통신로에서 메시지 수정 등을 검출하는 수단인 메시지 인증법에 관해 살펴보고, 기존의 방식과 새로 제안하는 방식을 메시지 에러율과 효율성 면에서 고찰하여, 제안된 방식이 기존의 방식보다 통신로 비트 에러율이 $10^{-2}$~$10^{-5}$일 때 효율이 크게 좋아지고 메시지 에러율이 개선됨을 보인다.

자율화와 경쟁여건의 조성을 통해 금융효율성제고(金融效率性提高)를 추구할 때 금융제도의 안전성과 예금자 보호를 위 한 제도적 장치로서 예금보험제도(預金保險制度)에 대한 고려가 병행되어야 한다. 그러나 은행의 위험에 대한 예금보험제공자와 은행사이에 정보(情報)의 비대칭성(非對稱性)이 존재하기 때문에 공정한 변동보험료제도의 실시가 불가능할 때에는 도덕적 위험문제를 피하기 어렵다는 부작용이 발생한다. 예금보험제도의 유용성을 인정하고 동제도의 목적을 충실히 수행하기 위해서는 도덕적(道德的) 위험(危險)의 억제가 중요하며 그 수단으로 은행규제(銀行規制)가 경제적 타당성을 갖게 된다. 기본적인 규제의 형태로는 적정자본금(適正資本金) 규정(規定), 업무영역(業務領域)의 제한(制限), 탄력적(彈力的)인 수신금리규제(受信金利規制)가 되어야 한다. 현재의 자율화 과정을 고려할 때 규제의 효율성면에서는 위험분담사고에 기초하는 적정자본금 규정이 주된 규제수단이 되어야 할 것으로 고려된다.

최근 포화된 도시 인구와 교통량에 대응하기 위하여 기존의 버스, 지하철 등의 대중교통 수단 이외에 광역화된 도시 영역을 빠른 시간 내에 대량의 승객이 이동할 수 있는 신개념의 교통체계로서 대심도 철도가 소개되고 있다. 철도가 광역화되고 인구 밀도가 높은 도시 영역을 빠르게 대량의 승객을 수송하기 위해서 지하 깊이 철도가 다니게 하는 것이 경제성, 효율성 측면에서 합리적일 수 있으나 편리성과 도입에 초점을 맞추다 보니 여기서 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 안전 문제에 대한 체계적인 검토가 간과되고 있다. 대심도 터널 내에서의 다양한 교통사고와 화재를 포함하여 각종 자연 재해와 인적 재난이 대심도 교통수단의 안전에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 방재 측면에서 대심도 터널 자체의 구조와 기능, 교통수단의 기능 측면을 강조하다 보니 인명 피해, 즉 인간 그 자체의 안전에 대하여 간과하는 측면이 있어 본 내용은 국내 유사 교통 수단인 고속철도에서 심장마비 환자의 응그브이료 구축 사례와 대구 지하철 화재의 초기 응급의료 대응을 통하여 대심도 철도 사고나 응급환자 발생 시 대피와 구조의 어려움을 적절히 대처하고, 인명피해 저감 대책과 대심도 철도의 특성에 맞는 응급의료체계를 개발 방향에 대하여 제시하고자 한다.

네트워크의 발달과 전자상거래의 급속한 성장은 전자정보를 이용하는 다양한 형태의 지불수단을 등장시켰고, 그 다양한 지불수단들은 급속도로 개발되고 있다. 특히 스마트카드는 보안성이 상당히 높고 대용량의 데이터 저장이 가능하기 때문에 전자지불수단을 위한 매개체로 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 현재의 스마트카드 관련 개발 환경은 개발비용이 상대적으로 높고 개발한 프로토콜이나 시스템의 안전성 및 효율성 등을 실험하기가 어려우며 개인 컴퓨터환경에서 응용 서비스를 개발하기가 어렵다는 취약점이 있다. 따라서 이러한 취약점을 해결할 수 있는 응용 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 추가적인 하드웨어의 확장 없이 보유하고 있는 컴퓨터 환경에서 전자지불 시스템을 위한 응용 서비스를 적용하고 테스트할 수 있는 스마트카드 에뮬레이터를 설계하고 구현하였다.

In this study, we applied the Bayesian Network for the case of the mode choice models using the Seoul metropolitan area's house trip survey Data. Sex and age were used lot the independent variables for the explanation or the mode choice, and the relationships between the mode choice and the travellers' social characteristics were identified by the Bayesian Network. Furthermore, trip and mode's characteristics such as time and fare were also used for independent variables and the mode choice models were developed. It was found that the Bayesian Network were useful tool to overcome the problems which were in the traditional mode choice models. In particular, the various transport policies could be evaluated in the very short time by the established relation-ships. It is expected that the Bayesian Network will be utilized as the important tools for the transport analysis.

The present study was conducted to analyze transport mode choice factors of shippers in Korea and to suggest policy implications and directions for future research. The findings showed that the research on freight mode choice factors in Korea is somewhat insufficient compared to that of other countries. In order to enhance the research, it is necessary to expand the number of studies and to strengthen the research to reflect characteristics of each transport mode. In particular, it is necessary to focus on identifying the characteristics of multimodal transport, including railway and shipping linked to truck. On the other hand, it was confirmed that the major factors influencing the choice of transport mode of shippers in Korea overlapped with foreign research cases. In addition, the implications for policy were derived when the analysis was separately conducted for Korea and other countries regarding individual transport mode and transport range. These results could be applied to various fields such as policy making to improve the efficiency of shippers' selection of transport mode and the estimation of transport mode choice model.

금융서비스 분야의 급속한 개방압력하에서 국내은행들은 영업환경의 급변으로 심각한 경영위기에 봉착함에 따라서 어느 때 보다 경쟁력 확보가 급선무가 되었다. 장기적으로는 대형화와 전문화, 전문인력 양성 둥을 통한 경쟁력 확보도 중요하겠지만 우선적으로 과학적인 경영효율성 측정을 통한 은행내부의 비효율원인을 규명하고 문제점을 개선하는 것이 중요할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 시중은행의 각 영업점 경영효율성의 측정방법간의 특성과 문제점을 찾고, 최근에 비영리기관의 경영효율성에 주로 이용되는 BEA기법을 적용하여 비효율의 원인을 규명하는데 중점을 두었다. 연구결과 은행 영업점의 규모를 지나치게 영세하게 운영함으로서 규모의 효율성을 이루지 못하였고, 주로 은행에서 경영성과측정수단으로 이용하고 있는 비율분석이나 회귀분석을 개별적으로 사용하는 것보다는 DEA기법을 병행 사용함으로서 측정상의 오류를 개선할 수 있음을 보여주었다. 또한 비율분석의 규명과 최적 생산규모점을 찾는데 DEA기법의 유용성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to identify evaluation factors and analyze the relative importance among factors to select a suitable transportation method for transferring the increasing amount of transshipment at multiple terminals at the Busan new port. To accomplish this, the evaluation factors were selected through a literature survey and brainstorming of a group of experts associated with the port operation, and were classified into five major factors and 15 middle factors. The evaluation factors classified hierarchically were surveyed relative to workers in organizations such as shipping companies, port corporations, container terminals, and related ministries. The importance of each factor was calculated using the hierarchical analysis process (AHP). As a result of the importance analysis, priority was assigned in order of safety, productivity, investment efficiency, operational efficiency, and policy conformity. Through this, it was necessary to select a suitable transportation method for the transshipment cargo in terminals while focusing on the cargo and terminal security and preventing accidents.
