국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 전근대적인 유통관행을 개선하기 위해 포장을 표준∙규격화하는 '수산물 표준규격 고시를 만들어 최근 고시했다. 이로 인해 1백 여종 이상의 포장규격이사용되는 등 천차만별이었던 수산물의 포장규격이 종류별로 통일될 것으로 보인다. 검사원은 고시에서 수산물의 표준거래 단위를 3kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, 20kg으로 구분해 규정했고, 포장재질은 골판지 상자나 발포폴리에스틸렌 상자, 그물망 등을 사용하도록 했다. 해양수산부도 앞으로 수산물 규격상자를 만드는 업자들에게 표준규격을 따르도록 권장하고 수산물 표준 규격집을 만들어 어업인, 유통업자들에게 배포하는 한편 고등어 등 일부어종에 시범적으로 표준규격을 도입함으로써 표준규격이 확산될 수 있도록 할 방침이다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용을 살펴보도록 한다.

Form, increasing the income of fishermen and internationally competitive high value-added seafood merchandising consumers for the purpose of improving the reliability of the food as do Tongyeong Gyeongsangnam-piping of the high quality marine products traceability system for farm businesses. Real-time traceability of the seafood supply chain to manage RFID technologies and related IT technology was introduced in progress. In this study, real-time traceability of fish introduced to the features of RFID technology and to recognize its effects. And efficient distribution system of fish suggests ways to improve and execute simulation about supply chain.

In 2006, the share of fisheries distribution in Busan amounted to 1.9 million ton, which was 41 percent of the whole country. In details, coastal fishery 334 thousand ton(14% of the whole country), deep sea fishery 452 thousand ton(82%), import fishery 964 thousand ton(70%), export fishery 157 thousand ton(43%) were distributed in Busan region, respectively. Recently, the share of fisheries sale through e-commerce is increasing owing to the growth of IT and competitive price of its products. and the sale share of large discount store is also on the 10% more increase owing to the effectiveness of distribution structure. Hereafter these structure changes of fisheries distribution in Busan will be more intensified. Therefore, after reflecting the change in distribution policy of Busan Fisheries, the directions of distribution policy should be established, as follows. 국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 상품성 향상과 유통효율 제고 및 공정한 거래 실현을 위한 수산물표준규격을 지난 1월 22일 고시한 바 있다. 고시는 어종의 표준거래단위, 수산물의 포장치수, 포장재료 및 포장재료의 시험방법 등을 규정하고 있다. 고시에 따르면 포장재료는 식품위생법에 따른 용기.포장의 제조방법에 관한 기준과 그 원재료에 관한 규격에 적합하여야 한다. 고시 된 표준포장규격과 포장재료 중 P.S.대(폴리스티렌대)의 규격은 아래와 같다

This study analyses the current status of trade in Korean fisheries and competitive power in export to China in the era of actual open-door policy, aiming to figure out problems in distribution Structure of fisheries and suggest directions for further development in this area. Political efforts have been consistently made to change distribution system of our fisheries into low-cost and high-efficiency system, but continuous contradictions occur in actual distribution. In this reality, we need a new perspective to reorganize distribution markets according to real conditions. To improve distribution Structures for fisheries, political focus should be given on reorganization of the entire structure. And to develop political directions for fisheries, we should evaluate its competitive powers and based on the results, we should develop efficient measures to use limited political resources.

협회 최주섭 부회장은 5월 26일부터 3박4일간 일본 츠키지 농수산물도매시장, 환경박람회 등을 한국해양수산개발원, 수산신문, 자원순환사회연대, 구리농수산물도매시장관리공사, 스티로폴 재활용사업자 등과 함께 민산관 합동으로 수산물상자 사용 및 재활용기술에 대한 현지견학을 다녀왔다. 이번 행사는 선진국의 수산물상자 사용 및 재활용실태를 기초로 하여 귀국 후 관련 전문가 간담회를 개최하여 최근 시설 현대화계획 중인 가락동, 노량진, 구리 농수산물도매시장 등 수도권 농수산물도매시장의 수산물 포장상자의 사용 및 재활용방법에 개선방안을 제시함으로서, 수산물의 유통의 청결 유지, 시장 환경 개선 및 포장상자의 자원화에 기여하고자 하였다.

While a lot of research has been done in the area of the B2C e-commerce, heavily on the Internet shopping, a study on the B2B e-commerce has not been improved enough to be competitive for its importance and practical use. We have studied to build an effective database, attempting to complement and further replace in the long term the off-line distribution channel which has yet to be fully evolve with respect to effectiveness and efficiency. For the building of the effective database, we have gathered information from the related institutions and characterized a fishery channel, and surveyed existing literatures and consumers for deriving factors affecting their purchase intentions and satisfactions. Based upon this survey we constructed the entity-relationship diagram(ERD) which possibly provided some perspectives for the future application. This study focuses on the improvement in the distributional efficiency not only minimizing the intra-organizational conflict and resistance but also maximizing the role function of each party of the organization.
