An Implementation of Ontology, Vision and Voice Using Self-Care System in Mobile Environment (모바일 환경에서 온톨로지 및 시청각 정보를 이용한 셀프케어 시스템 구현)

  • 최근의 정보통신 기술의 발달은 의료의 중심을 기존의 진단 및 치료에서 예방으로 이동하게 하였다. 이에 따라 환자 뿐 아니라 건강에 관심이 많은 일반인들이 병원 밖에서도 스스로 건강 증진을 위해 질병 예방을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 셀프케어 시스템들이 개발되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 개발되어지고 있는 셀프케어 시스템들은 대부분 회원 등록의 과정이 필수적이며, 또한 회원 등록 과정에서 자가진단을 위해 성별과 같은 기본적인 정보를 수동적으로 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 음성과 영상을 이용한 성별 인식을 통해 비 등록 사용자에 대한 기본정보를 자동으로 인식하고 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스에 적용함으로써 회원 등록을 원치 않는 비 등록 사용자에 대한 편의성을 고려하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스의 진단 결과로 질환에 대한 정의 및 증상, 치료 방법을 설명하고 증상의 경중에 따라 방문 치료할 진료과에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 스스로 건강을 진단하고 진단결과에 따라 간단한 치료를 할 수 있으며, 증상의 악화를 예방할 수 있도록 도와준다.

  • Before COVID-19 outbreak in 2019, it is the core value of airline's service to provide check-in service to passengers face to face. However, due to the global pandemic of COVID-19 outbreak, it is expected the airline service in the future would be dramatically changed from being contacted to being untacted with technology-based self service(TBSS). This paper analyzed the perception of passengers using self service technology and their acceptance. According to empirical analysis, it was found that the change of passengers' perception after COVID-19 has a significant positive effect on the innovation of TBSS. The innovation of TBSS(Effectiveness and certainty) had both significant positive effect on the passengers' acceptance on TBSS at airport. Among variables of TBSS, convenience rather than usefulness of TBSS had a significant positive effect on intention to use TBSS of passengers. It was proposed that airlines not only contribute to increase acceptance of TBSS but also inform and promote the prevention effect of TBSS and the importance of untact service to minimize congestion at check-in counter in airport.

  • 통신 서비스 제공기반이 All-IP 멀티서비스 네트워크로 변화함에 따라 서비스 중심적 인프라 구축을 위한 가입자 프로파일의 관리 문제가 주요 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 또한 휴대형 단말의 기능 확대와 이동 애플리케이션의 증가에 따라 네트워크에서 요구되는 제어와 관리 도메인의 역할이 점차 강조되고, 유무선 통합 서비스 제공을 위한 서비스 간의 다양한 형태의 연동과 결합을 위한 백엔드 인프라의 통합이 논의 되고 있다. 이러한 배경하에서 차세대 유무선통합망의 구조 및 서비스 특성을 조망하고, 유무선통합망에서의 통합 ID와 개인화 서비스, 셀프 프로비저닝, Context-Aware 서비스 등의 지원을 위한 네트워크 인텔리전스 역할을 위한 핵심요소로 인식되고 있는 통합 가입자 프로파일에 대한 정의와 구조, 구축 전략 미 KT의 통합프로파일 구축 현황 등을 기술한다.

Continuous Spatio-Temporal Self-Join Queries over Stream Data of Moving Objects for Symbolic Space (기호공간에서 이동객체 스트림 데이터의 연속 시공간 셀프조인 질의)

  • Spatio-temporal join operators are essential to the management of spatio-temporal data such as moving objects. For example, the join operators are parts of processing to analyze movement of objects and search similar patterns of moving objects. Various studies on spatio-temporal join queries in outdoor space have been done. Recently with advance of indoor positioning techniques, location based services are required in indoor space as well as outdoor space. Nevertheless there is no one about processing of spatio-temporal join query in indoor space. In this paper, we introduce continuous spatio-temporal self-join queries in indoor space and propose a method of processing of the join queries over stream data of moving objects. The continuous spatio-temporal self-join query is to update the joined result set satisfying spatio-temporal predicates continuously. We assume that positions of moving objects are represented by symbols such as a room or corridor. This paper proposes a data structure, called Candidate Pairs Buffer, to filter and maintain massive stream data efficiently and we also investigate performance of proposed method in experimental study.

Effect of Self-service Technology Service Quality on Cognitive Response and Purchase Intention in Fashion Retail Store (패션 매장의 셀프 서비스 테크놀로지(SST) 기술 속성이 인지적 반응과 구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • Self-service technologies (SST) are rapidly changing the way customers participate in the purchasing process. Academic literature has focused on the acceptance of SSTs. However, this study explored consumer's cognitive response and purchase intentions through service qualities of SST as well as how they are moderated by technology anxiety and other people's presence based on TAM3. An online survey collected 279 consumer panels. All responses were used for the analysis and analyzed statistically through SPSS 23.0. The results indicate that only enjoyment and control had a significant effect on warmth perception; however, all service qualities had significant effects on competence perception. The perceived warmth and perceived competence partially mediated the relationship between SST service qualities and purchase intention. The moderating effect of technical anxiety was shown to be significant in the relationship between perceived competence and purchase intention. In addition, technology anxiety had a moderating effect on the relationship between competence perception and purchase intention only in a public situation.

