본 논문은 고정형 안테나를 이용한 원격 추적시스템에 필터구성과 모터제어기술을 적용하여 기존 원격 추적시스템에 비해 정확한 위치 추적율을 갖는 시스템 신뢰성을 확보에 목적을 갖는다. 세부적으로 정확한 위치 추적율로 인해 기존 사람에 의한 위치 추적에서 무인 원격 추적시스템을 구성하여 연구자가 연구하고자 하는 대상의 위치 추적이 가능하다. 수신기에서 발송되는 CW변조방식의 송신데이터를 양자화한 후 절대값을 취해 최대전계강도를 검출한다. 이 과정에서 발생되는 노이즈 제거를 위한 필터 구성과 필터를 통과한 신호의 최대 전계강도 추적을 위한 모터 제어기술 방식을 제안한다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안된 신호를 수신하기 위한 ABS회로 및 필터기술을 통한 내역은 PISM을 이용한 시뮬레이션과 실제 환경조건을 갖는 실험을 통해 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성과 우수성을 검증하였다.

최근 4K UHD로 방송환경이 변화함에 따라 방송 제작 시스템도 기존의 SDI 전송에서 IP 전송을 이용한 시스템으로 변화하고 있다. 다양한 국내외 방송사들은 전송 대역폭을 높이고, 비용 효율화를 하고, 특정 벤더에 종속적이지 않고 시스템 유연성을 높이기 위해, 방송 제작 시스템을 IP 기반으로 구축하고 있다. 하지만 IP 기반 방송제작 시스템은 기존의 방송장비 하드웨어의 종속화로 인해 범용성과 확장성을 높이는데 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 정의 방송 제작 워크플로우의 필요성에 대해 기술하고, 관련 공개 표준의 표준화 동향 및 기술 동향에 대해 알아보고, 소프트웨어 정의 방송 제작 워크플로우와 그 세부요소들을 정의하고 향후 연구 과제를 도출한다.

우리는 이 논문에서 현대 마그네틱 디스크 드라이브를 대상으로 하여 내부의 세부적인 동작 메커니즘을 상위 레벨의 검침 프로그램을 이용하여 정확하게 측정하고 이를 통해서 디스크 드라이브를 사용하는 다양한 응용 프로그램 및 운영 체제 시스템의 디스크 입/출력 성능을 개선하고자 한다.

This research aims to build a total information system that systematizes existing sporadic information, which may lead to revitalization and efficiency of overseas urban development. To achieve this, this study firstly analyses the current information systems for urban development in foreign countries and information from the private sector. The results show that the information system that operates in the domestic agencies, are less likely to involve the contents related to information sharing, social network building and business process. However, that used in agencies ordering the overseas urban development projects, mostly provides the information of professionals, project participants and their business. Second, this research selects the information to be provided by the integrated information system and proposes a data collection plan. The information, required to push forward urban development in abroad, is classified into seven categories. Third, this study establishes a target model of comprehensive information system and makes suggestions for institutional improvement. For doing this, it categorizes overseas urban development information, links to classified information, organizes the system into three stages to services through informational channels, and then suggests a target model. Furthermore, it proposes institutional improvement to achieve efficiency of information systems through a comprehensive review of the similar cases such as administrative system of architecture(Seumter) and land information system.

Information technology, such as IoT, Big Data, Drone, Cloud etc., is evolving every year. Information Society is changing Intelligence Society and Creative Society. A new Construction Projects Management System Roadmap is required because it is difficult to reflect the current IT environments based on the CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support) master plan, which is performed to establish every five years since 1998. This study was prepared for the Roadmap with a focus on Construction Management System based on the 4th CALS master plan, which was performed to establish the 2012 year. To this end, the construction environment and several information systems were investigated and analyzed. The problems of the construction project information system were derived using SWOT analysis, the vision, goal, direction, strategy, main tasks, specific tasks, and timetable of the Construction Project Management System are presented. This roadmap is designed to be used as operational indicators of a future construction project management system.

