Trajectory Recognition and Tracking for Condensation Algorithm and Fuzzy Inference (Condensation 알고리즘과 퍼지 추론을 이용한 이동물체의 궤적인식 및 추적)

  • In this paper recognized for trajectory using Condensation algorithm. In this pater used fuzzy controller for recognized trajectory using fuzzy reasoning. The fuzzy system tract to the three-dimensional space for raw and roll movement. The joint angle ${\theta}_1$ of the manipulator rotate from $0^{\circ}\;to\;360^{\circ}$, and the joint angle ${\theta}_2$ rotate from $0^{\circ}\;to\;180^{\circ}$. The moving object of velocity display for recognition without error using Condensation algorithm. The tracking system demonstrated the reliability of proposed algorithm through simulation against used trajectory.

  • Sequential convex programming based performance analysis of the designed UAV is performed. The nonlinear optimization problems generated by aerodynamics are approximated to socond order program by discretization and convexification. To improve the performance of the algorithm, the solution of the relaxed problem is used as the initial trajectory. Dive trajectory optimization problem is analyzed through iterative solution procedure of approximated problem. Finally, the maximum final velocity according to the performance of the actuator model was compared.

  • 체감형 가상현실 스크린 골프 게임 개발에 필요한 도구로 골프 공의 궤적과 속도를 실시간으로 표시하고 분석하는 시뮬레이터를 설계하고 구현하였다. 현실감 있는 골프 공의 움직임을 표현하려면 현실 세계와 동일한 물리 법칙을 적용하여 실시간으로 표현하고, 물리적인 요소들이 올바르게 적용되었는지 관찰하고 분석해야 할 필요성이 있다.

Development of Speed Measurement Accuracy Using Double Loop Detectors (2중 루프검지기 속도측정 정확도 개선 알고리즘 개발)

  • Speeding has been reported as one of the major causes for fatal traffic accidents in Korea. The resolution against this dangerous speeding comes to make the automated speed enforcement system an enforcement tool. The speed detection device, which measures speeds of each incoming vehicles using double loop sensors, requires high accuracy. The object of this study is to develop an accurate speed measurement algorithm using double loop detectors. Some important findings are summarized as follows: 1) It was found that speed measurement errors are caused by scanning rate, distance of two loops, irregular vehicle trajectories, multiple vehicles in detection zone. 2) A proposed algorithm using two signal set proved to reduce variance as well as mean of speed measurement. 3) A proposed filtering algorithm was effective to filter irregular driving vehicles and multiple vehicles in detection zone. A comprehensive field test of developed algorithm resulted in significant improvement of speed measurement accuracy.

  • This study proposed a speed management strategy for the enhancement of traffic safety on freeways. A novel feature of the proposed strategy is to provide desirable speed information to individual vehicles. A microscopic traffic simulator, VISSIM, was used for the performance evaluation. Vehicle trajectory data were used to evaluate the various speed management scenarios including the different levels of proportions of heavy vehicles. The proposed speed management strategy would be a useful precursor for developing an effective traffic control and operations system to prevent traffic accidents on freeways.

  • The use of robots is no longer limited to the field of industrial robots and is now expanding into the fields of service and medical robots. In this light, a trajectory generation method that can respond instantaneously to the external environment is strongly required. Toward this end, this study proposes a method that enables a robot to change its trajectory in real-time using a convolution operation. The proposed method generates a trajectory in real time and satisfies the physical limits of the robot system such as acceleration and velocity limit. Moreover, a new way to improve the previous method (11), which generates inefficient trajectories in some cases owing to the characteristics of the trapezoidal shape of trajectories, is proposed by introducing a triangle shape. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method is shown through a numerical simulation and a comparison with the previous convolution method.

