Recently, renewable energy-related power generation facilities have been surging due to the government's "Renewable Energy 3020", "Green New Deal", "2050 Carbon Neutrality" and "K-RE100" policies. Most renewable energy facilities are small and distributed, making it difficult to manage efficiently, and small distributed resources less than 1MW are having a hard time with participating in the market due to the limited sales and avoidance of trading. In particular, the intermittency of renewable energy has a significant impact on the stability of the power grid. The government is seeking to address volatility and intermittency issues through 'small distributed resource brokerage trading, and to expand the systematic resourceization and acceptability of heterogeneous large and small distributed resources. In this work, we intend to apply an AI-based power generation prediction model to a distributed resource brokerage trading system so that it can be utilized as a foundation platform for pioneering new energy business markets.

최근 들어 정보통신산업의 발달과 더불어 벤처기업 및 소규모 중소기업이 가지고 있는 기술의 가치측정 및 이를 바탕으로 한 기업의 가치측정에 관한 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업들이 가지고 있는 기술들은 생명공학, 정보통신, 나노관련기술 등 기존의 전통적인 가치평가기법으로 가치를 평가하기 어려운 기술들이다. 따라서 이러한 첨단 기술들의 가치평가를 위한 새로운 전근방법 및 시각이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존에 존재하는 기술가치평가방법을 기초로 좀 더 체계적인 가치평가시스템에 대한 틀을 제시하고, 이러한 틀을 기초로 한 새로운 형태의 기술가치평가시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

최근 들어 정보통신산업의 발달과 더불어 벤처기업 및 소규모 중소기업이 가지고 있는 기술의 가치평가 및 이를 바탕으로 한 기업의 가치평가에 관한 요구가 많이 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 이러한 기업들이 가지고 있는 기술들은 생명공학, 정보통신, 나노관련기술 등 미래의 불확실한 상황에 따라 쉽게 변화할 수 있기 때문에, 기존의 전통적인 가치평가기법으로 가치를 평가하기 어려운 기술들이다. 따라서 이러한 첨단 기술들 혹은 불확실한 미래를 가지는 기술들에 대한 가치평가는 새로운 접근방법 및 시각이 필요하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 전통적으로 널리 사용되어지고 있는 기술가치평가방법을 기초로 좀 더 미래상황에 영업적으로나 전략적으로 유연성이 있는 가치평가시스템에 대한 툴을 제시하고자 한다.

관광벤처사업은 기존의 오프라인사업에 의존하던 관광업계에 새로운 대안으로서 부각되고 있지만 아직은 그 실효를 거두지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데, 관광벤처사업은 소규모 저자본으로 접근 가능한 분야로서 관광벤처사업을 영위하고자 하는 기업이 늘어나고 있다. 정부에서도 1999년 관광전문투자조합 결성 및 자금 투자, 관광벤처사업과 관련된 관련 규정을 정비하는 것은 물론, 창업보육센터, 창업정보 종합지원시스템 구축 및 정보 지원, 벤처기업 기술력 향상 지원, 중소기업 상담회사와 같은 다양한 제도적 지원 등을 강구하고 있어 관광벤처사업의 전망은 밝은 편이다. 그러나 관광벤처사업은 까다로운 관광벤처 지정 조건, 제한된 지원, 협소한 범위와 낮은 기술력, 관광벤처 전문인력의 부재와 기업가 정신의 부족 등의 문제점들을 안고 있었으며, 따라서 지정요건의 완화, 정부차원의 지원 강화, 컨텐츠 다양화, 전문인력 양성체제 구축, 관광벤처 사업동기 부여 등의 활성화 방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

네트워크의 발전과 함께 인터넷을 통한 기업 활동이 점차로 증가하면서 기업들간(B2B)에 실시간 데이터를 안전하게 서비스하기 위하여 여러 개의 시스템이 거미줄처럼 연계되고 있다. 전통적으로 기업들간에는 EOI(Electronic Data Interchange) 시스템과 독자적인 부가가치 통신(VAN, Value-Added Network)을 통한 데이터 교환방식을 사용했으나, 이 모델은 초기비용이 비쌀 뿐만 아니라, 데이터를 실시간 이벤트가 아닌 일괄작업(batch)으로 처리하였다. 그러나, 현재 B2B 간의 데이터 교환 및 상호 작용 방법으로 인터넷, XML, 그리고 메시징 시스템을 사용하고 있으며 특히, 메시징 시스템은 소규모의 시스템이 B2B에 참여하거나 탈퇴하는 비즈니스 작업의 어려움을 덜어준다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷상에서 이루어지는 B2B간의 데이터 교환 및 상호 작용을 위하여 메시징 시스템중 대표적인 JMS를 기반으로 안전한 데이터 교환 모델을 설계 및 구현한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서 제시하는 메시징 모델을 B2B 시스템에 적용하면 기업들간 안전한 메시지 전송을 보장할 수 있다.

