In this study, transaction cost approach was applied to analysis on direct export determinants of SMEs by using key attributes of transactions, asset specificity, environmental uncertainty, frequency and marketing capability, with a parameter of opportunism. Typical Transaction Cost Analysis theory explains that when transaction cost with business channels(whether it is for buy or sell) increase, the firms integrate the channels. So it is a choice made by firms regarding direct versus indirect channels. The theory was extended to a model of choice of institutional form of direct or indirect export by a norm of opportunism in this empirical study. The survey result showed that lower level of asset specificity and marketing capability or higher level of environmental uncertainty were likely to expose indirect exporters to higher level of opportunism of direct exporter. And we also saw that indirect exporters were likely to choose direct export chanel when opportunism of exporters was higher. From the standpoint of theory, we can say that the basic propositions of the Transaction Cost Analysis, except the attribute of frequency, are supported. This study result could provide a profiling of target business areas and firms for government's policy on direct export promotion of SMEs.

The present study, the technology commercialization through support of government enterprise incubator, incubator companies examined, and the support of the government in accordance with the technical competence necessary steps management performance steps, support conditions required were investigated. In this study, we research for characteristics of exportation of Korean TV dramas during 10 years. During this decade, media environment has been changed significantly : platforms have been increased and viewing attitude have been also changed. We will find out these changes in TV exportation : types of TV rights, price per countries, frequency of trade per countries, etc. For this, export records of 2 Korean TV stations from 2005 to 2014 have been obtained. As a result, export countries have been diversed, price have been increased and types of TV rights also have been various.

정부 주도적으로 전국적으로 U-City 구축이 확산되고 있으며 특히 신도시형 U-City 사업은 동탄 U-City가 완공됨에 따라 본격적인 운영단계에 접어들고 있다. 그러나 신도시형 U-City 사업은 이원화된 사업 수행 체계로 인한 많은 문제점들이 드러나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 U-City 사업의 가치사슬을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 이에 대한 해결방안으로서 U-City 거버넌스 모델을 제시하고 있다. U-City 거버넌스 모델은 구축뿐만 아니라 운영 단계까지 포함한 U-City 라이프사이클을 효율적이며 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 조직 체계를 정의한다. 이와 같은 U-City 거버넌스 모델은 국내 U-City 사업뿐만 아니라 도시수출의 성과를 극대화 할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것으로 기대된다.

중소기업청은 지난 1월 10일 중소기업의 생산성을 높이고 원활한 활동을 지원하기 위해 올해 총 3조원 규모의 중소기업 정책자금을 지원하는‘2005년도 중소기업 정책자금 지원계획’을 발표하고 중소기업진흥공단 지역본부(15개) 등에서 신청·접수를 받는다. 지원되는 자금의 내용별로는 구조개선자금 1조 7,500억원, 중소·벤처창업자금 3,500억원, 소상공인 창업 및 경영개선 자금 5,100억원, 중소기업 개발 및 특허기술 사업화 자금 800억원, 중소기업 수출금융 지원자금 700억원, 중소기업 협동화 자금 2,400억원 등이다. 지난 1월 10일부터 시작하여 중소기업진흥공단 각 지역본부에서 자금 소진시까지 신청 및 접수를 받는다. 신청서식은 중소기업청(http://www.smba.go.kr) 및 중소기업진흥공단(http://www.sbc.or.kr) 홈페이지에서 받아볼 수 있다. 본 고에서는 사업별 자금지원계획에 대한 내용을 정리해 보았다.

This paper aims to find promising export items for market expansion of defense export items. Germany, the UK, and France were selected as export target countries to obtain unstructured forecast data on weapons system acquisition plans for the next ten years by each country. Using the TF-IDF in text mining analysis, keywords that appeared frequently in data from three countries were derived. As a result of this paper, keywords for each country's major acquisition projects drawing. However, most of the derived keywords were related to mainstay weapon systems produced by domestic defense companies in each country. To discover promising export items from text mining, we proposed that the drawn keywords are distinguished as similar weapon systems. In addition, we assort the weapon systems that the three countries will get a plan to acquire commonly. As a result of this paper, it can be seen that the current promising export item is a weapon system related to the information system. Prioritizing overseas demands using key words can set clear market entry goals. In the case of domestic companies based on needs, it is possible to establish a specific entry strategy. Relevant organizations also can provide customized marketing support.

굿디자인(GOOD DESINE)이란 산업통상자원부가 주최하고 한국디자인진흥원의 주관 아래, 산업디자인진흥법에 의거하여 상품의 외관, 기능, 재료, 경제성 등을 종합적으로 심사하여 디자인의 우수성이 인정된 상품에 GOOD DESINE 마크를 부여하는 제도로 1985년부터 매년 시행해 오고 있다. GD마크 선정제란 우수한 디자인 상품개발을 장려하여 국가 경쟁력을 확보하고 국민 삶의 질 향상에 기여하는 것을 목표로 하고 있으며, 나아가 유니버설디자인, 서비스디자인, 전통시장, 산업단지 디자인을 고도화(우수디자인 선정, 장려 등)함으로써 사회적 문제해결과 지속가능한 창조경제를 실현하는데 그 의의가 있다. 선정 대상 품목으로는 제품디자인, 환경디자인, 소재표면처리디자인, 패션디자인, 포장디자인, 커뮤니케이션디자인, 건축디자인 패션디자인으로 대통령상 1점을 비롯해 국무총리상, 대상, 최우수상 등을 시상하고 있다. 굿디자인 상품은 향후 조달청이 시행하는 우수제품선정 및 물품구매 적격심사 시 우대되며, 중소기업청이 시행하는 수출유망중소기업지정 및 수출기업화 사업평가시 우대받을 수 있다. 마크사용에 있어 호주 디자인상(AIDA)과의 상호인증으로 마크 부착이 가능하다. 본 고에서는 2015년 우수디자인(GD)으로 선정된 제품 가운데 생활 포장 및 산업포장 부문 수상작들과 일부 선정된 제품들을 살펴본다.

1992년 12월부터 일정규모 이상의 건물에 대한 절전설비의 설치 의무화가 시행되면서 국내에서의 빙축열시스템 보급이 크게 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 현재 국내에 도입되어 설치되는 빙축열시스템은 외국으로부터의 기술도입이나 완제품으로 수입되는 제품들이 대부분이며 빙축열시스템 사업에 참여하고자 하는 기업들 역시 수입을 검토하고 있는 실정이다. 그러므로 열적성능이 뛰어나고 시스템의 효율적인 운용이 가능하며 경제적으로 우위에 있는 빙축열시스템을 국산화 개발하는 것은 매우 중요하리라 사료된다. 이러한 필요성에 의하여 본 연구원의 냉동공조연구팀은 포접화합물과 공융염을 이용한 두가지의 새로운 빙축열시스템을 개발하였으며, 열적 성능이 뛰어나 원활한 전력에너지 수급과 수입 대체 및 수출을 통한 기업의 국제 경쟁력 향상을 꾀할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
