Study on Application of Noise Path Analysis for Improving Interior Noise at the Idle of a Passenger Vehicle (차량의 아이들시 실내소음 개선을 위한 소음경로 해석이론의 적용에 관한 연구)

  • 아이들 상태에서 차실 내에 불쾌감을 주는 매우 높은 크기의 소음이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 아이들 시 문제소음의 원인을 분석하고 저감하는데 필요한 관련이론의 적용과 이에 수반되는 데이터측정, 데이터처리 및 데이터 해석과정을 자세하게 기술하였다. 소음진동 측정 및 분석 결과 문제의 소음은 엔진의 회전 2.5차 성분을 가지고 구조기인소음이었다. 아이들 시 문제의 실내소음에 영향을 미치는 구조전달경로들의 기여도를 분석하기 위해 소음경로해석시험 및 모드시험을 실시하였다. 시험분석 결과에 따라 기여도가 놓은 배 기계 및 트랜스미션계의 진동 전달특성을 개선하므로써 만족할 수준의 소음 저감효과를 얻었다.

Noise Priority Route Generation and Noise Analysis for the Operation of Urban Air Mobility Considering Population Distribution (도심항공 모빌리티 운용을 위한 인구분포를 고려한 소음 우선 경로 생성 및 소음 분석)

  • An important challenge in commercialization of eVTOL PAV is to reduce noise for urban air mobility (UAM) operation. Therefore, in this paper, noise priority routes were created to minimize the number of people affected by noise using aviation environmental design tool (AEDT) software and population distribution data for administrative districts, and noise analyses during operation were performed. Also, it was analyzed how much noise exposure could be reduced compared to the number of people affected by noise in the shortest route. Considering that the eVTOL PAV developers do not provide data, the analysis was conducted using a helicopter model. As a result, it was shown that the noise priority route that minimized the amount of noise exposure was more efficient than other routes.

  • The aircraft noise analysis area in this study is a training airfield where various kinds of aircraft are operated. It is difficult to identify the noise analysis as a real measurement in a training airfield. In order to overcome these practical limitations and to establish appropriate noise countermeasures, a noise map is prepared using the Integrated Noise Model Version 7.0 of the aircraft noise prediction program used by the FAA. The noise of C90GT aircraft was measured while flying the takeoff route, landing route, and long route. We want to identify areas where noise damage is more than 70 WECPNL. No area exceeding the legal standard of 70 WECPNL was found in all routes.

  • In this paper, a comparison about two representative Transfer Path Analysis(TPA) methods for air-borne noise based on, matrix inversion method and pressure transmissibility, are presented on the view point of crosstalk effect between sources. In order to assess accuracy of two methods according to path models between virtual airborne noise sources, experiments are made for two cases, weak and strong crosstalk effect condition, by using acrylic vehicle model. Based on this assessment, the paper presents a reasonable application criteria for TPA method according to the circumstances of air-borne noise sources.

작업 환경 소음방지 대책

  • 공장내 소음을 형성하는 각종 발생 형태 및 소음원, 전달 형식의 분류에 따라 특성을 간략히 살펴보았다. 각 소음원 및 전달 경로의 특성을 확실히 이해하면, 혀ㅌ상을 파악하는 작업이나 소음제어 대책을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 효과적으로 대처할 수 있다. 일반적으로 공장소음 대책은 음원대책과 전달경로상의 방지 대책을 생각할 수 있는데 음원대책으로는 공장에서 사용하는 기계중 저소음 기계를 선정 하도록 권장해야하고, 일단 설치된 소음 발생원 기계에 대해서는 철저하게 차음, 흡음 조치를 취하여야 한다. 공장내부 소음 발생원에 대해서는 흡음재료를 사용하여 소음을 흡수하고 차음별을 설치하여 음의 차단에 신경 써야한다. 한편 기계 작동상의 주의, 작업 공장의 개선, 낮과 밤의 작업시간 등을 조절하여 인근 주민과 작업자 스스로에 대한 소음 피해를 막고, 피해를 입은 자에 대해서는 법적으로 보상조치하는 제도와 관리 감독이 철저히 지켜져야 한다. 끝으로 공장내.외부의 소음을 정확하게 측정 분석하여 작업장 내의 소음을 최대한으로 제거하여 쾌적한 작업장의 분위기를 만들 어야 할 것이다.

  • Noise Path Analysis is commonly used method to analysis noise transmission characteristics of a system. To analysis transfer paths of a system, it is necessary to know operating forces at each transfer path. The method to find out operating forces is divided into two methods. The one is a direct method which measures operating forces directly and the other is an indirect method which estimates operating forces mathematically. However, the indirect method is more commonly used because of the difficulty of measurement. This paper is focused on the indirect method and air-borne noise of a vehicle. Noise Path Analysis for Air-Borne Noise is applied to a real vehicle.

  • Structure-bone noise is an important aspect to consider during the design and development of a vehicle. Reduction of structure-bone noise of the compartment in a vehicle is an important task in automotive engineering. Many methods which analyze transfer path of noise have been used for structure-bone noise. The existing method to measure of frequency response function of transfer path has been tested by removing a source. This Paper presents an experimental analysis about Transfer Path Analysis of the vehicle interior noise according to Excitation or not. To identify these points of difference, experiment were conducted through an experimental test using simulation vehicle.

  • 본 연구는 도시 인근발전소의 소음 유발 기기에 의한 환경소음의 실제적인 기여도를 평가하고 더욱 쾌적한 환경조성방안을 도출하기 위하여 수행되었다. 발전소 경계의 수음자소음을 기초로 각종 기기의 주파수 분석을 통하여 소음 유발 기기를 규명하고 소음원의 주 주파수 및 크기를 구하였다. 소음원의 전파경로를 파악하기 위해 소음레벨의 분포도를 구하였으며, 측정치와도 잘 일치함을 보여주었다.

  • In this paper, the mathematical model on crosstalk effect between acoustic noise sources is presented. Based on this model, a theoretical value to quantitate crosstalk effect of sources can be defined on the authority of reverberation property of surrounding which sources are located, relative magnitudes of sources and phase deference between acoustic wave transferred from all of sources. In order to verify crosstalk effect factor, experiments are made for two cases, weak and strong crosstalk effect condition, by using toro representative transfer path analysis(TPA) methods.
