Request about fast diffusion of internet and high-capacity multimedia service is increasing day after day. Because existent wireless LAN is short range, if subscriber is far away in base station transceiver system(Base Station), subscriber's quality of service becomes low, and wileless internet is expensive. Lately, WiBro(Wireless Broadband Internet) system that is developed in domestic by world first, is high-speed portable internet service that is situated in middle area of mobile phone and wireless LAN. In this paper, service traffic model and characteristics are analyzed to provide multimedia service based on IEEE 802.16 BWA accomplishes base of WiBro and simulation is conducted according to various traffic mixing ratio. Finally, on the basis of these simulation results, maximum allowable number of subscriber per cell is calculated.

최근 정보통신 서비스의 제공 영역은 댁내로 그 초점이 맞추어지고 있다. 특히 우리나라 거주 환경은 주로 아파트 등에 의한 공동주택이므로 초고속 정보통신 서비스를 댁내로 효과적으로 유입하려면 이에 적합한 연계 시설이 이루어져야 한다. 최근의 통신기술은 나날이 발전하고 있어 기존의 전화망 설비를 기반으로 하더라도 새로운 네트워크 구성 방식이 요구되고 있기 때문에 댁내(공동주택 구내)의 통신설비 또한 새로운 양상으로 진화되고 있다. 이러한 댁내통신설비의 수용을 위하여는 그 확보 공간과 최적의 운용을 위한 환경이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서 다루고자 하는 내용은 댁내통신설비의 설치 공간과 운용환경 중에서도 특히 운용환경에 대한 것으로서 위와 같은 새로운 초고속통신망 서비스 수용을 원활히 이룰 수 있도록 기존의 열악한 환경을 개선하고 적절한 환경 기준 또는 표준을 마련하기 위하여 댁내통신설비와 관련된 국제표준 중심의 각종 기준들을 분석하고 이에 더하여 실제의 공동주택 현장에서의 실태를 조사 분석하여 그 개선 방안을 절충함으로써 앞으로의 댁내통신설비 기술의 발전 추세에 발맞추고자 한 것이다.

This exploratory study was conducted to derive the components of digital entrepreneurship by targeting the experts related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Through the review of previous studies and Delphi analysis, the major components of digital entrepreneurship were derived into the 'digital entrepreneurial orientation area' and the 'digital technology competency area'. The components of digital entrepreneurship are innovativeness, proactiveness, risk-taking, desire for achievement, ability to identify digital business opportunities, digital technology utilization capability, digital operation process establishment capability, digital technology development capability, digital technology acceptance, information exchange, and cooperation network establishment, digital-based customer acquisition and management was presented. The importance and execution of success factors were measured through IPA analysis. The first quadrant(keep up the good work) includes proactiveness, ability to identify digital business opportunities, and ability to establish digital business processes. The second quadrant(concentrate here) includes innovativeness, digital technology development capability, and digital technology acceptance. The third quadrant(low priority) includes risk-taking, desire for achievement, digital technology utilization capacity, and digital-based customer acquisition and management. The fourth quadrant(possible overkill) includes information exchange and cooperation network establishment. This study is meaningful in that it presents the concept and components of digital entrepreneurship for digital entrepreneurs that can be applied in Korea.

This study is an analysis of the prisoners' and the pre-trial prisoners' rights based on the laws and rules, and court cases. Rights included are the right to know and the access to information, the right to legal representation and the right of education, all of them can be protected when the prison libraries are administered In order to protect the prisoners' and pre-trial prisoners' rights, the necessity for the establishment of prison library is discussed and the direction of prison library system is suggested.

수용계를 이용하여 졸겔법으로 중성 TiO$_2$졸을 제조하였다. 용매로 에탄올을 사용한 경우 메탄올에 비해 졸의 안정성이 우수하였다. 졸 제조시 에탄올을 사용하면, 메탄올을 용매로 사용할 경우보다 중심 금속에 부착되는 알콕시족의 크기가 작아져서 티타늄알콕사이드의 가수분해 속도가 빨라지기 때문이다. TTIP : AcAc : EtOH : $H_2O$ : PEG : HCl의 몰비가 1 : 1 : 8 : 50 : 0.5 : 0.15의 조성을 갖는 에탄올 용매 졸은 30일까지도 안정한 상태를 유지하였고 코팅성이 양호하였다. 10회 반복 침지, 건조 및 50$0^{\circ}C$에서 열처리된 두께 약 $1.5mu extrm{m}$의 TiO$_2$박막은 표면이 균질하고 치밀한 미세구조를 보였다. 제조한 TiO$_2$박막은 가시광선 영역에서 약 70%의 투과도를 나타내었다.

