공정거래위원회가 중소협력사와 '핫라인'을 가동, 불공정 거래행위 뿌리뽑기에 나섰다. 대기업의 일감 몰아주기 근절 및 건설 용역분야 서면실태조사 강화에 이어 구두발주, 납품단가 인하 등 불공정 거래 행위를 직접 파악하려는 조치다. 지철호 공정위 기업협력국장은 "중소기업과 공정위 간 쌍방향소통 강화로 볼 수 있다. 대한설비건설협회, 대한전문건설협회, 중소기업중앙회 등 중소기업 단체와도 핫라인을 구축했다"면서 "중소기업의 신원노출을 없애 이들의 애로사항을 신속히 파악, 대기업의 불공정 거래행위를 근절하겠다"고 말했다.

This study examined the effect of the Collaborative Problem-Solving for Character Competence (CoProC) instruction model within the context of secondary science education. The participants of this study were comprised of 143 Korean students, each of whom was in the 10th grade spread across four class cohorts. These cohorts were further divided into an experimental group (comprised of 73 students from two different classes), which received the CoProC program; and a control group (70 students from two other classes), which did not. In order to assess the effect of CoProC instruction model upon participants' character competence, we designed and administered a Character Competence Test for participants. The CoProC instruction model consists of 3 fundamental steps: Preparation, Problem-solving, and Evaluation. Key character competence targeted in the CoProC program include caring, collaboration, communication, responsibility, respect, honesty, self-regulation, and the development of positive self-image. Thus, these same qualities were targeted and analyzed in the Character Competence Test, which was administered before and after the CoProC activities. The results show a significant increase in the experimental group's competency for caring, collaboration, responsibility, respect, and self-regulation when compared to the control group. Based on these results, we have found that CoProC instruction model to be an effective teaching intervention toward cultivating character competence in a secondary science education setting.

협력시스템(collaborative System or Computer-Supported Cooperative Work)은 여러 사용자가 공동 작업을 하기 위해서 참여자간의 정보의 공유와 공조, 의사소통을 지원하는 컴퓨터 기술을 말한다. 오늘날의 CSCW는 기업체내에서의 기업업무 처리 측면에서 고려되는 시스템과 산업 디자인, 협력 편집기와 같이 특정 목적 시스템의 분야로 발전되어지는 경향이 있다. 산업 디자인과, 협력 편집기와 같은 시스템에서는 다수의 사용자가 동시에 하나의 공유객체를 제어하고, 처리하는 환경을 제공한다. 이러한 시스템은 세분화된 데이터의 공유방법과 제어 방법이 필요하다. 다수의 사용자에 의해서 공유객체에 대한 동시적 조작이 가할 때 공유객체는 일관적인 상태로 존재시키기 위해서 동시성 제어와 같은 일관성 유지 정책이 요구되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 협력시스템에서의 공유객체에 관한 일관성 유지 정책을 소개하고 기존 정책의 문제점과 개선된 방법을 소개한다.

Background: Although collaboration for community health is emphasized, the concept and process of collaboration are rather unclear. International research has classified the types of collaboration and focused on the factors influencing successful collaboration. Greater attention is needed for collaboration practice and research domestically. Findings: By the level of intensity, the types of collaboration range from simpler networking to more formal and sophisticated collaboration. A 4-stage collaboration development consists of formation, implementation, maintenance, and institutionalization stages. Influential factors for collaboration development include: shared goals; operational structure and process; sufficient resources; member and leadership characteristics; environment and climate for collaboration; and information exchange and communication. Discussion: Most of collaboration research so far has dealt with partnerships and coalition building with community-based organizations, and much attention is given to private-public partnership for health. Contextual understanding and collaborative environment are the foremost tasks for us to enhance collaboration for community health in our centralized public health system.

