소기업의 프로세스 심사는 재정 및 인적 자원의 한계로 실행되기 어려운 여건을 가지고 있다. 이러한 소규모 조직의 프로세스 심사 과정과 심사 대상 프로세스는 일반적으로 중견 또는 대기업을 대상의 그것과는 차별적으로 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 소규모 조직의 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 프로세스 심사 방법을 제안하였고 실제로 2개 기업에 적용하여 보았다. 여기에서 심사 대상 프로세스를 선정하는 것이 중요한 부분을 차지하는데, 이는 해당업체가 주관적으로 필요하다고 생각하는 "업체선정" 프로세스와 전문가가 객관적으로 중요하다고 판단하는 "전문가선정" 프로세스를 조합하는 방법을 취했다. 여기서 "전문가선정" 심사 대상 프로세스의 선정은 전문가들을 대상으로 한 2차에 걸친 델파이 설문조사 결과를 분석한 최종 산출물이다. 그리고, 선정된 심사 대상 프로세스를 중심으로 두 업체의 소프트웨어 프로세스를 시범적으로 심사하여 보았다.체의 소프트웨어 프로세스를 시범적으로 심사하여 보았다.

내역입찰제도 개선, 적격심사항목 보완, 적격심사 이행관리계획 미준수 업체 제재사유 추가, 정정공고 근거규정 마련 등을 주요 골자로 하는 국가계약법 시행령 및 시행규칙이 제.개정되어 지난 10월 10부터 시행에 들어갔다. 개정된 시행규칙은 1억원 미만 소규모 공사는 물량내역서가 계약서에 포함되지 않아 발주기관의 물량산정 오류시 설계변경이 불가능해 소규모 공사에서 경제적 피해가 많이 발생되어 민원이 제기됨에 따라 우리협회는 재정경제부에 "1억원 미만 소규모 공사도 계약서에 물량내역서가 포함되도록" 건의한 결과 우리협회의 의견이 반영되었다.

The purpose of this study was to conduct importance and performance analysis of sanitation management in workers at small and medium foodservice industries using HACCP prerequisites. Questionnaires were distributed to 500 small and medium foodservice industry workers in Seoul Gyeonggi province, and a total of 458 responses were used for analysis. Factors with relatively low comparison degree were as follows. 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', 'regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'checking stocked raw materials', 'recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors', and 'regular cleaning and sterilizing of monitoring tools' factors must be improved along with their performance levels through sanitation education. According to the IPA results, among the 15 HACCP prerequisite factors with high importance but low performance were '2. Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', '4. Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', '14. Preventing food cross-contamination'. Furthermore, the small and medium foodservice industry IPA with high importance but low performance were 'Regular checking and managing of trapped vermin and rodents', 'Handwashing and clean uniform of employee in the workplace', and 'Preventing food cross-contamination' for the small foodservice industry, along with 'Vermin and rodents control' and 'Recording and filing the results of improved food safety factors' for the medium foodservice industry. Thus, there is a need for reinforced hygiene education through case studies on actual food service establishments to fulfill sanitation guidelines and set amended guides for much-needed items for small and mid-sized food service.

Notwithstanding industrial accident decrease generally, Construction industry is on the rise recently. Most accident occurs in the small scale like as multiflex housing, remodeling, neighbourhood facility more than safety supervisor appointed large scale construction site. By the size of business place, 81.6% of total accident occurs mostly in small scale site that is bellow 120 billion won and 50 manpower. This paper aimed that small scale housing company achieve a zero hazard practising and understanding the safety adminstration standar d model easily and it applied firstly after investigating the operation condition of construction site safety control in small scale company propelling the complex style multiflex housing business.

The study is to investigate whether the transforming leadership of the owners who run the small-sized restaurants in Busan has a moderating effect of gender on influential relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. To achieve the goal, the moderating effect of gender, systematic causality and the degree of connection of the whole pattern were investigated using Structural Equation Modeling between the factors drawn with the software packages, SPSS statistics (V 21.0) and AMOS (V 18.0). According to the result from the investigation, there is the meaningful causality both in the relationship between transforming leadership of the owners who run small restaurants and TMX, and in the relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The moderating effect of gender was shown from the effect of intellectual stimulus on TMX and the causality between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The outcome suggests that the transforming leadership of the owners and the free communication with employees would be helpful for the prosperity of their businesses. In addition, intellectual stimulus has a moderating effect on TMX while TMX has the same effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This also implies that the degree of the effect on TMX an organizational citizenship behavior depends on the gender.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of bankruptcy in small apparel stores. Data were collected from 153 apparel retail store owners who experienced failure in small apparel stores in Busan. The results showed as follows; The internal factors that caused bankruptcy in small apparel stores were the problems related with employees, capital, investment, weak marketing strategies, inadequate management, and characteristics of store owners. The external factors were economic condition, unexpected incidents, and the condition of market. There were significant differences in the perception of factors which caused the store bankruptcy according to prior business experience before opening apparel stores, the level of education, and the period between store opening and closing.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the successful managerial strategy based on managerial failure in small apparel stores by using the qualitative research method. Data were collected by face to face interviews with 15 owners/managers who experienced failure in small business operation in January and February 2004. The entrepreneurship, supply chain management and managerial cleanness/QR(quick response) related weak management were shown to be important managerial points.

본 연구는 프로젝트 계획에서 마감까지의 전 프로세스를 소규모 IT 업체의 현실에 맞게 간략화하고 효율화 하는 방안을 다룬다. 개발자들의 추가투입 공수를 최대한으로 줄이고, 최소한의 노력으로 최적의 프로세스 관리가 되도록 하는 소프트웨어 프로젝트 관리 모델을 개발한다. 이를 통해 프로젝트에 예상되는 실행 액티비티 , 단계별 산출물을 정의하고 실행단계별 작업 표준을 제정해서 표준안을 따라 하는 것만으로 일정수준이상의 프로젝트 관리가 되도록 한다. 또, 연구된 관리 모델을 기반으로 이를 지원하는 시스템을 실제 개발, 적용하여 연구된 내용의 실제 적용가능성을 높인다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causes of managerial failure in small apparel retailers by using the qualitative research method. The study was performed by interviews from thirteen owners/managers who experienced failure as small apparel retailers from November 2003 to February 2004. The causes of failure in the small apparel businesses were human related problems, marketing strategy problems, marketing mix, weak managerial ability, and business environment related problems. Of special interest was causes such as incomplete legal documents with franchisers, unexpected tax investigation from the office of National Tax Administration(NTA), sexual discrimination for women owners, and incapable risk management. It is interesting to note that tax investigation by NTA and sexual discrimination in the business custom were shown as the main causes of business failure in Korea.
