수요자 중심의 학급 경영 시스템의 설계를 통하여 학급 경영의 장을 확대하여 시간과 공간을 초월한 효율적인 학급 경영을 가능하게 하고, 학부모와의 원활한 의사소통의 기회를 제공함으로써 상호 신뢰를 기반으로 한 협력 체제를 도모하여 효율적인 학급 경영을 이끌어낼 수 있는 홈을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한 각 게시판에 관한 전체 권한을 어린이들에게 부여하여 잘못된 글자나 과격한 표현, 적절하지 못한 표현을 수정하도록 하고, 게시판에 대한 책임 의식을 높여 학급경영시스템에 자발적인 참여를 유도하도록 하여 교사 개인이 운영하는 시스템이 아닌 학급의 구성원인 어린이들과 함께 만들어 가는 시스템을 구현하고자 하였다.

오늘날 사회가 더욱더 복잡해지고 도시규모가 확대됨으로서 사람들의 의식과 행태로 사회, 경제적 여건의 변화에 따라 다양하게 변모하고 있다. 이에 따라 교통계획의 대상이 다양화되어 지역적인 시각에서 국부적이고 단기적인 교통정책에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 토지이용지표의 하나인 접근성을 고려하여 이에 대한 통행거리에 따른 통행자의 교통수단선택이 어떻게 나타나고 분석되는 가를 도출, 장래 교통수요를 예측하여 교통계획을 수립하는데 있어서 교통수단에 대한 공급결정 및 교통시설에 대한 설치를 하는데 이들 수단이나 시설의 적정성 여부를 판단하는 지표가 되는 것이다. 이에 대한 근거로는 전통적인 4단계 수요예측방법을 사용하여 왔으나, 이러한 방법을 사용하는데에는 한계가 도출되어 최근에 사용되고 있는 개별행태모형 중에서 로짓모형을 이용한 방법을 선택하고 적용 가능한 가를 문헌적으로 접근하여 기본이론을 파악하였다.

This study selected blind spot areas for public transportation in four metropolitan cities including Busan, Daegue, Gwangju, and Daejeon. Then this study developed a nested logit model and analyzed the changes of mode choice behaviors after adopting rapid transit system using stated preference(SP) survey. As the study results, blind spot areas have more potential public transportation demand and tendency to shift to public transportation from autos than built-up areas. This study results can be utilized to evaluate demand changes for new rapid transit system in a circular expressway and an arterial highway connecting CBD and surrounding areas. The study results also can be utilized to analyze the potential public transportation demand in the surrounding areas.

The drone market, an unmanned aerial vehicle, is rapidly expanding and developing into an important area related to the huge changes in the traffic system of the future. With various technologies on the fourth industrial revolution, including drones, mentioned at the Davos Forum in January 2016, interest in drones is emerging as an explosive demand for national certificates. The number of drone pilots, which was only 400 in 2015, is continuing to surpass 17,000 as of 2018. Therefore, this study analyzed the safety perception of the pilots based on the DREEM (Dundee ready environmental assessment) model designed to evaluate the educational environment along with the current state of drone education in Korea. This led to the conclusion that the high level of satisfaction of the pilot with the educational environment contributes to the overall safety perception, including compliance with procedures.

Currently the number of unsold housing is rapid increasing over again in the Seoul Metropolitan area. So this research analyzed effective and possible solutions focus on the potential customers and professionals. There was a research method setting up alternative solutions from the existing researches and the other suggestions though FGI (Focus Group Interview) by professionals. And then it investigated the efficient ways to resolve those problems through Conjoint Analysis. According to the result of this paper, firstly the customers considered 'financial supports', 'self-rescue efforts for construction companies' and 'taxation support' than the other. On the other hand, professionals evaluated 'publicly purchased housing' and 'new housing policies' were more essential solutions besides, both of them recognized the importance of ;financial support'. Secondly there were some ideas that it was necessary to more less control LTV (Loan to Value ratio) and DIT ( Debt to Income) and the LH (Korea Land and Housing Corporation) buy unsold housing. Finally the government and housing association had to manage and intervene the supply of housing within metropolitan area and restrict to building new properties and the construction companies actively provide less strict standard terms and conditions in contract for purchasing housing for instance, the decline of housing sale price or interest-free and so on.