This study examined the effects of mother's support and peer acceptance on children's domain specific self-esteem and the moderating effects of best friend's support. The subjects were 272 $4^{th}$ and 349 $8^{th}$ grader in Chin-ju. Data were analyzed by the SAS/PC+ program, including Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, Pearson's correlation, multiple regression and two-way ANOVA. Findings were that peer acceptance had a higher influence on academic-general self, peer-related self, physical-appearance self, personality self and physical-competence self than did mother's support. Mother's support had a higher influence on home self than did peer acceptance. Best friend's support and mother's support interacted with children's physical-appearance self and physical-competence self. Best friend's support and peer acceptance interacted with student's peer-related self.

새로운 기술의 도입과 서비스에 따른 사회적 파급 효과가 매우 큰 방송 서비스의 특성상 방송기술의 개발과 표준화는 전통적으로 매우 보수적으로 진행되어 왔다. 흑백의 아날로그 방송기술이 본격적으로 상용화되고, 컬러 방송이 도입된 이후 위성과 케이블의 등장으로 많은 채널의 방송신호를 전송할 수 있는 전송기술이 도입되기는 하였으나, 사용자들의 TV 매체 수용 형태를 바꿀만한 기술적인 변화는 지난 수십 년 간 거의 이루어지지 않았다고 할 만큼 방송기술의 개발과 보급은 매우 느린 속도로 진행되어 왔다. 그런데 최근, 멀티미디어를 안정적으로 전송할 수 있는 광대역 유무선 통신 기술의 보급으로 멀티미어를 기반으로 하는 새로운 통신 서비스 창출 시도가 지속적으로 이루어지고, 디지털 방송 서비스가 본격적으로 보급되기 시작함에 따라, 다양한 방향의 방송 기술 개발이 매우 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이 글에서는 이러한 방송 기술의 개발 및 표준화 동향 및 향후 전망을 언제 어디서나 즐길 수 있는 유비쿼터스 방송 기술, 방송 서비스와 통신 서비스 간의 영역 구분을 없애는 방송$\cdot$통신 융합 기술, 그리고 새롭고 다양한 형태의 서비스 모델을 수용하기 위한 새로운 개념의 디지털 저작권 기술이라는 크게 세 가지 방향으로 나누어 살펴 보고자 한다.

시상하부에 극히 적은 수로 존재하는 신경분비세포인 성선자극호르몬-방출호르몬(gonadotropin-releasing hormone; GnRH) 뉴런은인간을 포함한 포유동물의 생식과 발생 과정에 있어 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. GnRH 뉴런은 배아 발생과정 중에 후판에서 유래하여 시상하부의 여러 영역으로 이동하며, 생후와 사춘기를 거치면서 분화를 계속한다. GnRH 뉴런에서 합성, 분비되는 10개의 아미노산으로 이루어진 작은 신경호르몬인 GnRH는 맥동적으로 분비되어 뇌하수체 성선자극 세포막에 존재하는 GnRH 수용체와 결합한 후 일련의 신호전달과정을 거쳐 성선자극호르몬의 합성과 분비를 제어하게 된다. GnRH의 합성과 분비는 글루탐산, 노르에피네프린, GABA와 같은 각종 신경입력과 스테로이드 호르몬에 의한 액성 피드백 신호에 의해 조절되나 이들의 GnRH 유전자 발현에 미치는 영향은 최근에 연구되고 있는 실정이다. GnRH 뉴런의 분화와 발생에는 다양한 신경영양인자들이 영향을 미치나 그 분자생물학적 기작은 아직 밝혀져 있지 않다. 본 논단에서는 신경호르몬인 GnRH와 그 수용체에 관하여 최근 연구성과를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다.

통신망은 수많은 망관리시스템(NMS)과 프로토콜, 그리고 계속 등장하는 새로운 기능으로 이루어져 있다. 통합(integration)은 다양한 기술을 수용하기 위한 방법이지만 복잡함을 동반하며, 기술의 통합은 서로 다른 관리 영역간의 상호 운용성이 요구되는 기능이다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 프로토콜을 망 관리에서 수용하여 통합 관리될 수 있도록 CORBA기능을 활용한 선택적 이벤트서비스 기능을 제시한다. 또한 선처리 시스템(Front End Processor)을 이용하여 통신망의 트래픽을 최소화하고 필터링(filtering)을 효율적으로 할 수 있는 방식을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 구조는 과거 QoS나 오류복구 등을 제외한 기능을 FEP 호스트에 유지함으로서 다양한 프로토콜을 안정적으로 처리하는 서비스가 가능하다.

A locating text technique capable of locating and extracting text blocks in various Web images is presented here. Until now this area of work has been ignored by researchers even if this sort of text may be meaningful for internet users. The algorithms associated with the technique work without prior knowledge of the text orientation, size or font. In the work presented in this research, our text extraction algorithm utilizes useful edge detection followed by histogram analysis on the genuine characteristics of letters defined by text clustering region, to properly perform extraction of the text region that does not depend on font styles and sizes. By a number of experiments we have showed impressively acceptable results.
