Recently, bicycle sharing system is introduced and the usage of shared bicycles is increasing in Suwon city. Despite the need to expand the bicycle road infrastructure, this is not the case. Therefore, this research attempts to propose a method for bicycle lane installation in Suwon city. For this, this research conducted location analysis based on the shared bicycle usage data and trip inducing facility data. Using location analysis results, appropriate routes for bicycle lanes are selected. As a result, two routes are selected. These routes have advantages that it is easy to connect with the existing bicycle roads or traffic inducing facilities and to install using the existing bicycle roads. However, these routes also have disadvantage that traffic congestion may occur due to the occupancy of the existing road space. It is expected that this research may contribute to expansion and maintenance of bicycle lane infrastructure, the bicycle and PM sharing service usage, implementation of sustainable urban transportation systems in Suwon city.

Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib and Eichhornia crassipes (Mart.) Solms. have been known to give effects on pimple. Jatropha gossypiifolia L., Anisomeles indica (L.) Kuntze, Kadsura heteroclita (Roxb.) Craib extracts have been used for cough cold for a long time. To test whether Jatropha, Anisomeles, Kadsura and Eichhornia have anti-oxidant acitivity, we performed DPPH assay. Jatropha showed 91.98% anti-oxidant activity and Anisomeles, Eichhornia and Kasuda showed 47.91%, 47.35% and 32.00% anti-oxidant activity, respectively, compared to Ascorbic acid control. To further determine whether these extracts have any cytotoxic effects, we used MTT assay with these extracts in Raw264.7 cells. Jatropha showed 45.10% survival rate and Anisomeles, Eichhornia and Kasuda showed 76.78%, 86.24% and 82.88% survival rate, respectively, compared to negative control. Taken together, these results suggest that Jatropha showed higher anti-oxidant activity than other plant extracts, however it has cytotoxic effect. Therefore, we consider Anisomeles, Eichhornia and Kasuda extracts might be a good candidate to develop as a therapeutic agent with higher anti-oxidant acitivity and lower cytotoxic effects among the tested plant extracts.

Dillenia turbinata Finet & Gagnep. has been known to be used for couch cold, Clerodendrum japonicum (Thunb.) Sweet for pimple, Garcinia tinctoria (DC.) Dunn for oedema. and Garcinia cowa Roxb. for detoxification for a long time. To determine whether these plants have anti-inflammatory effects, we performed nitric oxide (NO) assay. Raw264.7 cells were stimulated with LPS and treated with methanol extracts of these plants. Garcinia cowa Roxb. did not relatively show anti-inflammatory effect, compared to Redcharm extract control as previously used. However, Dillenia, Clerodendrum and Garcinia tinctoria demonstrated significantly higher anti-inflammatory effects in NO assay. We then tested whether these extracts have cytotoxic effect with MTT assay in Raw264.7 cells. Dillenia, Clerodendrum, Garcinia tinctoria and Garcinia cowa Roxb. showed almost similar cell survival rate. This implies that all these plants have almost no significant cytotoxic effects. Taken together, these results suggest that Dillenia, Clerodendrum, and Garcinia tinctoria, but not Garcinia cowa Roxb. are a good anti-inflammatory agent to be developed for medical applications.

수원시에서는 기존 시립화장장의 시설규모가 협소함은 물론 시설이 낙후되어 기존시설을 도심외곽으로 이전 시설규모를 확장하고 초현대적인 시설을 설치하여 공중위생에 철저를 기하고자 수원시립 화장장 건립 현상설계경기를 실시, 총 5개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 결과 진우건축(대표 김동훈)안을 최우수작으로, 예일건축(대표 김의성)안을 우수작으로 각각 선정, 지난 9월 26일 발표했다. 당선작을 게재한다.