현대전에서는 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석 능력과 이를 이용한 효과적인 의사결정을 전쟁의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분야를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템 지식베이스의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다. 화력분야 의사결정은 아군의 가용 화력자산을 효과적으로 운용하는 화력분배가 중심이 되며 이 업무는 화력분배에 전문적인 지식을 가진 장교에 의해 실시된다. 이러한 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 규칙집합을 추출하였으며 규칙 집합들간의 상호관계, 입력요소, 출력결과 등을 식별하였다. 또한 규칙집합별로 세부적인 규칙을 도출하였고 객체지향기법을 이용한 클래스, 객체, 속성들을 식별하여 에디터를 이용해 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 설계를 완료하였다.

고성능 컴퓨팅이 요구됨에 따라 유연성과 효율성을 가진 Beowulf형 클러스터 시스템의 활용이 증가되고 있다. Beowulf 형 클러스터는 각각이 독립적인 운영체제를 가진 노드로 구성되어 있기 때문에 관리 및 모니터링에 많은 어려움이 있다. 모니터링 프로그램은 각각의 노드를 관리함과 더불어 세부적인 시스템의 정보를 제공하도록 연구 개발되고 있다. 특히 단일 모니터링 에이전트는 좀 더 많은 정보의 요구로 인하여 시스템 자원을 적게 소모하면서 많은 데이터를 추출할 수 있도록 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 단일 노드에 설치되어 직접 데이터를 수집하고 전송하는 단일 모니터링 에이전트에 대한 비교 및 분석을 수행하였다.

기존의 분산 환경은 단순히 네트워크로 연결된 제한된 컴퓨팅 자원을 활용하는 기술이다. 그러나 자원에 대한 집중적인 관리가 이루어지지 않아 계산 집중적인 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에는 적합하지 않다. 분산 자인들을 효과적으로 이용하여 저렴한 비용으로 사용자가 요구하는 최적의 성능을 발휘할 수 있도록 환경을 구축하기 위해서는 자원의 집중적인 관리가 요구된다. 변경되기 쉬운 많은 분산 자원들을 관리하기 위해서는 자원에 대한 세부적인 사항을 기술한 메타정보들을 효과적으로 저장, 관리 등을 할 수 있는 정보 시스템이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 자원의 위치나 상태정보 등 자원의 메타 정보를 효과적으로 저장하고 관리하는 메타정보 시스템의 전반적인 구조와 이와 관련된 서비스와의 관계를 고려하여 구현한 메타 정보 시스템을 소개한다.

본 논문에서 이용한 프레임워크 기반 통합관리시스템은 네트워크 관리와 분석을 위하여 관리기능, 분석 기능, 관리 및 분석 대상과 관련된 모든 항목을 측정하고 분석하여 예측할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 시스템이다. 주요 연구방법으로는 세부 항목별로 현황 데이터를 수집, 가공, 분석하였으며, 각 항목간의 연관관계 및 대상별 연관관계를 상세하게 분석하고자 인프레인저(infRanger$^{TM}$)를 이용하였다. 프레임워크 기반통합관리시스템을 이용한 네트워크 트래픽 성능분석은 네트워크 운영에 있어서 성능 저하에 영향을 미치기 쉬운 장비나 구간, 그리고 현재의 문제 가능성이 예상되는 네트워크 자원을 선정하여 상세 분석을 실시하고 문제점을 도출할 수 있도록 하였다. 이렇게 해본 결과 사전에 네트워크에 대한 과잉투자를 예방하고 최적화된 네트워크 환경을 조성하여 관리의 효율성 및 보다 나은 서비스를 제공한다.

The need for personalized web site design has been increased these days. Current approach for personalized web site design is easily applied to web site with their cost-effective feature, but is hard to provide a more refined personalized service due to its lack of accumulation of user data. In this study, the design recommender system is investigated as a more advanced method for web site design personalization. We provide an overview of current recommender systems, and then outlined a newly developed design recommender system, which employs collaborative filtering technique to provide tailored recommendation for users.