Flight Trajectory Simulation via Reinforcement Learning in Virtual Environment (가상 환경에서의 강화학습을 이용한 비행궤적 시뮬레이션)

  • The most common way to control a target point using artificial intelligence is through reinforcement learning. However, it had to process complicated calculations that were difficult to implement in order to process reinforcement learning. In this paper, the enhanced Proximal Policy Optimization (PPO) algorithm was used to simulate finding the planned flight trajectory to reach the target point in the virtual environment. In this paper, we simulated how this problem was used to find the planned flight trajectory to reach the target point in the virtual environment using the enhanced Proximal Policy Optimization(PPO) algorithm. In addition, variables such as changes in trajectory, effects of rewards, and external winds are added to determine the zero conditions of external environmental factors on flight trajectory learning, and the effects on trajectory learning performance and learning speed are compared. From this result, the simulation results have shown that the agent can find the optimal trajectory in spite of changes in the various external environments, which will be applicable to the actual vehicle.

  • 본 연구는, 복잡한 비선형시스템의 표현에 뛰어난 능력을 갖고 있는 TSK형 퍼지모델로 부터 전체시스템의 안정성을 보장할 수 있는 퍼지상태제어기의 설계방법을 제안한다. 그 퍼지상태제어기는 TSK형 퍼지모델과 같은 형태의 퍼지규칙들로 구성되며, 추론 방법 및 상태제어 파라미터 행렬을 구하는 방벙은 전체시스템의 상태천이행렬이 원하는 안정한 것이 될 수 있도록 정해진다. 또한 본 논문에서는, 현재 대부분이 숙련가에 의해 수동으로 조작되고 있는 컨테이너 크래인의 새로은 제어 방법을 제시하고 제안한 퍼지상태제어기를 적용한다.컨테이너 크래인의 모형을 만들어, 제어숙련가의 수동조작으로 결정되는 트롤리와 승강기의 규범속도를 퍼지모델로 표현하고, 트롤리와 승강기가 그 규범 속도에 따르도록 제안한 퍼지상태제어기로 제어한다. 제안된 방법을 실험한 결과 모형크레인의 궤적이 숙련가에 의해 만들어진 궤적과 매우 유사하게 됨을 알 수 있었다.

  • 체감형 스크린 골프 게임에 사용될 인터페이스로 골프 공의 궤적과 속도를 실시간으로 표시하고 분석하는 시뮬레이터를 설계하고 골프 스윙 센서 장비를 적용하여 실시간 게임을 구현하였다. 특히 레저 스포츠 게임은 게임을 즐기면서 몸으로 느낄 수 있는 체감형 게임기에 적합한 게임 콘텐츠로 게이머에게 몰입감을 주기 위한 고급 3 차원 그래픽 기술과 가상현실 기술등과 같은 최첨단 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 몰입감과 현실감을 최대한 살리기 위해서는 물리의 법칙과 가상 현실 장비와의 연동이 필수이다. 본 논문은 체감형 스크린 골프의 시스템을 구성하고 게임을 위한 시뮬레이터의 설계와 레이아웃 설계, 공의 속도와 궤적 표시 방법, 골프공의 충격량을 계산하고, 체감형 가상 장비를 연동하였다.

Fast Heuristic Algorithm for Similarity of Trajectories Using Discrete Fréchet Distance Measure (이산 프레셰 거리 척도를 이용한 궤적 유사도 고속계산 휴리스틱 알고리즘)

  • A trajectory is the motion path of a moving object. The advances in IT have made it possible to collect an immeasurable amount of various type of trajectory data from a moving object using location detection devices like GPS. The trajectories of moving objects are widely used in many different fields of research, including the geographic information system (GIS) field. In the GIS field, several attempts have been made to automatically generate digital maps of roads by using the vehicle trajectory data. To achieve this goal, the method to cluster the trajectories on the same road is needed. Usually, the $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ distance measure is used to calculate the distance between a pair of trajectories. However, the $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ distance measure requires prolonged calculation time for a large amount of trajectories. In this paper, we presented a fast heuristic algorithm to distinguish whether the trajectories are in close distance or not using the discrete $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ distance measure. This algorithm trades the accuracy of the resulting distance with decreased calculation time. By experiments, we showed that the algorithm could distinguish between the trajectory within 10 meters and the distant trajectory with 95% accuracy and, at worst, 65% of calculation reduction, as compared with the discrete $Fr{\acute{e}}chet$ distance.
