Hyperparameter Optimization(HPO)을 해결하기 위한 알고리즘은 많지만 대부분의 방법은 검색을 수행하기 위해 각 epoch에서 실제 실험 결과를 필요로 한다. 따라서 HPO 검색을 위한 시간과 계산 지원을 줄이기 위해 본 논문에서는 Multi-agent Proximal Policy Optimization(MAPPO) 강화 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다. 2개의 이미지 분류 데이터 세트에 대한 실험 결과는 우리의 모델이 속도와 정확성에서 다른 기존 방법보다 우수하다는 것을 보여준다.

Determinants of Moonlighting: the Case of the Married Workers in Korea (부업 참여 및 부업 근로시간의 결정요인: 기혼자를 중심으로)

  • This study examined the moonlighting behavior in Korea, to which relatively less attention has been paid. Based on the wage earners of 25 to 65 year old married, the results show that about 1.4% of the sample have dual jobs, working very long hours, on average 60 hours for a week combining both the primary job and the secondary job. The results of the fixed effects logit model on the moonlighting participation indicate that the wage rate and the hours of work in the primary job have a negative effect on moonlighting participation while the insecurity of the primary job appears to lead to a higher probability of taking a secondary job. The results of the moonlighting hours analysis suggest that hours worked in the primary job have a negative effect on moonlight hours while the wage of the primary job does not appear to have any significant effect on moonlighting hours. Interestingly enough, the wage of the secondary job appears to have a negative impact on moonlighting hours, which might be very plausible considering the long working hours moonlighters are engaged in.

TomoTherapy: Analysis of treatment time and influencing factor (TomoTherapy: 치료 소요시간 및 영향 요인 분석)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to measure the average actual treatment time at the time of Tomotherapy treatment. We want to investigate the time required for the procedure in the treatment process that affects the actual treatment time. Patients and Methods: We measured the time required by the procedure in 31 patients who were treated with tomography therapy. Beam-on time, Image registration time, Set-up with scan time and Actual treatment time were measured and stepwise regression analysis was performed. Result: The average treatment time per a patient was 21.44 - 23.92 minutes. Beam-on time, Image registration time, and Set-up with Scan time were the important factors affecting the actual treatment time. The biggest influence was Beam-on time and Registration time was less affected by analysing. Conclusion: The average treatment time per a patient in tomotherapy treatment was $22.68{\pm}3.37$ minutes. The Approximately 21 patients are expected to be treated within 8 hours of regular work time. However, if the treatment is interrupted or the time of the procedure is changed during the treatment process, it affects the schedule of the daily treatment patients and the workload is expected to increase.

  • In this study, the fire extinguishing experiment was performed using a water mist nozzle with variation of factors which affect on the extinguishing time. The variables were distance from nozzle center to fire location, droplet size, height of nozzle and opening or not. With the experimental data, interaction and sensitivity between factors were analysed with Mini tab and deduce a optimum model of fire extinguishing of water mist system. Based on the experiment and modeling of fire extinguishing with water mist system, the most important factor on extinguishing time is the distance from the center of nozzle to fire and the opening effect was small compare with other factors.

  • This study developed a method for selection of available human resources for incomingjob allocation that considers factors affecting resource performance in the business process management (BPM) environment. For many years, resource selection has been treated as a very important issue in scheduling due to its direct influence on the speed and quality of task accomplishment. Even though traditional resource selection can work well in many situations, it might not be the best choice when dealing with human resources. Humanresource performance is easily affected by several factors such as workload, queue, working hours, inter-arrival time, and others. The resource-selection rule developed in the present study considers factors that affect human resource performance. We used a Bayesian Network (BN) to incorporate those factors into a single model, which we have called the Bayesian Selection Rule (BSR). Our simulation results show that the BSR can reduce waiting time, completion time and cycle time.