많은 중소기업들이 업무를 진행하는데에 있어서 수기로서 작업을 하기도 하고 아니면 간단한 프로그램를 사용하든지 아니면 중소기업형 ERP를 사용하기도 한다. HomePage의 경우에도 있는 경우도 있고 존재하지 않는 경우도 있다. 더구나 WEB으로 업무를 처리하는경우는 상당히 미흡하다. 개발을 하려고 하여도 WEB 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하는데는 Servlet 기반의 방식이 대다수 이다. 이 방식은 중소기업에서 개발하기에는 너무나 많은 개발비용과 유지비용이 들게되고 또한 네트워크 환경의 열악성 때문에 투자대비 효과를 얻기가 힘들다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 Applet을 이용하여 중소기업업무 프로그램을 WEB 기반으로 구축하여 자료의 사용을 Internet 또는 Intranet등에서 가능하게 하고 네트워크의 영향역시 AWT기반으로 Applet으로 제작하여 만들어지는 파일의 크기를 작게 구현해서 네트워크의 영향을 최소화 하게 구현을 하고, 프로그램을 클래스화시켜 재사용이 가능하게 하여 개발기간의 단축과 유지보수를 용이하게 하여 비용을 줄이도록 한다.

Since 2004, the government has changedthe cost estimate system to one of an actual cost basis in order to calculate the optimum construction cost by reflecting changes in circumstance on the construction site in a timely manner. Currently, this is being applied to public construction work forover a billion won of actual cost data in estimation by contract unit cost. However, directly reflecting actual cost, which for large-sized construction work was originally an average unit cost, to a small building, entails the application of a low discount rate for the cost of materials, labor, etc. and therefore can frequently give rise to cases in which the actual cost of work performed exceeds the contract sum, which in turn causes problems such as decreased revenues, bad effectson business operation, productivity, etc. Therefore, to apply actual cost to small-sized construction work (less than a billion won), there should be a plan to modify unit cost in a manner that can reflect project scale, etc. in order to resolve the problem of unit cost application of actual cost to small-building construction projects. The unit cost modification model for proper actual construction cost in small-scale construction projects developed by this study will help to increase the relevant productivity and proper gain, preventing the aggravation of business operations. Organizations placing orders are also expected to be able to secure a more realistic construction cost in arranging the budget.

To develop of a new software, software development methodology is offering the most efficient development methods and management methods. But, it require a lot of time, cost and software engineering specialist. For this reason, we are awaking to the need of it, but it has its problem that is only applied to large-scale software. In this paper, we suggest optimized software development methodology that you can apply to a lot well-used small software development methodology in present, and we prove it through AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). This helps small and business not to introduce specialist can efficiently develop and manage software.

Rapid urbanization has elevated the risk of urban flooding due to the increase in the impervious surface, causing environmental disasters and environmental pollution problems, such as lowering the groundwater level and increasing water pollution. In Korea, low impact development (LID) techniques have been introduced to minimize these environmental impacts and maintain the water cycle soundness. However, most small-scale development projects are in blind spots because there is no legal basis for rainfall runoff management. Small-scale development projects that increase the surface runoff of rainwater are required to mandate the application of LID facilities in accordance with the polluters' responsibility principle. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a preliminary consultation system for water cycle recovery. This study focuses on the cost-benefit analysis on the application of LID techniques for small-scale development projects. The scale of nationwide small-scale development projects used for cost-benefit analysis were defined as buildings with a land area of more than 1,000 ㎡ or a total floor area of 1,500 ㎡. As a result of analyzing the cost-benefits from the installation of LID facilities, they were found to be much lower than the economic standard value of 1. This might be due to the high cost of facilities compared to the scale of the project. However, considering the overall environmental value of improving the water environment and air quality by the installation of LID facilities and the publicity of reducing the operating cost of sewage treatment facilities, the introduction of a prior consultation for small-scale development projects is inevitable. In the future, institutional and financial support from local governments is required to improve the cost-benefits with the introduction of a prior consultation for small-scale development projects.

소기업의 프로세스 심사는 재정 및 인적 자원의 한계로 실행되기 어려운 여건을 가지고 있다. 이러한 소규모 조직의 프로세스 심사 과정과 심사 대상 프로세스는 일반적으로 중견 또는 대기업을 대상의 그것과는 차별적으로 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 소규모 조직의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 프로세스 심사 방법을 제안하였고 실제로 2개 기업에 적용하여 보았다. 여기에서 심사 대상 프로세스를 선정하는 것이 중요한 부분을 차지하는데, 이는 해당업체가 주관적으로 필요하다고 생각하는 "업체선정" 프로세스와 전문가가 객관적으로 중요하다고 판단하는 "전문가선정" 프로세스를 조합하는 방법을 취했다. 여기서 "전문가선정" 심사 대상 프로세스의 선정은 전문가들을 대상으로 한 2차에 걸친 델파이 설문조사 결과를 분석한 최종 산출물이다. 그리고, 선정된 심사 대상 프로세스를 중심으로 두 업체의 소프트웨어 프로세스를 시범적으로 심사하여 보았다.체의 소프트웨어 프로세스를 시범적으로 심사하여 보았다.
