북한식물은 남한이 아닌, 북한 또는 이북지역에 자생하는 식물이며 DMZ자생식물원은 국내 유일의 북한식물 연구센터로서 한반도의 생물다양성 자료구축, 보전, 활용에 관한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 동아시아의 생태계를 이해하고 통일 이후의 황폐화된 북한의 식생 복원 기반 구축 및 산업화 소재 발굴을 위해 북한식물에 관한 체계적인 자료정리와 북한식물 유전자원(표본, 생체, 종자) 수집전략이 요구된다. 본 연구는 국내·외 수목원 및 관련기관의 북한식물 유전자원에 대한 보유 현황을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 조선식물지 등 북한식물 종에 관한 문헌과 전문가 검토를 거쳐 북한식물 DB를 구축하였다. 국내·외 수목원 DB에 북한식물 학명을 검색하여 각 수목원의 북한식물 유전자원 보유 현황을 확인하였다. 북한식물 480 분류군에 대하여 국내 14개 수목원을 포함한 전 세계 6개 대륙, 42개국, 283곳의 수목원을 탐색한 결과 총 432 분류군에 대한 보유 현황을 파악하였다. 189 분류군에 대한 1,475 점의 표본정보를 확보하였으며, 327 분류군에 대한 3,652 건의 생체 및 종자 보유 여부를 확인하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 북한식물 유전자원을 체계적으로 수집하여 향후 한반도 생물다양성의 이해를 증진시키고 북한지역 생태계의 보전 및 복원에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

Attitude of librarian's Job satisfaction was shown differently by individual characteristic, personality, and cognitive structure in the same circumstance. This means that it is related to the personal psychological difference and subjective thinking. The purpose of this study is to analyze the psychological difference of libraians, especially their Cognitive style and to know what acts the difference and effect in Job satisfaction. The methodology of the study is a suvey of 160 librarians in 11 academic libraries at Pusan. The results are as fellows. In General, they were satisfied with ph than the normal level ane the most dissatisfied with promotion. They had no difference of Cognitive style with a demographic characteristics, had a similar difference with job satisfation, and the older and the higher position peoples were satisfied with thou ph. Cognitive style firly effect at the ph satisfation. Field dependence librarians are more satisfied with their job than field independence librarians. Field independence librarians are oppropriate to technical Services and field dependence librarians are more oppropriate for public services. In conclusion, they demonstrated that it Is very important to consider each psychological difference with cognitive style.

In the era of knowledge-based society and glocalization the new role and mission of universities is of increasing concern to us. Studies of the successful universities suggest that there are many ways for the future development of universities, for example high qualification, specialization, and internationalization of universities etc. In this context we can also focus particularly on the regionalization of universities in terms of the university as a regional builder. This paper aims to identify the interactions between universities and regions and to explain their's contributions to the regional developments. The result of analysis shows that the university-region interaction is a win-win strategy both for university and for region in the rapid changing social-economic, administrative and educational environments, and more systematic and stepwise approaches are required to ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration.

The purposes of this study are to investigate students' attitudes regarding group projects and to suggest an effective way to promote collaborative learning using Wiki. This study employed a survey questionnaire, which was distributed to students enrolled in classes provided by a university in Seoul. The result revealed that students preferred individual projects to group projects because various barriers occur in the process of group projects. Students' responses also indicated that rapport among group members influences the success of a group project. In addition, Wiki, as a Web 2.0 tool for group collaboration, was recognized as being useful in terms of promoting openness, modification, and effectiveness. Based on these findings, this study suggests the following for effective collaborative learning: (1) conducting peer- and self-assessments to avoid social loafing, (2) establishing rapport among group members, and (3) using Wiki in an active manner.