Effects of Time-Use Intervention on Life Satisfaction and Self-Esteem in Stroke Patients (시간사용중재가 뇌졸중 환자의 생활만족도 및 자아존중감에 미치는 영향)

  • Objective : This study investigated the effects of time-use intervention, conducted during 8 weeks, on the life satisfaction and self-esteem of stroke patients. Methods : Twenty-one stroke patients who were divided into an experimental group (n=10) and a control group (n=11), participated in this study from July 2019 to October 2019. Life satisfaction changes were measured using the Life satisfaction scale. Self-esteem changes were measured using the Self-esteem scale. Results : First, comparison between pre and post intervention showed a statistically significant difference in life satisfaction and self-esteem (p<.05). Second, comparison between post intervention groups showed a statistically significant difference in life satisfaction and self-esteem (p<.05). Conclusion : Based on the results from this study, we found that time-use intervention has a positive impact on life satisfaction and self-esteem. Therefore, participating in meaningful occupation performance will improve the mental health and quality of life of stroke patients.

A Study on the Effect of Blast-Vibration on Curing Lining-Concrete (발파진동이 양생중인 라이닝 콘크리트에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • 현재까지 진동이 양생중인 콘크리트에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행된 대부분의 연구에서는 콘크리트 공시체나 콘크리트 블록에 대해 100Hz 미만의 주주파수를 가지는 충격진동이나 진동테이블을 이용한 진동을 가한 후 콘크리트의 강도 변화를 평가하는 방법이 사용되었다. 이 연구에서는 발파진동이 양생중인 라이닝 콘크리트에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 우해 실험실 충격진동 시험과 터널 현장에서의 발파진동 시험을 수행하였다. 터널발파진동과 유사한 100~300Hz의 주주파수를 가지 충격진동을 각각 재령 3, 7, 12 시간에 다한 실험실 시험결과 2cm/sec의 진동속도는 모르타르 라이닝의 P파속도를 증가시키지만, 5 cm/sec, 10cm/sec의진동의 모르타르 라이닝의 P파 속도를 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 양생기간동안 2.5 cm/sec 이하의 발파진동이 가해진 양생중인 라이닝 콘크리트는 진동을 가하지 않고 양생시킨 콘크리트 공시체에 비해 압축강도가 더 큰 값을 나타내었다. 재령 5시간에 콘크리트 라이닝애 대한 소규모 시험발파로 발파진동을 가한 콘크리트 시료와 진동을 가하지 않고 터널 내에서 양생시킨 공시체에 대해 압축강도를 비교한 결과 콘크리트의 강도 및 탄성파 속도를 저하시킬 수 있는 진동수준은 3~4cm/sec 인 것 으로 나타났다.로 나타났다.

Crash Clearance Time Analysis of Korean Freeway Systems using a Cox Model (Cox 모형을 활용한 고속도로 사고 처리시간 영향인자 분석)

  • Duration induced by freeway crashes has a critical influence on traffic congestion. In general, crash duration composes detection and verification, response, and clearance time. Of these, the crash clearance time determined by a crash clearance team has attracted considerable attention in the freeway congestion management since the interest of the first two time stages faded away with increasing ubiquitous mobile phone users. The objective of this study is to identify the critical factors that affect freeway crash clearance time using a Cox's proportional hazard model. In total, 6,870 crash duration data collected from 30 major Korean freeways in 2013 were used. As a result, it was found that crashes during the night, with trailer or larger size truck, and in tunnel section contribute to increasing clearance time. Crashes associated with fatality, completed damage of crashed vehicle (s), and vehicles' fire or rollover after crash also lead to increasing clearance time. Additionally, an increase in the number of vehicles involved resulted in longer clearance time. On the other hand, crashes in the vicinity of tollgate, by passenger car, during spring, on flat section, and of car-facility type had longer clearance time. On the basis of the results, this paper suggested some strategic plans and mitigation measures to reduce crash clearance time on Korean freeway systems.