In the construction industry government is not only an owner but also a consumer. Accordingly it should develop the construction industry and this role is important. Among them, the law of the ordering method is standards of selecting a successful bidder and have powerful influence over the construction industry and owners. Therefore this study said how the lowest bid method, which has taken effect still more, has influence on the construction industry and the public sector with the Causal Loop Diagram. According to analyzing this construction law, we can grasp the point of the strength and weakness of this law also examine a trend of how the present law is changed. While we studied, we tried to adhere to neutrality and form a new opinion about it because the previous studies were opposed to each other. As a result, to improve the relation between the government and private company, which were opposed to each other about arguments for and against the lowest bid method, this study suggest the method of making better the relation. The final goal of it is researching the inefficient factors and improving the weakness of this law.

Though the demand of foreign laborer in the labor market of domestic construction is increasing, systems for managing and supervising them are insufficient. The object of this study is to provide practical basic data to establish a system or a policy for efficient use of foreign laborers in the domestic construction industry. With the subjects of domestic laborers, who served in the domestic construction field, the actual state of using foreign laborers and the problems were investigated, and the existing employment system for foreign laborers and the recognition on plan for improving policy were analyzed

This paper analyzes characteristics and changing phenomenon of Chonsei & monthly rental real estate market based on a survey of participants. The frequency analysis, mean analysis, and cross-table analysis was utilized for this study, and a survey for 2,000 rental market participants was accomplished. The survey result of tenants and land-owners regarding the Chonsei market stability indicates the expansion of public housing supply is needed together with lowering of mortgage related restrictions. The major conclusions include that the expansion of public housing and rental supports for low-income families are needed, due to the population structural change and an aging society. In addition, survey result suggests the tenants require the expansion of public housing supply for the residence stability.

This research was conducted to investigate the consciousness of demander on National Forest Management System and to seek for solution to activate it by measuring the variables such as the extent of goal achievement on the system, the extent of importance on function of national forest, benefit for participation of the system, and the extent of importance on the system as well as the extent of demander recognition and intention of participation on the system like, Cooperative Forest Program and People's Forest Program. The target of this investigation is to categorize consumers of National Forest Management System (NFMS) into four types such as environmental organization that do not participate in the system, environmental organization that participate in the team, company to publish a white paper on environmental and local government. As a result, the intention of participation was showed in C Type (62.7%), among fields that respondents interested in participation were tree planting and forest tending (56.2%). However, the rest of the participants were reluctant participate in the NFMS due to more benefit (72.2%) of corporate social responsibility from other fields than those from the field utilizing forestry. If only, diverse facilities related to national forest and active supporting policy are provided by Korea Forest Service, social participation using forest resources would be considered. Although 61% among A Type recognized NFMS in advance, the prime reason for not utilizing are the problems with reserving place for participates in and the inconvenience to participate in on-site. Type D shows slightly high interest in People's Forest Program (3.69). Also, it shows high interest in Forest Recreation (4.15) and Forest Reports (3.90). Particularly, it indicates that GyeongGi-Do and GangWon-Do local government prefers Forest Experience, and Cheolla, ChungCheong and GyeongSang local government prefer Forest Reports. Based on the above study, we finally suggest that legal alignment of the system, and the provision of incentive for inducement of voluntary participation by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and establishment of new exclusive nongovernmental organization be able to operate the system as the solution to activate NFMS in terms of the consumer.

공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시되고 있다. 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 60% 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다. 택배 시스템은 자신의 서비스 능력과 상호보완관계에 있는 여타 서비스 제공업체와 연계하여 공급사슬 효율화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계가 필요한데 공급사슬 전체에 대한 물류서비스를 여러 업체로부터 개별적으로 외부 위탁하는 경우보다 한 번의 계약으로 통합된 물류서비스를 제공받기를 원하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에 협력택배시스템의 추진이 필요하고 있다. 타사에의 정보 누출을 꺼려 아직은 인식이 부족한 상황이나 보다 효율적이고 저렴한 물류비용을 위해서는 앞으로 제조업과의 다 자간 전략적 제휴는 필수적인 상황으로 전개될 것이다. 이에 현 3PL의 문제점을 살펴보고 제조업과의 협력 방안을 살펴보기로 하겠다.