This study was conducted to select thin-shelled and high-yielding lines in job's-tears. Two breeding lines of Suwon 3 and Suwon 6 were selected from the local collections. These two lines were tested and investigated on their characteristics under the field condition. The heading date of Suwon 3 and Suwon 6 was later one or two days, but the maturity date was one or two days earlier than that of check variety Kim-jejong, respectively. The number of grains per hill of Suwon 3, Suwon 6 was 50%, 49% greater and the milling rate was 3.8%, 5.6% higher than that of check variety, respectively. Althought 1000 grain weight of Suwon 3 and Suwon 6 was 20g lighter and the rate of ripeness was 6%, 12% lower, the raw grain yield was 22%, 20% higher than that of check variety, respectively. The thickness of seed coat of Suwon 3 and Suwon 6 was thiner and the hardness of seed coat was lower than that of check variety, therefore the milling time was decreased 12%, 7% compare to check variety, respectively. The crude protein contents of Suwon 3 and Suwon 6 was slightly higher and the amino acid composition of Suwon 6 was similar to Kimjejong, but Suwon 3 was lower than that of check variety.

본 논문은 기존의 강압적인 형태의 한글 교육 선행 학습이 아닌 창의적이고 입체적인 에듀테이먼트 교구인 블록 퍼즐과 아두이노를 이용한 명령 센서, 카메라 반사경을 통한 영상 입력을 통해 ICT 융합형 블록 퍼즐기반의 에듀테인먼트 교구를 설계하고자 한다. 즉, 모바일 콘텐츠를 통해 유아에게 교육을 제시하고 유아는 모바일 콘텐츠와 블록 퍼즐 교구, 명령 센서를 통해 입력 영상을 인식하게 한다. 이러한 블록 퍼즐 기반의 에듀테인먼트 교구를 통해서 한글 학습을 놀이 과정 속에서 창의력과 문제 해결 능력을 키울 뿐 만 아니라 스스로 학습을 이끌어가는 자기주도적 학습 능력을 키울 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 유아기 언어 발달 시기에 한글의 기초 단계를 학습하기 위해 기존의 교육 방식과는 달리 시각적, 청각적 효과로 몸의 감각을 통해 사물을 배우며 이러한 자극으로 정보를 기억하고 축적할 수 있는 에듀테인먼트 콘텐츠를 개발한다. 유아의 호기심을 자극할 뿐만 아니라 모바일 플랫폼과의 상호작용을 통해 재미와 즐거움을 키우며 나아가 지식을 얻을 수 있다.

급속한 디지털 기술 발전에 따른 비대면 서비스의 증가로 고령층의 정보 접근성 문제가 대두되었다. 본 연구는 고령층의 편리한 키오스크 사용을 위해 AI 기술과 사용자 인터페이스를 결합한 '시니어 키오스크'를 제안한다. '시니어 키오스크'는 딥러닝 기술을 이용한 연령대 인식을 바탕으로 고령층을 분류하고 고령층 소비자에게 직관적이고 가독성 높은 시니어 UI를 제공한다. 또한, 자연어처리 기술을 활용한 음성 주문을 통해 편리한 주문을 돕는다. 본 연구에서 제안된 '시니어 키오스크'를 통해 고령층의 편리성 증진과 정보격차 해소를 달성할 수 있다.

이 연구는 ADHD 환자를 대상으로 디지털 치료 게임을 개발하였으며, 환자의 주의력과 기억력을 향상시키도록 구성되었다. 게임은 눈 움직임과 ADHD 의 연관성을 고려하여 아이트래킹 기술을 활용하여 개발되었다. 이를 통해 ADHD 환자를 위한 맞춤형 디지털 치료 게임의 중요성을 강조한다.

코딩 교육이 초등학생부터 의무화 되어 프로그래밍의 중요성이 날이 갈수록 높아지고 있고, 현재 전 세계 공용어인 영어는 필수라 할 수 있게 된 사회이다. 본 논문에서는 유아에게 코딩과 영어를 지루하고 어려운 것일 거라는 틀을 깨고 쉽게 접할 수 있도록 하는 STEAM 코딩 교육을 적용한 유아용 영어 학습 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 유아가 직접 방향 코딩을 하여 길을 찾아가는 과정에서의 창의력 발달과 목적지에 도착했을 때 해당 과일의 영단어를 확인하고 발음을 듣게 하여 언어능력발달에 도움이 될 것 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
