The traditional von Thunen model has various shortcomings. Perhaps the greatest dificiency is the model's sole emphasis on the production side of the economy;that is, the agricultural markets are rarely closed for demand. In thes paoer a closed model for a three-activity, two-dimensional economy is developed. Equillibrium solutions are generated for prices, land areas, and outputs. Comparative static analysis then follows. Attention is next given to a maximum expected-return model under environmental uncertainty. Land uses for the traditional model and the closed model are then compared.

As the competition among college graduates in the job market keeps getting intense, the educators' role of preparing students to get well adapted to the job environments should be more emphasized. However, in reality, many firms admit that many entry-level employees out of college need to be reeducated in a variety of areas. To resolve this problem, the current paper aims to propose some suggestions for a better school curriculum that reflects the needs and demands of the industry. The present proposal is based on my empirical knowledge from the department of computer science of the college where I am teaching and can be applied to other colleges. The suggestions for restructuring of a curriculum are expected to help students actively deal with the trend of developing technology. This restructured curriculum should help colleges produce workers with a good balance of academy and industry who can be assigned to work without being reeducated in the field.

프랜차이즈 시스템은 서로 독립적인 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점이 계약에 의해 상호의무를 준수하면서 운영되는 시스템이다. 이러한 프랜차이즈 시스템은 다른 유통경로 시스템과 마찬가지로 개방형 시스템이기 때문에 환경의 변화에 민감하다. 특히, 급속하게 변화하는 고객 욕구와 경쟁전략은 프랜차이즈 시스템의 성과에 매우 큰 영향을 미친다. 이처럼 환경의 변화가 심할 경우는 프랜차이즈 본부와 가맹점 간 관계결속이 중요한 데 강한 결속력을 가진 장기적인 파트너십이야 말로 변화하는 환경에 대응할 수 있는 무기가 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 환경의 변화 즉, 환경동태성과 프랜차이즈 시스템의 장기지향성을 다루고 있다. 연구의 주된 관심은 첫째, 수요부문과 경쟁부문의 환경 동태성이 프랜차이즈 시스템 구성원 간 장기지향성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 밝히는 것이고, 둘째, 이러한 환경의 영향이 다양한 조절변수 (관계수명주기, 경로기후, 의존성)에 의해 어떻게 달라지는 지를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 목적으로 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 프랜차이즈 업체인 L사의 가맹점 96곳을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 통한 분석결과 수요부문 동태성은 프랜차이즈 가맹점의 장기지향성을 약화시킨 반면, 경쟁부문 동태성은 강화시켰다. 한편 관계수명주기, 경로기후에 따라 수요부문, 경쟁부문 환경 동태성의 영향은 달라졌지만, 의존성은 유의적인 조절효과를 나타내지 못했다.

This study is designed to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship orientation of owner managers on product innovation performance through user innovation participation by using Korea Innovation Survey 2014 (KIS 2014) conducted by STEPI (Science and Technology Policy Institute). The findings show that entrepreneurial orientation of owner managers measured by a proxy variable of ownership ratio has positive relationship with innovation performance of firms. They also present that user innovation activity has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation of owner managers and innovation performance of firms. This study suggests that the higher the entrepreneurial orientation of the owner manager, the higher the innovation performance. The innovation performance can be intensified when the open innovation strategy is implemented through the user participation.

친환경축산의 개념을 정의하고자 하는 목적이 우리 축산업의 지속적인 성장을 위해 나아가야 할 바람직한 모습을 제시하는데 있음을 감안할 때, 우리 축산업이 지향해야 할 친환경축산의 이상적인 모습을 제시하되, 현실에 바탕을 두면서 장래에 실현이 가능한 수준으로 정의한다. 생산자의 입장과 축산물의 수요자인 소비자 요구를 고려한 균형 있는 정의가 필요하고, 아울러 국민들의 축산에 대한 정서와 함께 세계적인 여건 변화 추세에 대한 고려도 필요하다.

In this paper, local industry target by analyzing the actual state of engineering education-oriented, demand for engineering education to come up with ways to improve. To this end, training human resources training program in engineering education practice Caps-tone design, Cooperative system, contract-type as the main theme of human resources in the southwestern industrial target academic staff investigate the actual conditions were run cooperative education programs. Survey, southwestern regional industry operating experience, most industry-university cooperative education program that was unsatisfactory. In addition, promoting Cooperative system experience in the industry will promote the future looked reservation position, while the Caps-tone design is somewhat academic partners participating a majority opinion education program run by the model will be developing. Regional strategy based on future demand for industry-oriented engineering education program for running is to come up with ways improvements.

스마트폰의 대중화로 인해 사용자의 다양한 요구사항이 발생하고 있고, 스마트폰 용 어플리케이션에 대한 개발이 활발히 수행되고 있으나 하드웨어와의 밀접한 관계 및 재사용성의 요구를 반영하고 있지 못하므로 향후 수요를 감안하여 객체지향 개발방법론을 적용한 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 스마트폰 플랫폼인 안드로이드와 아이폰 플랫폼의 수명주기, 하드웨어, 어플리케이션 간의 관계를 통해 스마트폰 어플리케이션 개발절차를 도출하도록 시도하였으며, 객체지향 개발방법론 중에서 Reference Model 중심의 안드로이드 플랫폼과 Rich Client를 지원하는 아이폰 플랫폼에 각각 스마트폰 플랫폼에 준한 하드웨어 특성을 고려하여 특화된 CBD(Component Based Development)기반인 마르미-EM방법론과 서비스 기반의 어플리케이션을 지향하고 있는 MVC(Model-View-Control)패턴이 적용된 SaaS(Software-as-a-Service) 개발방법론을 적용하여 어플리케이션 개발 절차를 비교한다. 이를 통하여 개발방법론의 절차상의 차이점, 강점 및 보완 사항을 분석하고 방법론별 특징을 토대로 향후 보완점을 제안한다.

Confronted with serious problems in nurturing IT engineers such as a mismatch in supply and demand of IT workers, shortage of globally competitive IT professionals, and insufficient education and training of university graduates, the Ministry of Information and Communication has decided to adopt a new approach in national IT engineering education, based on supply chain management (SCM) in manufacturing. SCM weighs improving competitiveness of the supply chain as a whole via a long-term commitment to supply chain relationships and a cooperative, integrated approach to business processes. These benefits of SCM are believed to provide useful insight into a more effective IT education and industry orientation. On the basis of the SCM literature, a framework for industry-oriented practical IT higher education is designed, and then applied in the field of computer-software engineering in Korea.

Main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the self core evaluation of local public officials on the customer-oriented public service provision. Structural Equation Model was applied to analyze the relationship between self core evaluation and customer oriented public service attitude. From theoretic point, establishing the relationship between psychological concept(self core evaluation) and attitude is contribution to existing literature in this area. Positive structural relationships between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude was confirmed from empirical analysis. While variable job engagement took intermediating role between self core evaluation and customer-oriented attitude. The result implies that organizational psychological approach might be a more effective policy measure to improve citizen's satisfaction for public services. For a extended periods, Korean government introduced various institutional arrangements to improve the customer satisfaction for public service. Hoever, the result was not satisfactory. The result of this study suggest psychological approach to improve public service customer satisfaction.
