  • 현재 저소음, 고효율 시스템의 요구로 인해 가전제품에 인버터 기술을 채용한 제품 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 인버터 제품은 기존 On/Off 제어에 비해 제어 알고리즘이 복잡해지고, 그에 따른 개발 기간이 늘어난다. 이에 새로운 시스템에 대한 제어 알고리즘을 용이하여 개발하기 위해 PC Interfacing 기술을 이용하여 제품개발이 많이 이루어지고 있다. [1][2] 본 연구에서는 3상 사인파 통전 방식이라는 신방식인버터 세탁기를 개발하는데 있어서, 선행적인 세탁 알고리즘 개발 및 새로운 Sensing 방법 개발 모터 구동로직 개발의 효율성을 높이는데 필요한 Tool 개발 사례를 보여 주고자 한다.

Effect of Residual Soils on Yellowing of White Cotton Fabrics after Repeated Home Laundry (가정세탁에서 잔류오구가 백색 면직물의 황변에 미치는 영향)

  • The effect of accumulated residual soils in wear and wash tests on yellowing of white dress shirt was studied. The test samples after repeated home laundry at 20 households for six months were measured residual soils, $\Delta$b*.As well as, correlation between residual soils and yellowing was also examined. As a result, residual soils increased with number of wear and wash cycles, a little decreased in using with enzyme detergent. The b* value of test samples with fluorescent whitening agent were distributed -12.850~0.291. Correlation coefficient between sebum soils, protein soils and $\Delta$b* was 0.98, 0.58. Ultimately, residual sebum soils have more higher correlation than residual protein soils. Hence, residual sebum soils have more effect on yellowing than residual protein soils. therefore, effective a device as improvement of laundry condition and textile development needs for decrease of sebum soils.

  • In order to provide a tool for designing more efficient methods of mixing fabric, a simplified discrete element computational model was developed for modeling fabric dynamics in a rotating horizontal drum. Because modeling the interactions between actual pieces of fabric is quite complex, a simplified model was developed where individual pieces of bundled fabric are represented by spherical particles. The simulations are used to investigate fabric bundle kinematics, the power required to drive the rotating drum, and the power dissipated through normal and tangential contacts. Parametric studies indicate only fill percentage, drum rotation speed, and friction coefficient play significant roles in the fabric bundle dynamics.

  • This study includes noise automatic inspection system for washing machine auto-transmission one of modern home necessary. We effort to find and certificate sound noisesource by sound power and sound intensity, and apply to frequency analysis in vibration related sound noise. Still more we have been studying to data acquisition and programming for MS VisualBasic version 5.0. System component is below. 1) Pentium PC for data acquisition. 2) DSO for noise acquisition. 3) S/W for comparison and decision. 4) I/F Board for data communication. Wave form data through the DSO are converting to ASCII code data. The ASCII code through binary converting S/W are to be decision fitness or the badness comparison S/W. Finally, we will making noise monitoring system and automatic inspection system.

  • In this study, it was investigated about dyeability, light-fastness, wash-fastness and tensile strength in PET fiber using the effective carrier solvent such as benzyl alcohol, benzaldehyde and acetophenone. As a results, dyeability in mixed solvent was better than that of single solvent. And dyeability in mixed solvents of benzyl aldehyde and acetophenone was of them. But effective carrier action was resulted in decrease of properties such as light-fastness and tensile strength of PET fiber after dyeing.

  • Cotton, P/C and polyester fabrics were laundered and treated with 4 kinds of aftertreating agent(antistatic and softening agents) on marketing. Some treating condition:. which include agent concenteration, treating time and rinsing extent after laundering, were varied. And then the effects of agents with each treating condition-handle value, charged voltage and half-life, and crease recovery etc.-were determined and discussed about their change. The improvement of handle and antistatic properties by treatment were indicated remarkably for cotton fabric and P/C and polyester fabrics respectively. Generally, the handle value of cotton was decreased and then increased again, and the charged voltage and half-life of P/C and polyester fabrics were decreased with increase of concenteration of agents. The effect of antistatic improvement for P/C fabric was larger than polyester fabric at even lower concenteration of agents. The effects were increased with treating time and rinsing extent. In particular, those of short time(1 minute) treatment were very small.

