  • 유지보수 활동이 전체 프로젝트의 중요한 비중을 차지하면서 유지보수를 수행하기 위한 비용의 증가가 이루어져 왔다. 하지만 유지보수를 수행하고 관리하는데 사용되는 지표나 지침, 표준문서 등이 구체적으로 마련되지 않다. 유지보수 성능 수준을 향상시키고 유지보수를 평가, 관리하는데 있어 사용 할 수 있는 측정지표 등이 연구되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 자산관리를 위해 사용되는 유지보수스코어카드를 바탕으로 소프트웨어 유지보수 형태에 따라 유지보수 비용의 감소와 분석에 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 측정지표와 정량적 계산이 가능한 비용 측정지표에 대하여 연구한다.

A Study on the Complexity Measurement of Architecture Assets (아키텍처 자산의 복잡도 측정에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a method to measure the complexity of assets when a software component is constructed as a basic asset, a standardized design model is acquired, and a reusable extended asset is designed based on the standardized design model. However, each asset of our proposed asset management system consists of composite assets that combine assets of two domains. So this method can not make accurate measurements. Therefore, the complexity of the overall asset can be measured by reflecting the property value of the basic asset stored under the architecture. In conclusion, it is possible to measure the composite-complexity of a composed asset that is inversely proportional to cohesion and proportional to the cumulative sum of the associated values of each asset in the asset-related design.

  • 기업들의 생산 공정이 세분화되면서 하나의 디지털 기기는 여러 단계의 공급망을 통해 원자력 발전소 외부에서 제작된 후 공급된 기기들과 소프트웨어의 조합으로 최종 완성품이 제작된다. 이러한 공정 과정을 거치는 다양한 나라, 회사에서 제작된 수많은 부품들과 소프트웨어의 조합은 어느 하나의 단계에서 발생한 의도되거나 의도되지 않은 결함 또는 사이버 위험을 포함한 최종제품이 될 가능성을 가지고 있으며 실제로 공급망을 위협하는 사례가 발생하기도 하였다. 이러한 결과로 공급망을 통한 사이버공격의 보안 위험 사례를 관리하는 것이 디지털화가 급격하게 진행되고 있는 원자력발전소와 같은 주요기반시설의 안전과 보안을 유지하는데 고려해야하는 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공급망을 통한 사이버보안 위험 사례와, 원자력발전소 디지털 자산 공급망 위험관리를 위한 해외 사례를 살펴보고자 한다.

  • For the security of a vast amount of information, it has been started to diagnose the site as a way of operating and managing the information owned by a company holding assets, to establish indexes to check the actual status and all kinds of standards to obtain security, and also to classify the information assets based on that. This has been extended to many different areas including policies to operate and manage information assets, services, the management of owned devices as physical assets, and also the management of logical assets for application software and platforms. Some of these information assets are already being operated in reality as new technology in new areas, for example, Internet of Things. Of course, a variety of electronic devices like Smart Home are being used in ordinary families, and unlike in the past, these devices generate a series of information life cycles such as accumulating and processing information. Moreover, as even distribution is now being realized, we are facing a task to secure the stability of information assets and also information that assets are holding. The purpose of this study is to suggest and apply standard security policy by moduling methods for information assets owned by companies and even families and obtain the enhancement of confidentiality as well as integrity.

  • 현재 많은 SI업계나 IT기업들은 소프트웨어 프로세스의 품질 향상을 위해서, 사실적 표준이 되어가고 있는 CMMI 인증을 취득하려 하고 있다. 조직은 이를 위해 여러 CMMI 지원 도구들을 이용하게 되는데 각 도구별 산출자산들의 데이터 형식이나 종류가 다를 수 있다. 따라서 그들을 표준화하여 통합 저장하고 관리할 수 있는 통합 저장소가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이질적인 산출물들의 효과적인 관리 지원을 위한 SIR-CM(SPIC Integration Repository-Configuration Management) 시스템을 제안한다. 이것은 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선 센터(SPIC)의 각 지원 도구로부터 산출되는 이질적인 산출물들을 통합하여 저장, 관리 할 수 있다. 그리고 처음 SPI를 위해 CMMI의 인증을 받으려는 기업에게 충분히 필요한 시스템이라 판단되고 더욱 질 좋은 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 가져다 줄 것이다

  • This study presents the method for integrating the software assets acquired before the weapon system software reliability test was not formed in the weapon system software development and management manual through JTDLS Batch II case. This paper describes the problems for applying manual's direction to JTDLS Batch II project, and decisions and expected effects.

  • Software product line engineering is a software reuse paradigm that helps organizations improve software productivity and quality by developing software products from reusable core assets. For the satisfaction of common and variable requirements among products in the product line, the core assets must be configurable according to the selection of variable features. Therefore, unlike software architecture model of a single product, product line architecture model must embed and express variabilities among the products. Many researches have proposed methods of embedding and expressing variabilities in the product line architecture models, but there are few comparative studies on the proposed methods. In this paper we discuss strong points and weak points of the proposed methods and compare expressiveness of the methods, which helps select a proper method.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 조직은 구성원들로 하여금 자발적이고 지속적인 개발방법론 활용 및 개선을 유도하기 위하여 효율적인 개발방법론 정의, 조정, 참조에 대한 지원뿐 만 아니라 보다 적극적인 개발방법론의 프로젝트 적용, 프로젝트 수행 경험(수행사례)의 지식화로 전사적인 지식 자산을 공유할 수 있는 환경을 지원해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로젝트 경험의 지식화를 위해 종료된 프로젝트에 적용되었던 방법론 내역과 프로젝트 산출물에 대한 재사용을 위한 자산화가 가능하도록 지원하는 Eclipse 기반의 플러그인을 설계하고자 한다.

Machine Learning Process for the Prediction of the IT Asset Fault Recovery (IT자산 장애처리의 사전 예측을 위한 기계학습 프로세스)

  • The IT asset is a core part that supports the management objective of an organization, and the fast settlement of the IT asset fault is very important. In this study, a fault recovery prediction technique is proposed, which uses the existing fault data to address the IT asset fault. The proposed fault recovery prediction technique is as follows. First, the existing fault recovery data were pre-processed and classified by fault recovery type; second, a rule was established for the keyword mapping of the classified fault recovery types and reported data; and third, a machine learning process that allows the prediction of the fault recovery method based on the established rule was presented. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed machine learning process, company A's 33,000 computer fault data for the duration of six months were tested. The hit rate for fault recovery prediction was approximately 72%, and it increased to 81% via continuous machine learning.

  • Software development based on product lines has been proved a promising technology that can drastically reduce cycle time and guarantee quality by strategically reusing quality core assets that belong to an organization. However, how to measure within a product line is different from how to measure within a single software project in that we have to consider the aspects of both core assets and projects that utilize the assets. Moreover, the performance aspects of overall project lines need to be considered within a product line context. Therefore, a systematic approach to measure the performance of product lines is essential to have consistent, repeatable and effective measures within a product line. This paper presents a context-based measurements elicitation approach for product lines that reflects the performance characteristics of product lines and the diversity of their application. The approach includes both detailed procedures and work products resulting from implementation of the procedures, along with their templates. To show the utility of the approach, this paper presents the elicited measurements, especially for technical management practices among product line practices. This paper also illustrated a real application case that adopt this approach. The systematic approach enables management attributes, i.e., measurements to be identified when we construct product lines or develop software product based on the product lines. The measurements will be effective in that they are derived in consideration of the application context and interests of stakeholders.
