In this study, we try to solve some issues of Gi(氣) conversion in "Somun(素問) Eumyang-eungsangdaeron(陰陽應象大論)", through comparison of related annotations. Through this analysis we can again review the cognition of movement and changes of Gi(氣), one of the most important aspects in Oriental medicine, so to have a chance to criticize a view of the world in western science, excessively leaned to material viewpoint. In the process of Gi conversion, the creation of Jeong(精), one of the most essential elements, is the last goal, but physical element for example Mi(味, taste) or Hyeong(形, shape) could not be directly converted to Jeong(精) without Gihwa(氣化, vaporization) and circulation of Gi(氣). And who controls conversion to Jeong(精) is human spirit, that joins with Jeonggi(精氣), it has been kept in and come from Jeong(精). That spirit based on Jeong manages the whole process of Gi conversion.

마을기업은 지역공동체에 산재한 각종 특화자원(향토 문화 자연자원 등)을 활용, 지역공동체에 기초한 비즈니스를 통해 안정적 소득 및 일자리를 창출하는 마을 단위의 기업으로 정의하고, 정부에서는 2013년까지 1,300개의 마을기업을 지정할 예정이다. 이들 마을기업의 설립과 운영과정에서 겪는 애로사항 1순위로 "마을기업 유지를 위한 수익창출"을 고른 마을기업이 가장 많은데 이는 사업초기에 적정한 비즈니스 모델을 개발하지 못한 경우가 크다. 따라서 성공사례 평가를 통해 식품 자원을 활용한 마을기업 사업화의 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 서울 염리동 마을기업인 솔트까페에서 영광 고창의 천일염 공동브랜드인 '천혜보금' 천일염도 팔고, 천혜보금을 넣어 만든 쿠키도 커피와 함께 팔고 있으며, 설립 1년만에 3명의 고용을 창출하였고 현재 한 달 700만원 정도 매출에 10%이상의 흑자를 내고 있다. 외부 지원금은 없지만 솔트까페가 소문이 나면서 선물용으로 천혜보금을 구입하는 단체도 많이 늘었다. 이런 성과가 널리 알려지면서 61개 지자체에서 2,000여명이 견학을 하였다.

본 논문에서는 문서 위의 문자를 Off-Line방식으로 컴퓨터에 저장할 수 있도록 기하학적 패턴 벡터를 이용하여 한·영문자 및 글꼴을 인식하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 일반적으로 문서에서는 여러 가지 글꼴에 따라 글자의 형태가 다르므로 대표적인 한·영 세 가지 글꼴을 기하학적 패턴(Geometrical Pattern Vector)을 이용하여 크기와 이동에 인식하도록 하였다. 이진 입력 한영혼용 영상에서 잡음을 제거하고 수평·수직 투영 기법을 이용하여 한 문자를 분할하여 문자의 폭에 따라 기하학적 패턴을 추출한다. 추출한 패턴은 각 합계를 계산하여 기준 패턴 합계와 비교한 후 기준 패턴 문자와 글꼴을 인식하게 된다. 마지막으로 제안한 알고리즘의 성능을 평가하기 위해 크기, 이동 변형이 있는 대표적인 한·영 글꼴(신명조, 궁서, 고딕)체와 영어 Time New Roman체를 대상으로 모의 실험을 수행하였다. 제안한 알고리즘은 기존의 원형 패턴 알고리즘보다 문자인식률과 글꼴 그리고 영어의 대·소문자를 구별하는 우수함을 보였다.

In order to collect some necessary data to promote correcting the toothbrushing technic on the Korean public, the author had examined the number of present teeth on which had cervical abrasion and the most basic home dental care in 2,000 Korean male and female adults from 19 to 52 years in the age. Then, the cervical abrasion experience rate and the cervical abrasion experience teeth rate were calculated and evaluated. The obtained results were as follows: 1. Cervical abrasion experience rate was 32.45% 2. Cervical abrasion experience rate was gradually increased by ageing. 3. Cervical abrasion experience rate in male adults was higher than that in female adults. 4. Cervical abrasion experience rate in the lower jaw was higher than that in the upper jaw. 5. Cervical abrasion experience rate of the teeth at the right side was higher than that of the teeth at the left side. 6. Cervical abrasion experience teeth rate was 3.82%. 7. Cervical abrasion experience rate was highest on the first bicuspid, and followed in the sequence of the second bicuspid, canine, first molar, incisors, and 2nd and 3rd molars.

This study investigated the various editions of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) published in the Joseon Dynasty. Only study for on Eulhae metal type (乙亥字) Huangjenaegyeongsomun and bibliography research of some holding institutions are the existing research on this topic. The conclusion of this paper is as follows. 1. The 14 and 15-volume book are existing most common versions of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) published in Joseon Dynasty. The two books were corrected by Naeuiwon (內醫院). According to this study, the latter is more early than the former. But in the study of the past were not made clear distinction between the two books. 2. The 15-volume book of Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) was published in the mid-18th century between the first half of the 19th century. 3. A Wooden print editions Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) about Japanese invasion of Korea in 1592 ago have been investigated holding institution. 4. The Gyeongju-published Huangjenaegyeongsomun (黃帝內經素問) is estimated that in the mid Joseon Dynasty, This edition has been estimated that the late Joseon Dynasty far.

