In this study, the research results up to now on original word form and its meaning of Korean number words hana, dul, ..., yeol are looked out from math-historically. In fact, finding out original word form and its meaning of hana, dul, and set(ses) may not be possible in the respect of history of mathematics. There might have been a gap between set(ses) and net(nes), and between net(nes) and daseot(daseos). Original word form and its meaning of hana, dul, set(ses), and net(nes) must be found out in different aspect from those of daseot(daseos), yeoseot(yeoseos), ..., yeol. There might have been a gap between yeoseot(yeoseos) and ilgop(ilgob). Coining number word mechanism for ilgop(ilgob), yeodeol,(yeodeolb) and ahop(ahob) might have been same each other. There might have been a gap between ahop(ahob) and yeol. The research results up to now have not paid attention to this gaps sufficiently. But according to history of mathematics, there must have existed several gaps.

Fundamental processes in digital forensic investigation - such as disk imaging - were developed when digital investigation was relatively young. As digital forensic processes and procedures matured, these fundamental tools, that are the pillars of the reset of the data processing and analysis phases of an investigation, largely stayed the same. This work is a study of modern digital forensic imaging software tools. Specifically, we will examine the feature sets of modern digital forensic imaging tools, as well as their development and release cycles to understand patterns of fundamental tool development. Based on this survey, we show the weakness in current digital investigation fundamental software development and maintenance over time. We also provide recommendations on how to improve fundamental tools.

디지털 영상기기의 발달과 함께 디지털 영상은 우리의 생활의 일부가 되었다. 이러한 디지털 영상이 생활의 일부가 되면서 범죄자들은 범죄현장의 흔적을 디지털 영상으로 저장하기도 하며, 디지털 영상으로 저장된 CCTV를 통하여 범죄의 현장을 재현하기도 한다[5][6]. 이러한 디지털 영상은 사건을 해결하는데 중요한 역할을 하기에 사건을 수사하는데 있어 수집하여야 할 중요한 대상중의 하나이다. 이러한 디지털 영상은 하나의 분석대상에 다수의 파일로 존재할 수 있으며, 이러한 다수의 디지털 영상 속에서 사건 해결에 도움을 줄 수 있는 중요한 영상을 구분하기 위해서는 많은 시간과 인력이 필요하다. 따라서 다수의 영상 증거물을 디지털 영상 포렌식의 한 분야인 디지털 영상 분류기법을 통하여 수사의 편리함과 정확성을 향상시켜야 할 필요가 있다. 하지만 디지털 영상의 수사를 돕기 위한 디지털 영상의 분류기법은 디지털 영상 포렌식의 영역 중에서 연구가 이루어져 있지 않은 영역중의 하나이며, 연구가 진행되고 있는 방식도 국내가 아닌 국외의 법과 수사 환경을 중심으로 연구되어지고 있다. 따라서 국내의 법과 수사 환경에 적용할 수 있는 디지털 영상 분류기법에 대하여 연구할 필요성이 있다. 이에 대해 본 논문에서는 디지털 영상 포렌식 중 하나의 분야인 디지털 영상 분류기법의 연구현황을 확인하며, 디지털 영상 분류기법의 필요성에 대하여 설명하도록 하겠다.

A Study on the Countermeasures against International Computer Crime focusing on the Police Investigation Procedure. These days, much more intelligent, varied and advanced techniques for computer crimes have been used than for development of technology. In particular, it has been reported that the damages are enormous. Damages of some computer crimes can not be accurately reported. This study is to speculate specific types of computer crimes and obtain its prevention and countermeasures centering on the Police Investigation Procedure. In particular, it is to speculate international cooperation under the condition that global damages occur frequently due to preparation of advanced network environment.

최근 정보통신 및 컴퓨터 산업이 발달함에 따라 해킹 및 바이러스, 산업정보 유출과 같은 컴퓨터를 이용한 범죄가 증가하고 있으며, 범죄에 사용되는 프로그램들이 점차 다양화 되고, 사용되는 데이터의 양 또한 급격히 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 컴퓨터 범죄를 수사하는 디지털 포렌식 과정에서 시간과 인력 및 범용적인 면에서 방대한 정보들을 모두 분석하기란 현실적으로 어려운 일이다. 그러므로 디지털 증거 분석과정에 앞서 획득한 정보들 중 컴퓨터 범죄와 상관이 없는 정보들을 제거하여 분석할 데이터의 양을 줄이므로 디지털 증거 분석 과정에서 소요되는 인력 및 각종 비용 등을 줄일 수 있다. 이를 위해 국외에서는 이러한 정보들을 웹사이트를 통해 공개 및 제공하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정보들은 국내에서 발생하는 컴퓨터 범죄를 수사 및 분석하는데 적합하지 않은 경우가 많다. 그러므로 국내의 환경에 맞는 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 제도적인 개선이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법 및 제도개선 방안을 제안하였다.

