study on Storytelling advertisement, this study examined its own characteristics and distinctive qualities, compared to other advertisements. For this purpose, not only previous discussions about Storytelling genre and theoretical system about its narrative are examined; but also, from actual advertisements, its classification and the distinction of their characteristics are established. According to the Storytelling advertisements, it is also examined that each impact on the field of consumer's response of sympathy, perception, and emotion; and on the process of advertising effect. Below is the results of each research. Through the comparison of Storytelling advertisement's clarification, the following was suggested: there are distinctive advertising strategies, the relationship between advertising strategies and advertisement forms, and the consideration for causing the consumer's response, depending on the advertisement form. Also, the concept of explaining how consumers perceive, in the process of advertising effect, the main concept of the drama advertisement, that is the constituents of drama genre, such as characters, plot, conflict, transition, helps achieve the deeper understanding toward advertising.
Devices that add emotion-specific services or various functions are appearing in AI speakers and related devices. To this end, this study performed topic modeling analysis on the topics of post-purchase texts written by AI speaker users, and compared them with the data collected via survey questionnaires. Furthermore, data on the emotional intelligence of AI speakers and relationship quality were collected from 600 users and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings of the study are as follows: First, the analysis results of topic modeling showed that most of the articles mainly mention the functional aspects of AI speakers. Second, emotional intelligence of AI speaker perceived by consumer affected relationship quality, and relationship quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, this study expands the area of AI research by integrating the concept of emotional intelligence and relationship quality to provide new theoretical and practical implications.
Companies and brands that practice sustainability pay attention to New Media due to its ability to build a sustainable relationship between companies and consumers. The need for research on specific roles, characteristics, and social media effects on eco-friendly advertising has had rapid growth in marketing programs for sustainable activities especially shown through social media. Information about sustainable fashion has spread to consumers through social media, and multifarious efforts have been made to attract the attention of youth. Despite the dramatic increase in eco-friendly marketing through social media as a part of sustainability, there is a lack of research on the major influences of emotional factors such as ad color and expression in social media. In this context, it is meaningful to identify relationships between emotional responses, advertising value and consumer behavior of sustainable fashion brands in Instagram and implement a suitable advertising type (color vs expression) for consumers. We used 366 responses for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, structural equation modeling using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study suggest that emotional responses, advertising value have a significant effect on the flow. This study expands on a previously limited research field by verifying consumer responses to image advertising on Instagram, rather than general sustainable fashion marketing. The study results also provide meaningful implications for a relation formation between customers and fashion brands vis-${\grave{a}}$-vis sustainable social media marketing.
This study aims to confirm that consumers' satisfaction with online shopping websites has changed to a phenomenon different from the past. In other words, in a situation where the use of e-commerce is expanding worldwide after the pandemic and various types of commerce such as mobile commerce and social commerce are formed, the consumer's information processing and decision-making process are meaningful in examining the behavior that has been changed based on the perceived motivation level of consumers by the new environment according to the consumption value and personal characteristics perceived by the consumer. In other words, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of consumption value and need for cognition on the satisfaction toward online websites as a mediating role in the trust of the website. As a result of testing Hypothesis 1, not only the hedonic value of the consumer for the website but also the utilitarian value had a positive influence on the satisfaction toward the website, and in particular, the utilitarian value showed a relatively greater influence than the hedonic value. However, the negative relationship between the need for cognition and satisfaction was found to be at a significant level under one-sided verification. In Hypothesis 2, only the utilitarian value among the consumption values of 2-1 showed a positive effect on satisfaction through a mediating role of trust. It was confirmed that the utilitarian value among the consumption values was an important factor in the satisfaction toward the website. The significance of this study is that, unlike previous research results, not only consumption value based on senses and emotions but also utilitarian value has a greater influence. Therefore, utilitarian value and need for cognition have a stronger influence on satisfaction if they play a mediating role based on the trust of the website used by consumers. These findings reflect the current market trend of online consumption, and they are helpful in the management and strategy of online websites based on consumer behavior understanding and major factors.

The present study aimed at investigating the strengths and weaknesses of a mobile personal health record (PHR) application and identifying its impacts on consumer health information behavior. For the study, twenty-seven college students used a PHR application for three months, based on which the study conducted paper-based interviews with them. The results of content analysis highlighted the benefits of the PHR such as supporting preventive healthcare and motivating and providing specific guidelines for healthy lifestyles by utilizing visual interface design, sharing the data with family and assisting caregivers to manage patients' healthcare, and above all enhancing the interaction between patients and healthcare professionals. However, the study found the drawbacks of the PHR such as a lack of data entry for strength training and the incompatibility with other healthcare applications. The participants were motivated to change their health behaviors in ways such as getting rid of sleep disorders, avoiding alcohol and smoking tobacco, and losing weight, and changing eating habits. Some consumers improved self-efficacy by changing their health behaviors, while the PHR provided emotional supports to the consumers who wanted to improve their health. The present study has an academic significance because the study of PHR is a burgeoning area in Korea. The study provides insights for promoting health and medical information services to cope with the paradigm shift of healthcare fields.
