  • 본 연구에서는 2회전자계(Two Revolving Field)이론과, 고정기준좌표계 (Stationary Reference Frame)이론을 이용하여 토오크 산출식을 유도하고 이 두 식을 비교하였다. 또한 고정자(Stator)의 전압과 전류를 측정한 결과에 고 정기준좌표계이론을 적용하여 토오크를 간접적으로 구하는 실험을 수행하여 변동토오크를 실험적으로 확인하도록 하였다. 또한 시뮬레이션(Simulation)을 통해 진동기 설계 매개변수들이 토오크의 변동성분에 미치는 영향을 파악하 고, 고정자 코일의 저항과 축전기의 영향은 실험을 통하여 확인하였으며, 더 불어 다구찌 방법을 이용하여 특정 목적 하에서 토오크의 변동성분을 줄이 는 전동기 설계 매개변수를 제시하였다.

A Suggestion of Mix, Construction Method and Quality Control Criteria of Fine-size Exposed Aggregate PCC Pavement by Experimental Construction (시험시공을 통한 소입경 골재노출 콘크리트 포장의 배합, 시공 및 품질관리 기준 제안)

  • Surface of fine-size exposed aggregate portland cement concrete pavements(FS-EAPCC) is consist by exposed coarse aggregate to remove upper 2~3mm mortar of concrete slabs. Advantages of FS-EAPCC are maintaining low-noise and adequate skid-resistance level during the performance period. However, FS-EAPCC is required rational management criteria for field application, since it is early stage for application. Design construction and quality control criteria of FS-EAPCC was temporary laboratory tests which including optimum mix and exposing method, selection of adequate aggregate, resistance against, environmental loading and etc. However, these criteria need to be validated base on field application. In this study, experimental constructions were performed and construction procedure and quality control criteria were suggested based on the performance of the FS-EAPCC.

  • In order to predict the performance and the usefulness of the narrow-band underwater acoustic measurement system at design stage, whose error variance is not clearly described, in this study a boundary equation to estimate the measurement accuracy is proposed based on the confidency as SNR variation. The boundary is presented as a function of SNR and the number of samples. In this paper, the measurement performance for narrow-band signal is simulated by the proposed boundary equation and the results are reviewed in the biased noise condition and separately in the background noise rejected condition.

  • This paper describes the characteristics and the criteria of electrical envirionmental effects produced from power systam, especially transmission line. Audible noise, radio and TV interlerence, electric and magnetic inductions which are main items for optimal conductor selection as well as major contributors to the community complaint of electrical envirorurental problem, are surveyed and studied comparing with the criteria or the envirorurental protection regulation of domestic and foreign countries. As a result, a domestic criteria of electrical envirorurental on power system was suggested.gested.

Binary Tree Architecture Design for Support Vector Machine Using Dynamic Time Warping (DTW를 이용한 SVM 기반 이진트리 구조 설계)

  • In this paper, we propose the classifier structure design algorithm using DTW. Proposed algorithm uses DTW result to design the binary tree architecture based on the SVM which classify the multi-class data. Design the binary tree architecture for Support Vector Machine(SVM-BTA) using the threshold criterion calculated by the sum columns in square matrix which components are the reference data from each class. For comparison the performance of the proposed algorithm, compare the results of classifiers which binary tree structure are designed based on database and k-means algorithm. The data used for classification is 333 signals from 18 classes of underwater transient noise. The proposed classifier has been improved classification performance compared with classifier designed by database system, and probability of detection for non-biological transient signal has improved compare with classifiers using k-means algorithm. The proposed SVM-BTA classified 68.77% of biological sound(BO), 92.86% chain(CHAN) the mechanical sound, and 100% of the 6 kinds of the other classes.

Research on the Design Methods of Appendages to Reduce Vortex Flows Around Underwater Vehicles (수중운동체 주위 와류유동 저감을 위한 부가물 형상 설계기법 연구)

  • This research establishes design standards for vortex reduction devices (VRDs) aimed at minimizing underwater radiated noise by mitigating horseshoe vortex (HSV) and root vortex (RV) generated at the junction of appendages and the hull of underwater vehicles. Initial analysis replaced the influence of appendage dimensions and flow velocity with the Reynolds number by verifying the Reynolds similarity of vortex flows. The three-dimensional surfaces of VRDs were parameterized using Bezier curves. Optimal length-to-height ratios were identified by evaluating the vortex reduction performances of VRDs with various dimensions. Ultimately, non-dimensional design standards were derived for VRDs, ensuring effective vortex reduction across any appendage, thereby enhancing stealth performance.

  • Nowadays, among several reasons for customers to choose their own cars, NVH performance plays much important role. The concern for the car interior noise is increasing recently, because electric cars and hybrid cars generate less engine noise which was the main noise of traditional cars. According to oversea references, high Lateral Dynamic Stiffness (LDS) of vehicle wheels is described to reduce Structure Bone Noise (SBN) which is being generated while driving cars. However availablet test standards and test results are not enough, in this study the interior noise has been measured after attaching a same tyre to several wheels which has different Lateral Dynamic Stiffness. The test has verified that the interior noise differs depending on Lateral Dynamic Stiffness of wheels. As to this, the reduction of the interior noise can be possible with the optimal design of the wheel.

Performance Analysis of Own Ship Noise Cancellation in Hull Mounted Sonar System Using Adaptive Filter (HMS시스템에서 적응필터를 이용한 자함의 소음감소 성능분석)

  • In a passive sonar, the improvement of detection performance by using noise cancellation is usually a important problem. In this paper, we have analyzed the own-ship noise cancellation in the two operation modes which are used in the HMS system. In the operator mode, an adaptive line enhancer(ALE) is applied to improve the tonal detection by using broadband noise cancellation and the normalized least mean square(NLMS) algorithm is applied to the design of an adaptive filter. The reference input that is correlated with a primary input can be used to remove the noise incident on the observation directionin the automatic mode. Computer simulations with real sea that data show that the proposed adaptive noise canceller has good performance in passive detection under HMS operation.

  • Recently, Wind-turbine electronic generator become popular. Wind-Turbine is free to cost for purchase and noise problem. For this reason, trend is shifting from Wind-turbine on land to offshore. Research and Development for offshore Wind-turbine has been conducted by various research institution. However, There is no solid design code for offshore Wind-turbine even in domestic as well as foreign. In this paper, conduct seismic analysis and compare results using design codes Korea Bridge Design Codes, Korea Harbor and Marina Design Codes, and DNV OS. Time-History analysis conducted for checking time dependent effect. The Added-Mass Method applied to consider water-structure effects and compared for w/ water and w/o water condition.

A Study on the Prediction & Transformation of Blasting Vibration for Environmental Regulation Standard (발파진동의 예측기법과 환경규제 기준으로의 변환 연구)

  • The estimation of proper prediction method and the transformation method of environmental regulation standard were carried out by measuring blasting vibration. Vibration velocity was more adequate than vibration level in the blasting design by scaled distance. Thus, design and construction mutt be controlled by vibration velocity, and it is required that the vibration velocity is transformed to vibration level to meet regulation standard. Three transformation methods were studied. First, transformation formula is derived from the shock vibration data only. The second method it the transformation by correlation equation of vibration velocity and vibration level measured at the same time. The last one is the transformation of vibration velocity by FFT. It seems to be difficult to estimate damages by these methods because that every method shows considerable error. But transformation formula of PPV component to vibration level was most practical.