  • Smart Airport which applies the new ICT technologies to the airport is a future airport to provide convenient and safe services for passengers who are airport users, and promote the efficient management of the airport system in point of airport operator's view. The ranges of smart airport include the overall area of the airport like land side, terminal, and air side. In this paper, we propose a technical solution for airport process of terminal providing passenger convenience in various ranges for smart airport realization. Self-service such as web or mobile check-in, self check-in/tagging/back drop/boarding etc. should be strengthened to smartize the airport process and technologies such as automatic immigration, smart security search and automatic AI-based baggage search should be applied. In this paper, we explain the concept of smart airport and smart process, and then propose technical considerations.

Mediating effect of Self-Leadership in relationship between College-Life Satisfaction and Academic Self-Efficacy of Beauty Major Chinese Students (미용전공 중국유학생의 대학생활만족도와 학업적 자기효능감의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 매개효과)

  • This study was conducted to find the mediating effect of self-leadership in the relationship between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction of Chinese students majoring in beauty. Surveys were answered by 400 Chinese students from July to August 2019 and analyzed as follows. We used the SPSS22.0 program and Process macro for SPSS to analyze the frequency, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and bootstrap method. The results of the analysis showed a positive correlation among the college-life satisfaction, self-leadership, and academic self-efficacy of Chinese students, and self-leadership acted as a partially mediating variable between academic self-efficacy and college-life satisfaction. Therefore, it was found that a higher college-life satisfaction and self-leadership resulted in a higher academic self-efficacy. Based on these results, in order to alleviate the problems of college life maladjustment and low learning efficiency of Chinese students majoring in beauty, the development of self-leadership education programs is becoming more important. This must be emphasized in the Edu-Tech era due to the need for customized education programs for international students amidst the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Quantified Self란 개인의 일상활동에서 신체적 정신적 상태를 센싱 및 트래킹하여 이를 수치화함으로써 자신의 상태를 분석하고 삶의 질을 개선하기 위한 방법을 연구하여 실생활에 적용하는 활동을 의미한다. 이는 최근 헬스와 피트니스에 활용 가능한 개인 센서 및 웨어러블 기기의 급속한 보급과 다양한 개인 정보 트래킹 기기의 출현으로 개인의 일상경험을 모니터링하고, 생성되는 정보를 수집, 통합 분석을 통해 새로운 개인화 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기술개발 이슈로 주목받고 있다. Quantified Self 데이터는 초기의 수작업으로 트래킹하여 수집한 소량의 관리 가능한 데이터 세트에서 점차 대용량의 Quantified Self 빅데이터 세트로 크기가 증가하고 있으며, 개인정보의 통합분석을 위한 빅데이터 모델과 자동적인 셀프-트래킹 플랫폼으로서의 웨어러블 컴퓨터 기술과 응용의 기대치를 증가시키고 있다. 본고에서는 Quantified Self 정의와 기술 및 서비스 동향에 대해 살펴보고, 웨어러블 센싱 기반 트래킹 기기의 개발사례와 Quantified Self의 주요이슈와 미래전망에 대해 조망해 본다.

The Effect of Technology Anxiety and Innovativeness on Consumer's Continuance Intention toward Kiosks: Focused on Z Generation (고객들의 기술 우려감과 혁신성이 키오스크 지속 사용 의지에 미치는 영향: Z세대를 중심으로)

  • With the spread of COVID-19 and the preference for untact services, kiosks, which is one of self-service technologies, have been expanding into various service fields. Kiosks have some advantages of reducing labor costs and increasing work efficiency, but they often cause difficulties in the process of using kiosks. In this vein, this study examines the key antecedents affecting consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks by integrating technology anxiety and innovativeness into the expanded expectation-confirmation model. The research model was verified for the MZ generation to examine the perceptions of MZ generation about Kiosks. This is because if the MZ generation feels technical anxiety or difficualty about using kiosks, customers of other generations can expect to feel even more uncomfortable. As a result of the analysis of this study, it was confirmed that technical anxiety has a significantly negative effect on consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. However, among the characteristic factors of customers, innovativeness did not significantly consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks. Based on our findings, it is expected that service companies will be able to understand the mechanism of forming consumer's continuance intention toward kiosks and pursuit several management activities for successfully adopting kiosks.

The Analysis on Airline Passengers' Intention to Use a Self Check-ln Kiosk through Extended Technology Acceptance Model (확장된 기술수용모델을 통한 항공사 고객의 셀프체크인 키오스크의 사용의도 분석)

  • Airlines have been introducing self check-in kiosks to reduce check-in time and improve operational efficacy to increase business revenue. The domestic airlines have actively provided kiosks at airports which are expected to reduce their operating costs and enrich their passengers' travel convenience. Based on the above background, the study investigates the factors influencing intention to use the self check-in kiosks by employing the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (ETAM). The study, therefore, designed a research model by reviewing theories and studies on the relationship among information quality, innovativeness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and intention to use the kiosks. The structural equation model revealed the following. Information quality and innovativeness had a significantly positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; furthermore, perceived ease of use had a significantly positive influence on perceived usefulness. In addition, both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a significantly positive influence on intention to use. The results indicate that the airlines should constantly develop user-friendly contents and design of the self check-in kiosks.