The purpose of this study is to contribute to the revitalization of the 6th industry by presenting suggestions on how to utilize agricultural food mobile SNS and how to purchase intention. In this study, the mobile SNS, which is rapidly emerging as a new marketing channel, was applied to the agricultural and food sector to conduct a empirical analysis. First of all, the characteristics of agricultural food-related mobile SNS that affect the purchasing intent of agricultural food were derived, and the indirect effects of consumer attitudes were analyzed in relation to the perceived characteristics of the mobile SNS for the agricultural food and the purchase intention. First, information quality and ease of access have a significant effect on cognitive attitude (+), and playfulness, information quality, ease of access have a significant effect on emotional attitude (+), and playfulness, interactivity have a significant effect on an acting attitude (+). Second, information quality, accessibility, and playfulness have a significant effect on purchase intention (+), and the quality of information has the greatest influence. Third, it was analyzed that information quality, interactivity, ease of accessibility, and playfulness have an indirect effect of consumer attitude in the path of purchase through consumer attitude. From the results of this study, it was confirmed that efforts to improve the quality of information in the case of mobile SNS related to agricultural and food products are needed first, that to improve the purchasing intent, we need to establish a mobile SNS operating strategy and marketing strategy for enhance consumer attitudes in a favorable. On the other hand, related education and system cooperation methods should be prepared to enable agricultural and food companies to use mobile SNS as a marketing tool.
Well-being is a reflection of current sociocultural trends that focus on the quality of life based on economic growth. Furthermore, organic food is believed to help people maintain good health and therefore leads to increased consumption of organic foods. Therefore, consumer interest in organic food is increasing, causing its market to grow, and this trend will be maintained in the future. The abuse of agricultural pesticides, gene manipulation, and bovine spongiform encephalopathy has caused consumers to worry about food safety. The well-being trend has also contributed to consumers' growing interest inorganic food and organic agricultural products. A consumer's choice offood is a complex processes affected by various factors. In particular, organic food is considered an individualistic merit good, considering the consumers' preferences related to certification policies. Therefore, various factors such as personal characteristics and sense of value could affect consumers' decisions. This research focused on an analysis of the factors influencing consumers' purchasing intention for organic food on the basis of an increase in organic food consumption. The research method was based on the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Factors such as consumer characteristics regarding food consumption, purchasing frequency, and other factors affecting purchasing intention were presented. The hypothesis was set using advanced research and stated that it is easier to forecast purchasing intentions by combining the theory of planned behavior and personal characteristics of consumer. The results show that two dimensions, attitude and perceived behavioral control, have statistically significant influence on the purchasing intention. It can be said that a positive attitude toward organic foods in particular increases the possibility of purchasing intention. In addition, consumers who consume more organic food products are more likely to have positive attitudes, and, in the past, purchasing frequency has positively influenced purchasing intention of organic foods. Consumers' negative feelings about the non-purchase of organic foods also showed a negative influence on purchasing intentions. In other words, even though consumers feel uncomfortable when not consuming organic food products, they do not try to purchase such products because of this feeling of discomfort. Furthermore, the subjective norm and the behavioral control of food-related involvement do not have a statistically significant influence on the purchasing intention or attitudes. This research verified the influence of factors related to purchasing intention. This study has several limitations: (1) even though consumers' responses can change based on the type of food, the types of food were not classified in this study; (2) future studies are necessary to analyze the attitudes of consumers on the basis of their purchasing experiences with organic foods.

The analysis method weighted on quantitative analysis with consideration to consumer's psychological aspect. As the result, three important conclusions could be drawn out or ratiocination for evaluation of mental image formation.
This study is intended to investigate what impact consumption value and subjective norm by consumers with regard to the social commerce for the foodservice to affect on the behavior of consumers. The result were as follows: first consumption value and subjective norm has positive effect on perceived usefulness, except for monetary value. Second, consumption value have positive effect on perceived ease of use, except for emotional value and subjective norm. Third, perceived ease of use has positive effects on usefulness. The last, perceived ease of use and usefulness has positive effects on reuse intention. It is to be hoped that this study provides foodservice social commerce service practitioners with guideline for establishing methodical strategies.
With the continuously increasing volume of e-commerce transactions, it is now popular to buy some products and to evaluate them on the World Wide Web. The product reviews are very useful to customers because they can make better decisions based on the indirect experiences obtainable through the reviews. Product Reviews are results expressing customer's sentiments and thus are divided into positive reviews and negative ones. However, as the number of reviews in on-line shopping increases, it is inefficient or sometimes impossible for users to read all the relevant review documents. In this paper, we present a sentiment analysis algorithm for automatically classifying subjective opinions of customer's reviews using opinion mining technology. The proposed algorithm is to focus on product reviews of on-line shopping, and provides summarized results from large product review data by determining whether they are positive or negative. Additionally, this paper introduces an automatic review analysis system implemented based on the proposed algorithm, and also present the experiment results for verifying the efficiency of the algorithm.