Major proposes of this study are to analyze Korean Shipbuilding's production network and cooperation between related firms and to understand their spatial features. The Geographical study about networks has focused on automobiles, electronics or communications industries. That's because those industries have distinctive spatial features thanks to the full growth of subcontract structures. The labor-centered, capital-centered shipbuilding industry, differently from other manufacturing industries, has production networks where outside trades are common. Today internet based communication is being reinforced and the flexibility of purchase circumstances is being positively proceeded. The central axes of the production network of Sumsung shipbuilding are internationally Europe and Asian area, nationally Busan and Gyeongnam province and Seoul Metropolitan areas, locally inside subcontracting firms. And In order to construct mutual trust with cooperation firms, Sumsung shipbuilding is trying to reinforce two-way cooperation relation through 'SungJoHoi' organized with outside subcontracting firms and 'inside cooperation firms conference'. In conclusion, Sumsung shipbuilding is trying to strengthen the competitiveness of shipbuilding industry, spatially by setting up the network through globalization-localization and functionally by constructing the partnership production network for mutual communication.

강병화(전 소방방재청 방재관리국장) 회장은 지난 5월 21일 한국방재협회 제5대 회장으로 취임했다. 한국방재협회가 설립된 지 12년 만에 처음으로 방재행정 경험이 풍부한 관료 출신이 수장이 된 것이다. 방재정책의 소통과 조정을 위한 협회 기능이 활성화 될 것으로 보인다. 강병화 회장은 긴밀한 민관협력체계 구축을 위해 협회 전문위원회를 소방방재청과 방재연구소의 업무와 매칭시키고, 회원중심의 방재전문 단체로 거듭나기 위해 협회 조직의 창조적 변화를 주도하고 있다. 강병화 회장을 만나 가시적 성과를 내기 위한 새로운 비전과 주요 사업계획을 들었다

The study developed a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning as nursing students' field practice in psychiatric and mental nursing practice was limited due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. This is a study to evaluate the effect on communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation through a psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning. From October 18, 2021 to December 11, 2021, 64 nursing students participated in the study using a structured Google questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test using the SPSS 25.0 program. As a result of the study, based on blended learning, the subjects' communication competency, self-efficacy for group work, and learning transfer motivation were significantly increased after compared to before psychiatric and mental health nursing practice education. Through the results of this study, it was possible to confirm the effect of the psychiatric and mental health nursing practice program based on blended learning.

제안하고자 하는 오류 관리기를 이용하면 멀티미디어 응용 개발 프레임웍에서의 오류 발생 시에 객체를 동적으로 생성 및 제거함으로써 자신의 컴퓨터 시스템 상황에 맞는 세션을 진행할 수 있고, 유동적인 네트워크 트래픽에서도 진행 중인 세션을 유지시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 오류가 발생된 응용을 제외한 객체만의 조합으로 다양한 형태의 세션을 만들 수 있다. 본 연구는 멀티미디어 세션에 참여한 참여자간의 효율적인 의사소통과 상호협력 환경의 향상을 위하여 다양한 형태로 응용의 변화를 주는 오류 관리기의 설계에 대한 연구이다.

Creative thinking and fusion diversity of the performing arts pursue the settlement of empirical value realization by assuming new communication by genre. This new value and communication can create a type of collective intelligence with a different attempt based on the individual communication and horizontal thinking of the masses. Therefore, the empirical value and communication of the 21st century convergence(fusion) performing arts is possible through new types and analysis, and also were understood as the horizontal creation structure of the artist. As a result, first, the concept of the right value of 'convergence' was perceived as empirical communication depending on the empirical thinking ability of genre artists. Second, off-genre and collaborative tendencies are due to cooperation based on intellectual ability and recognition of horizontal communication by genre. Third, in the collaboration, the public's individualized communication ability and universal communication recognition should be premised and perceived the empirical definition about the collective intelligence. In conclusion, it is concluded that empirical value and communication of convergence performing arts enable to the experimental creation of collective intelligence, and that the relationship structure extends to a meaningful transition of convergence interpretation and expression of performing arts.

A vision and a medium-to-long-term master plan are key factors for the Constitutional Court Library to improve users' access to legal information and provide better legal information services as the leading public law library in Korea in 2019. For this point, it is a priority task to set a vision and goals and to identify the core values of Constitutional Court Library. In this study, the four core values of the Constitutional Court Library identified through the analysis of the library's internal and external environment, the analysis of the core values of similar institutions. The four core values derived from the study are Expertise, Communication & Universality, Cooperation, and Innovation, and when these values are reflected in library operation, system and policy, the Constitutional Court Library is expected to further solidify its position as the nation's top law library.
