반카르텔(Anti-Cartel)법집행의 강화

  • 시장의 가격시스템을 파괴하고 소비자에게 피해를 끼치는 카르텔은 그 해악이 매우 심각하기 때문에 경쟁 당국의 역할 중에서 카르텔을 억제하는 것만큼 중요한 일이 없다. 여기서는 이를 위한 공정거래위원회의 최근의 노력을 살펴보고 몇 가지 추가적인 법집행 강화방안 및 이를 위한 역량의 강화방안을 제시해 본다.

A Case Study on Competence-based Curriculum in Finnish Secondary Home Economics Curriculum (핀란드 가정과 교육과정의 역량 기반 교육과정 사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the main characteristics regarding of implicating competence-based curriculum in Finland's home economics curriculum by analyzing curriculum documents and related literature. The research findings are categorized into four main characteristics. First, home economics in Finland belongs to the 7-9 grades. The key content areas are composed of 'food knowledge & skills and food culture', 'housing & living together' and 'consumer & financial skills' at an integrated approach. Secondly, the subject competences of home economics are not presented; however, the general objectives of transversal competences are defined in Finland's curriculum document. Transversal competences describe the aspects of the objectives that are emphasized in grades 7-9 and strengthens the connectivity with each subject. Thirdly, the objectives of home economics included in the instructions in Finland consist of a content system that links learning skills, content areas, and transversal competences. Both learning skills as a role of subject competences and content areas as objectives support teachers who restructure an curriculum. Fourth, in terms of achieving subject objectives, the assessment criteria in Finland home economics is to evaluate the achievement of good knowledge and skills through actual performance. Based on the research findings, the main features of the revised curriculum in Finland include encouragement of flexibility in education systems and learner's uniqueness in schools. If the implementation of subject competences in home economics is to be strengthened, it is necessary to intergrate the knowledge and competence, require a curriculum system for implements' subject competence, carryout assessment as learning to learn, and facilitate school community and teacher community for deeper co-operation.

  • 2002년 소비자 보호 및 기업의 제품 역량 강화를 위해 대두된 제조물 책임법으로 제품에 대한 소비자의 관심이 증대되고 제품 결함에 대한 기업의 책임이 강화되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전기 전자 산업에서 제조물 결함에 의해 나타나는 기업 및 소비자의 손해 배상에 대한 분석과 제품 흐름별 PL법 사례를 제시한다. 또한, 신속한 기업 PL 예방과 대응을 위한 RFID 적용 전, 후 PL법 대응 프로세스 분석을 통해 RFID 적용 PL법 대응 방향을 제시한다. 더불어, PL법 대응 시스템 설계 시 접근 방향과 제품 라이프 사이클에서 제시되는 데이터 흐름 및 상세적용 정보를 제시하여 효과적인 PL법 대응 프로세스 구축 방향을 제시하고, 전기 전자 산업 사례 적용을 통하여 전기 전자 산업의 PL법 대응 프로세스 및 핵심 정보를 제시하고자 한다.

Relative Importance of Executive Competency Factors of SMEs and Venture Firms in Credit Evaluation (신용평가에서 중소벤처기업 경영자 역량 요인의 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to provide a method to increase the credit rating of the company by examining and managing the executive competency of the CEO of SMEs and Venture Firms. We analyzed the importance and priority of AHP by surveying bank loan staff and CEOs. According to the analysis results, ethics management, strategic thinking, and expertise level were the highest in the relative importance of bank loan staff. The relative importance of CEOs was higher in order of marketing, bank transaction reliability, and financing. Result of this study is similar to the relative importance of the previous research. This study suggests to disclosing credit rating system and reflect the opinions of the CEO in order to protect financial consumers. The significance of this study is to present the factors and the importance that can help to develop advanced models.

A Study on Mediating Effect of International Marketing Activity between R&D and Network Capabilities and Performance of Korean INNOBIZs (기술개발·네트워크 역량과 경영성과간 관계에서 국제마케팅 활동의 매개적 역할에 관한 연구)

  • This study researched relationship between R&D capability(TC), Network capability(NC), International marketing activity(IMA) and effect to performance of Korean globalizing INNOBIZs. In former research, they found out that TC, NC, IMA effect to performance directly. But they didn't focus on the relationship between the variables and Korean INNOBIZs. Recently, Global environment of competition is getting more and more complicated. So even the companies develop the excellent product, the companies can not get superior performance than competitor as long as the company combine with IMA or NC. In this study, empirical analysis performed using covariance structural analysis for Korean INNOBIZs. As we know in former research, TC and IMA have a positive effect on performance directly. But NC does not have a direct effect on performance. Also we found out TC and NC intermediated by MC have positive effect on performance. This result is theoretically and practically suggestive that using the company developed NC in International IMA effect on Performance.