저장장치는 기술의 발달로 인해 대용량화가 가속화 되었고 휴대하기 편리하게 되었다. 그 중 휴대용 저장장치로 USB 대용량 저장장치가 널리 쓰이고 있다. 더 나아가 프라이버시와 기업의 기밀, 기술정보 유출사고가 발생함에 따라 이러한 데이터를 보호하기 위해 보안기능을 제공하는 USB저장장치의 사용량이 증가하고 있다. 디지털 수사 측면에서 볼 때 이러한 USB의 보안기능은 용의자에 의해 데이터를 은폐할 목적으로 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 현재 상황에 비추어 볼 때 보안기능이 있는 USB(이하 보안 USB)에 포렌식 관점에서 중요한 증거물이 저장될 가능성이 높아졌으며, 증거로서 보안 USB를 획득하였을 때, 해당 USB에서 데이터를 획득하기 위한 대비책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 보안 USB에 관한 동향 및 대처방안에 대해 논한다.

이 글은 문법화의 관점에서 관사, 비인칭구문, 재귀동사 구문을 독일어와 우리말을 중심으로 비교하였다. 우리말의 경우 관사의 범주가 아직 문법 화하지는 않았지만 수사 '하나/한'은 서양 언어에 못지 않게 다양한 문법적 기능으로 발전하였다. 독일어의 정관사나 대명사에 해당되는 요소는 우리말에서 자주 생략된다. 비인칭구문도 유럽언어의 특징인데 독일어의 경우 이는 지시대명사에서 문법 화한 것이다. 우리말의 경우 비인칭구문은 문법 화하지 않았으며 이를 위해 우리말은 주어생략 통 다른 문법적 기재들을 사용한다. 독일어에는 또 재귀구문이 잘 발달되어 있는데 우리말은 재귀구문이 그렇게 다양하게 문법 화되지 않았다 한편 우리말의 재귀사는 다양한 지시적 기능을 발전시켰다. 즉 이들은 순수하게 재귀적으로 쓰이는 경우 이외에 문장 내적 혹은 문장 외적 지시사로 사용되고 있으며 부분적으로 독일어의 man과 같은 부정대명사의 기능도 가지고 있다.

CCTV는 사람들 생활에서 없어서는 안 되는 유용한 존재로 자리매김 했다. 가장 큰 장점은 범죄 수사과정에서 유전자나 지문감식에 견줄 만큼 기여도가 크다는 점이다. 폭력 및 범죄를 해결하는데 유용하게 쓰이고 있고 날로 발전하고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 공간정보기술의 발달에 따라 여러 분야에 공간 정보 기반의 관제시스템이 운영 중이거나 추진 중에 있으며, 지능형 영상감시를 위한 동향과 CCTV 설치에 따른 합법성과 프라이버시 보호에 대해 연구를 한다.

This thesis aims to recall the importance of language in comics by studying comic strips in Korean daily newspapers: the comic strips are analyzed for rhetorical puns in its language text as they representatively show the value and role of language in comics. Moreover, Korean comic strips, as they developed into current affairs comics, acquired a stronger media characteristic of communicating information compared to other genres of cartoons. As a result, comics strips have become a genre where language plays an important role and the words needing to be able to convey the meaning quickly and implicitly. Due to tight control of national authority, the language technique developed into an indirect expression rather than a stronger direct imaging technique. The political oppression of the comic strip paradoxically brought on the rhetorical development in the creative techniques. Based on this analysis, the writer studied the rhetorical puns of the texts Korean comic strips by implementing the classification techniques of rhetoric expressions. As a result, through quotes and analysis of actual comic strips, the writer confirmed that Korean comic strips do actually show tremendously vast rhetorical puns in its language application techniques. The writer was also able to conclude that the rhetorical puns in comics were the force entertaining and impressing the readers, and also acting as the creative principle. Concluding this study, the writer emphasizes that language, not only in comic strips, is a combination of words and images and is also an important factor in all cartoons in general. Thus the thesis proposes that the training of humanistic thoughts and linguistic sensitivity are as important as learning to draw in the creation of cartoons.

The use of digital information according to the development of information and communication technology and the 4th industrial revolution is continuously increasing and diversifying, and in proportion to this, crimes using digital information are also increasing. However, there are few cases of establishing an environment for processing and analysis of digital evidence in Korea. The budget allocated for each organization is different and the digital forensics laboratory built without solving the chronic problem of securing space has a problem in that there is no standard that can be referenced from the initial configuration stage. Based on this awareness of the problem, this thesis conducted an exploratory study focusing on tools and equipment necessary for building a digital forensics laboratory. As a research method, focus group interviews were conducted with 15 experts with extensive practical experience in the digital forensic laboratory or digital forensics field and experts' opinions were collected on the following 9 areas: network configuration, analyst computer, personal tools·equipment, imaging devices, dedicated software, open source software, common tools/equipment, accessories, and other considerations. As a result, a list of tools and equipment for digital forensic laboratories was derived.
