  • 국내에서 이용되는 예측모델은 국립환경과학원식, 도로공사의 HW-NOISE, KHTN, 소음지도에 이용되는 외국의 RLS90, NMPB 등이 있다. 이러한 예측모델은 예측 방법 및 표현에 따라 예측식 2D(국립환경과학원식, HW-NOISE)와 3D로 예측(KHTN, RLS90, NMPB 등)으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 연구는 도로 주변 공동주택에서의 소음실측 및 예측식별 예측값을 통하여 예측식의 오차 및 오차의 원인을 분석하고 예측식의 적용방법에 대하여 고찰하였다.

기술사마당 - 풍력발전기의 소음영향 및 저감방안

  • 풍력발전단지의 운영으로 인한 주된 소음은 풍력발전기의 고체음과 바람을 가르는 마찰 기류음으로 대별된다. 본 원고(原稿)에서는 소음레벨을($L_{PAN}$) 정량적으로 예측, 계산하는데 이용하는 소음예측식을 풍력발전에 맞게 이론적으로 해석하고, 소음발생원의 특성을 분석하여 운영시 소음영향 및 저감방안을 검토하였다. 풍력발전 사업계획시 소음예측식과 소음모델링(CadnaA version4.1, SoundPLAN version7.0 해석 결과 등)을 이용한 예측결과를 서로 비교 검토하고, 운영시(사후환경영향조사 등) 실제 소음레벨과 소음예측 결과를 서로 비교분석하여 데이터를 축척하길 바란다. 제언한 소음저감방안이 불충분한 경우 발전기의 배치와 설치간격, 발전기종 및 발전용량, 설치장소의 재선정 등을 추가 검토할 필요가 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to grasp present condition of railroad noise, and forecast noise and presented basis data that ready noise reduction countermeasure. This study has predicted the level of noise reduction according to barrier by considering the characteristics of the cause of noise. These result drew using 'Prediction Model of NIER' and 'Shall03 of Germany'. This paper found important factors in railroad noise using this results and become forward syudy direction.

The Prediction of Road Traffic Noise under Reflective Conditions (반사조건을 고려한 도로교통소음 예측 연구)

  • A considerable number of methods are available for predicting traffic noise levels of road networks where sound is freely propagating. But surrounding buildings reflect back sound to the road and sound energy is increased by these reflectors. Therefore, this study was focussed on the establishment of the prediction method of road traffic noise under reflective conditions. This prediction method was developed by establishing prediction formulas of noise level such as $L_{10},\;L_{50},\;L_{90}\;and\;L_{eq}$. The sound energy density was employed to establish prediction formulas in terms of independent variables. The validity of the proposed prediction formulas was been confirmed by applying them to actually measured parameters of road traffic noise and noise level data. On the whole, the agreement between measured and predicted noise levels appeared to be satisfactory. The conclusion might be reached that the method developed in this study could be used to predict road traffic noise under reflective conditions.

Prediction Method of Control Valve Noise (잔향실을 이용한 콘트롤 밸브 소음 예측 방법)

  • This paper proposes new method for predicting sound power emitted from the control valve and piping system. The sound power level measurement method using the reverberation chamber is much easy to apply in the field compared to the method using the anechoic chamber. Measured sound power was used to determine the coefficients of the equation predicting sound power level. The noise prediction equation was developed at relative flow coefficient, 0.11. The sound power level predicted is in good agreement with the measured value. Proposed method can be used to express the noise characteristics of the control valves.

  • The various computer programs are used in computer simulation of the traffic noise prediction. But the difference or problem of calculation method used for road traffic noise prediction is not exactly investigated. In this paper, Road traffic noise is predicted on the specific regions by using four prediction methods such as XPS31-133 model(France), RLS-90 model(Germany), ASJ RTN model(Japan) and FHWA model(U.S.A.), which are operated by a program named SoundPLAN, a program to predict road traffic noise. Those prediction values are compared with a measurement value. The results show that four prediction values for taraffic noise are a little different, because of various input factors according to the prediction methods.

Validation of Noise Prediction Theory Using Scaled Rotor Experiment for Hovering Condition (정지비행 조건에서의 축소 로터 실험을 통한 소음 예측 기법 검증)

  • In this paper, a series of experiment is performed for a scaled hovering rotor in a semi-anechoic chamber and the results are compared to the noise spectra predicted by using Lowson's loading noise equation and FW-H equation. It was founded that the sound directivity pattern for both experiments and predictions are similar in their trend. Meanwhile the FW-H equation showed better agreement with experiments in the near-field noise spectra, but at the far-field the Lowson's equation performed better. The discrete noise are known to be proportional to the loading on the blades, which can be controlled by collective pitch angle of the blades. It was founded that the predicted spectra with FW-H equation come close to the measured noise spectra in low collective pitch, but in high collective pitch angles the Lowson's equation be more reliable.

Development and Verification of Prediction Model for Road Traffic Noise in the Apartment Complex (아파트단지에서 도로교통소음 예측식 개발 및 검증)

  • 10 sites in building development areas were selected and the noise level were measured by the apartment floors of apartment complex. With the fitted regression analysis, the distribution ratio($R^2$) and correction coefficient(r) was 25%(0.5) in the NIER('87) and 7.5%(0.274) in the NIER('99), respectively. The measured values of the noise level on the seventh floor of complex did not show a good agreement with the predicted noise level in the NIER('87, '99) formula. However, the developed formula demonstrated that the measured values were reasonably close to the predicted values, indicating the validity and adequacy of the predicted models with the fitted vs residual analysis in the 95% of confidence interval and 95% of predict interval. The results suggested that application of this development model obtained by the results according to the apartment floor can be improved in road traffic noise.

A Study on the Development for Prediction Model of Blasting Noise and Vibration During Construction in Urban Area (도시지역 공사 시 발파 소음·진동 예측식 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study proposed a prediction equation for the estimation of blasting vibaration and blasting noise, utilizing 320 datasets for the blasting vibration and blasting noise acquired during urban blasting works in the Incheon, Suwon, Wonju, and Yangsan regions. The proposed blasting vibration prediction equation, derived from regression analysis, indicated correlation coefficients of 0.879 and 0.890 for SRSD and CRSD, respectively, with an R2 value exceeding 0.7. In the case of the blasting noise prediction equation, stepwise regression analysis yielded a correlation coefficient of 0.911 between the prediction values and real measurements for the blasting nosie, and further analysis to determine the constant value revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.881, with an R2 value also exceeding 0.7. These results suggest the feasibility of applying the proposed prediction equations when environmental impact assessments or education environment evaluation according to urban development or apartment construction projects is performed.

A Study on the Prediction & Transformation of Blasting Noise for Environmental Regulation Standard (발파소음의 예측기법과 환경규제 기준으로의 변환 연구)

  • The estimation of proper prediction method and the alteration of transformation method of environmental regulation standard were carried out by measuring blasting noise in construction field. The correlation of scaled distance with sound pressure level were better than with sound level, but it was proved to be difficult to control blasting noise because the correlation factor was too 1ow. three methods to transform sound pressure levee to sound level were examined. The method is the transformation by correlation equation of sound pressure level and sound level which are measured at the same time, and simplified transformation of A-weighting network corresponding to dominant frequency, and the transformation of sound pressure level by FFT. There were many errors to transform. The best effective method is the transformation using correlation equation of sound pressure level and sound level which are measured at the same time.