A Study on Core Competencies Required for Selection of Car Salespersons & the Relative Importance Between Core Competencies through AHP Analysis (AHP 분석을 통한 자동차 영업사원 선발에 필요한 핵심역량과 핵심역량 간 상대적 중요도에 대한 연구)

  • As the automobile market has grown steadily in recent years, consumer expectations have also risen. Therefore, it is necessary for automobile sales offices to create innovative customer value that is different from the past. Auto sales offices are making efforts to select salespeople who fit their management strategies, but they are having difficulties in evaluating their actual internal capabilities. Therefore, in this paper, based on the study of Spencer & Spencer (2008), we reconstruct the core competencies required for salesperson selection, and analyze the core competencies required for today's automobile salespersons by deriving the hierarchical importance between those competencies using AHP analysis. As a result, it was possible to derive the importance of core competencies different from previous studies. This is believed to be mainly due to the modern social market, the characteristics of existing car salespeople, and the tendency of recent customers. This study showed that it is possible to set selection criteria according to the ease and importance of calculating the required competency through AHP analysis. In addition, if the existing research is based on job specifications, this study is different in that it analyzed the actual group of experts.

  • This paper begins with investigation of the race to unlock human DNA, and investigates the emergent areas of bio-technological innovations. This paper draws upon basic ideas from the research traditions of the diffusion of innovations in the competitive situations. To achieve the succesful diffusion of bio-technological innovations, following issues are suggested; clusters, alliances competence, core competence, consumer resistance, chasm phenomena, qualitative research, social network, and cross-culture. The better understanding of the diffusion of bio-tech innovations with empirical studies can complement research on the diffusion of bio-technological innovations and help in the development of a universal model for diffusion of high technological innovations.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors affecting the purchase of Fair Trade products and to segment consumer which were typed according to the fair trade consumption competency, attitude and ethical consciousness of the University students. As a result, there are 4 type consumers, general type, indifferent type, individualism type, and fair trade practice type. Factors that directly affect the purchase experience of Fair Trade products are knowledge, willingness and interest in fair trade. In the end, education should be provided through fair education and ethical consumption through systematic education, and outside of school, social effort should be accompanied by the media and various contents to enable college students to promote their knowledge and interest in fair trade. In order to activate the fair trade market, it will be necessary to improve the quality to secure the market value as a commodity and to increase the price acceptance of the consumer.

Relationship between financial management ability, financial self-efficacy, and financial management behavior of university students

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest implications that the level of sound financial management ability of university students could be raised, starting with the awareness that not only college students but also all financial consumers need high levels of financial management ability, such as knowledge and attitudes toward financial management, as economic conditions are in trouble in the aftermath of the ongoing Corona19. A survey was conducted on college students to achieve the purpose of the study. In relation to the research model set in this study based on the survey, financial management ability and financial self-efficacy as the independent variable, and financial management behavior as the dependent variable were selected to analyze the structural relationship according to the study model. The analysis shows that financial management ability had an effect on financial self-efficacy and financial management behavior. Based on these results, theoretical and policy implications were presented. Finally, the limitations of this study and future research directions were suggested.

  • 본 논문에서는 부천시 핵심 국가기반시설로서 부천시민의 삶의 질에 가장 큰 영향을 끼치는 요인인 수돗물 공급서비스의 위험요인를 파악하고 이를 해소하는 방안을 마련하며, 국제 및 국내적으로 테러의 위험이 높아가고 있는 가운데 재난대비역량을 강화하여 시민이 수돗물을 안심하고 이용할 수 있도록 수돗물 공급역량 강화 방안을 마련하였다. 본 논문에서는 팔당댐 수원지에서 부천시 정수장까지 원수 공급 과정부터 정수장내 취수/정수/배수과정을 거쳐 소비자에게 공급하는 전과정에서 위험요인과 개선방안을 도출하였으며 향후계획 수립 방향을 제시하였다.