Energy-saving heat depending on the country's rise in oil prices up to the product development is regarded as pending issues. Therefore, in recent years, been a continuing research studies developed for increasing the economic efficiency and reliability achieved in effectively using the side of the energy for heating using electrical to address these problems and, in particular made active the technology developed for high performance and renal material becoming. This paper is to study the development of highly efficient induction heating device according to the excellent heat transfer characteristics for energy transfer. Induction heating is used as the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction, such as heat transfer conduction or convection of the existing methods are no different. Medium heat without beating is absorbed directly into the water column switched rapidly, have features that heats evenly. In addition, high-frequency induction heating in a variety of frame designs. Heating element heats only when utilized properly, it is possible to heat the focus.

The library manager's communication ability can influence organizational management because the types and ways of organizational management is carried out can be determined by the manager's communication ability. In that, this study intends to examine the influence of the library manager's communication ability on job performance and role-conflict of the library staff. To do so, on top of the conceptual framework of communication and the library as an organization, this study builds theoretical underpinnings on the library manager's communication ability, job performance and role-conflict of the library staff. Using a questionnaire survey method, this study surveys 127 library staff from 8 public libraries in Seoul, statistically analyzes the response through the SPSS20 statistical package, and examines the relationship between and among the variables. Based on the analysis, a discussion on the influence of the library manager's communication ability on job performance and role-conflict of the library staff follows.

In an attempt to study the current status and ways to revitalize cultural programs in small libraries, this study surveyed 142 small libraries based in the Seoul. Two most important functions of both public and private small libraries were found to be the loan/return of materials and cultural programs; over 50% of small libraries are operating cultural programs. It was also found that institutions that did not operate the cultural programs were aware of the necessity. Both public and private small libraries were operating one to three cultural programs, and their types varied from cultural refinement to reading-related programs. There was a higher rate of answers stating that the person in charge of operating cultural programs for public small libraries were administrative personnels, while the chief librarian was the person in charge for private small libraries. The hardships both types of libraries encountered were found to be budget-related and on securing manpower.

In this Analysis using the evaluation data of public libraries located in Chungcheongnam-do, we compared and analyzed whether there was a difference in the average between the evaluation groups according to the size and institution of the public library, and analyzed the factors influencing the number of visitors to public libraries. The research data used public library evaluation data conducted in Chungcheongnam-do in 2020, and four areas of quantitative evaluation and nine detailed items were set as independent variables. Statistical analysis methods were T-test, ANOVA, and Regreesion. As a result of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference in the average of the evaluation group according to the affiliated organization and size. In addition, the factors affecting the number of visitors to public libraries were analyzed and presented. Implications were derived based on the analysis results, and can be used as a basis for establishing public library policies in the future.

In this study, our primary areas of mathematical shapes as a way to solve the problem of sixth grade math and geometry around the area in addition to the real world, the virtual objects to explore on their own learning, heuristic principles and learning concepts are developed. To this end, second-class sixth grade in Seoul class M is selected and the area of Augmented Reality class shapes students' academic achievement sure to affect how much agreed. experimental study was developed and then applied to the actual class content across pre and post implementation evaluation, and subsequent academic achievement levels were compared and analyzed. As a result, learners in the experimental group and control group than the class of interested students and class satisfaction, a statistically higher achievement. Learning on augmented reality, which shapes have the gumption to participate in classes, and concepts related to shape the formation and indicates that academic achievement is related.

In correspondence to the educational demand on study of computer principles that is recently being focused, this study promotes basic understanding on data structure and algorithm at the elementary student level through the process of simple numerical expressions and proposes effective education contents and methods. For this, an unplugged type computer education material was produced to understand the method of the computers for receiving data through activities. Also, we proposed students to create animation data to learn numerical expressions and algorithm through arrangements and linked lists. To examine educational effectiveness of this study, an experiment study was conducted through the education content and method to the subject of one class in the fifth-grade of elementary school located in OO metropolitan city. As a result, the student learned that there is a difference in calculation method between computers and people; and this enabled basic understanding on algorithm and data structure and presented positive responses to algorithm and data structure. In conclusion, it is confirmed that it is possible to provide effective education for students if the principle study of algorithm is proposed to proper levels.