  • 기존의 후가공에 의한 방염, 발수, 항균 가공물은 원단의 표면에 부착된 방염제로 인하여 다른 기능성 가공의 성능이 급격히 저하되므로 항균성이나 발수성을 함께 나타내기 어려웠으나, 본 연구에서는 THPC-UREA와 암모니아 기상중합 기술을 이용하여 섬유의 내부 피브릴층에 고내구성 방염성을 부여한 후, 불소계 발수제와 침상구조의 4급 암모늄실란계 항균제를 섬유 표면에 고착시킴으로써 방염성과 발수성, 항균성을 동시에 가지면서 세탁내구성도 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

  • In this study, we identify the structural dynamic characteristics of the rigid body suspension system of waching machine containing rotating system, and consider the methods for the reduction of noise and vibration due to the structural problems. The structural dynamic characteristics of the suspension system have been studied by the computer simulation, in which the commercial software package, "DYMES(Dynamics of Mechanical System)" is used. The behaviour of the supporter by the rotating system has been parametrically studied by computer simulation, and the force and torque which are transferred to the fixed body through the suspension bar also has been calculated. The possibility to decide the position and the stability of the rigid body suspension system for waching machine is demonstrated based on various simulation results.n results.

  • 겨울철에 동남아로 여행을 떠나다니 추위를 피할 수 있어 다행으로 생각하며 부러워하는 사람이 있었으나 사실은 그렇지 않았다. 속내의와 두툼한 외투를 입고 지내다가 평균 30$\circ$C가 넘고 습도가 높은 곳에서 지내기란 고역이었으나 세탁소 종업원들의 이상한 생각을 불러 일으켜가며 챙겨간 여름옷도 하루만 입고나가면 땀으로 흠뻑젖어 한 지역에 가면 첫날에만 입고 나가며 가장 즐겨 입은 웃옷은 간편하고 빨기좋은 나이론 남방이었으나 이런 온도차에 의한 고역은 지독하여 다시 한번 격게 되어 며칠간은 심한 몸살을 하게되었다. 1978년 새해들어 채 설 기분도 가시지 않은 1월 12일에 출국하여 제일먼저 들른곳은 홍콩대학교 의과대학 예방의학교실(Community medicine)이었다. 주임교수는 WHO의 Malaria Program과 싱가폴 대학에 있던 Dr. M.J. Colbourne으로 그날따라 토요일인 때라 그 다음 날에는 Hawaii에서 열리는 암의 역학적인 면에 관하여 회의가 있어 떠난다고 하며 무척 바쁜 눈치였다. 그곳에서 주로 하는일은 의과대학생들에 대하여 강의하며 1년에 몇명씩 대학원생도 받으나 올해는 한명도 없다고 한다. 물로 대학원생의 입학자격은 의사에 한한다. 두번째 들린 곳은 태국 방콕으로 시간을 많이 보낸곳은 Mahidol대학교 보건대학(Faculty of Public Health)이었다. 12개과에 139명의 교수진과 435명의 학생을 가진 큰 학교 이다.

  • In recent years, the money Laundering crimes are increasing by means of foreign exchange transactions. Our study proposes four scoring models to provide early warning of the laundering in foreign exchange transactions for both inward and outward remittances: logistic regression model, decision tree, neural network, and ensemble model which combines the three models. In terms of accuracy of test data, decision tree model is selected for the inward remittance and an ensemble model for the outward remittance. From our study results, the accumulated number of transaction turns out to be the most important predictor variable. The proposed scoring models deal with the transaction level and is expected to help the bank teller to detect the laundering related transactions in the early stage.