"Eumyang-ihamnon(陰陽離合論)", from aspects of the Samjae theory[三才論], presents the unique insight for understanding dynamics of three Eum and three Yang[三陰三陽] throughout human body in fundamental level, defining purpose and essence of three Eum and three Yang motion. Furthermore, it indicates Bunbu(分部) of three Eum and three Yang, utilizing principles of Yukhap(六合), which serves as logical basis of three Eum and three Yang Byeonjeung(辨證). With theoretical meaning and practical values of "Eumyang-ihamnon(陰陽離合論)", this study investigates significance of three Eum and three Yang-Ihap-Motion in terms of the Samjae theory[三才論] and clinical uses of the three Eum and three Yang Bunbu theory[三陰三陽分部論].

In Oriental medicine, different suggestions regarding how cerebrovascular accident(CVA) may develop have been offered by several physicians. In Jin(金)Yuan(元) dynasty, Liu Wan Su(劉完素) asserted that CVA was not developed by external PungSa(風邪) but internal HwaYul, which was noted in the "SoMunHyunKiWonByungSik". To verify experimentally Liu's HwaYul theory in rats, normothermic control group (37$^{circ}C$) and hypothermic test group (32$^{circ}C$) were subjected to transient middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) of 1hour. In 7days after MCAO, the rats were sacrified and the volume of infarct and the size of edema were measured. The present findings expand our understanding of the pathophysiology as to the CVA which is related to the HwaYul theory.

Objectives : The metastasis among the Five Viscera are given, passim, in the Hwangjenaegyeong (黃帝內經). Generally, the metastasis among the Five Viscera followed 'mutual generation' and 'mutual overcoming' of the Five Elements. But, the metastasis among the Five Viscera on the Gi Gual Ron not followed. The metastasis are connected with the Eight Diagrams. The Eight Diagrams are classified 'Earlier Heaven' and 'Later Heaven'. It also be assigned the Five Elements. Results : The metastasis order and the principle of shift its location from 'Earlier Heaven' to 'Later Heaven' are similar. Conclusions : Therefore, the metastasis among the Five Viscera on the Gi Gual Ron is based on the law of shift its location from 'Earlier Heaven' to 'Later Heaven'.

무선인터넷 도입 2년을 맞고 있는 국내 이동통신업계 가입자 수의 폭발적인 증가, 다양한 서비스의 제공, 벤쳐들의 모바일 분야 진출러쉬, 해외진출 등 외형적으로 괄목할 만한 성장을 보이고 있다. 하지만 시장참여자들은 하나같이 소문난 잔치에 먹을 것이 없다는 입장이다. 무엇이 문제인가\ulcorner 가장 큰 이유는 무선인터넷의 외적인 성장에 비해 각 player들이 만족할 만한 수익을 거두지 못한 데서 기인한 것이다. 인기에 영합해 모방지형의 단면적인 현행의 비즈니스 모델로는 지속적인 수익창출에 한계가 있기 때문이다. 일찍이 이러한 상황을 맞이한 일본의 경우, 비즈니스모델의 복합화를 통해 수익기반을 확대하거나 아예 바꾸는 등의 노력으로 이러한 상황을 타개해 나가고 있다. 현행 국내 무선인터넷 업계의 문제점 진단과 수익구조 확대를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

이 소문은 I.S.O.(국제표준화기구)의 활동 중 도서관관계의 기준 제정의 근황을 알려주는 가장 친절한 설명이다. 특히 T.C46에서 제정한 권고안의 목록과 앞으로 제정될 부분에 대한 명세는 이 분야에 관심을 둔 여러 연구자의 관심을 끌게 하리라 생각된다. 필자는 ISO에 관한 몇 가지 문제에 관심을 기우려 왔다. 그 이유는 이 기관의 역할은 결국에는 세계의 모든 곳에 활동을 집약시키게 될 것이며 그 규제를 받지 않을 수 없게 되리라는 점과 그것이 바로 도서관이 전진하는 필연적 노정의 하나라는 점에서 였다. 이 예상은 결코 그릇된 것이 아니었다. 최근에 ISDS(국제연적간행물데이터 씨스팀)을 요위한 ISSN, ISBDCS등의 중요 규법이 전부 ISO와의 협의 하에 이룩되고 있음은 이를 말하여 주고 있는 사실인 것이다. 원문은 11p.에 달하는 분량인데 이를 간추려 반량으로 발취하여 번역하여 보았다. 따라서 U.S. Participation in I(SO) via ANSI와 Other Relavant ISO Technical Committee라는 표제가 붙은 두 절을 제외한 것이고 기타 명세목록도 제외한 것임을 밝혀 둔다. 원문은 Library Resources & Technical Sevices Fall 1974. 18(4) p.325-335에 실려 있다.
