국제기록문화전시회 세미나가 지난 6월 1일 서울 삼성동 코엑스 4층 그랜드컨퍼런스룸에서 열렸다. 국제기록문화전ㅅ시회 개회식에 이어 전행된 이번 세미나는 루이스 벨라도 ICA 부의장이 '기록문화에 대한 인식을 제고하기 위한 미국 국가기록청의 전략적 방향 및 접근'에 대해, 데이빗 리치 ICA 사무총장이 '기록문화 인식제고 및 확산'에 대해, 에르베 르무완 프랑스 국가기록원장이 '프랑스 기록물 유산과 미래 세대에게 물려주기 위한 국가적 노력'에 대해, 한영우 이화여대 석좌교수가 '한국 기록문화 전통 및 계승방안'에 대해 발표했다. 본지에서는 한영우 교수의 발표문을 요약 게재한다.

The college of education should support pre-service teachers to learn knowledge of their major and develop the ability of presenting or teaching the knowledge. The pre-service teachers may have many opportunities of presentations to develop the ability of teaching. Some college of education provide such opportunities in the 'seminar' course. In this study we investigated the pre-service teachers' perceptions on the seminar where they present contents of their major, developed the framework to analyze and evaluated the seminar presentation ability, and explored the change of presentation ability through a case study. Pre-service teachers perceived that from the seminar they could develop the presentation skill and understand the scientific contents more deeply. However they pointed out the difficulty of understanding others' presentations, discussing on the contents and interpreting the English paper. We developed the presentation analysis framework including the evaluation elements, the evaluation items, and the evaluation methods according to the progress of a seminar presentation. Using this framework we evaluated and compared the development of seminar presentation ability of a per-service teacher both quantitatively and qualitatively. We discussed the educational implication of this study such as the suggestion for the effective management of a seminar and the usage of the presentation analysis framework.

한국수출입은행과 중소기업중앙회는 지난 4월 2일 오후 2시 중소기업중앙회 그랜드홀에서 중소 중견기업 글로벌화 세미나를 개최했다. 이번 세미나는 내수시장의 성장 둔화, 신흥시장의 빠른 성장 및 글로벌 생산네트워크 확대 등에 따라 중소 중견기업들도 글로벌 경쟁패러다임 도입이 시급하다는 인식하에 기획됐다.

저멀리 북아메리카에서 신종 인플루엔자 A(H1N1)가 발생해 곧이어 국내에도 감염자가 입국했다는 뉴스가 긴급하게 보도 되었다. 다행히 추가 감염자 발생으로 이어지지 않았지만 불안감을 떨쳐 낼 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 이로 인해 국민들의 시선은 자연스럽게 축산물에 대한 안전성 문제에 대해 의혹의 시선으로 바라보고 있다. 또한 소비자들이 축산물에 대한 지식이 높아만 가고 있는 현실에서 우리 양계인들이 소비자들의 높은 인식을 따라가지 못한다는 지적이다. 따라서 본회는 질병관리에 대한 예방법과 중요성을 재인식시키고 교육과 토론을 같이 공유 할 수 있는'전국닭질병방역순회세미나'를 개최 하였다. 수도권을 시작해 세차례에 걸쳐 전국을 순회하는 이번 세미나는 5월 15일 충북음성의 '반석가금진료연구소', 5월 18일 전북 전주의 '삼성생명전주연구소', 제주도 '칼 호텔'에서 연 인원 650여명이 참석해 질병세미나에 대한 뜨거운 관심을 보여주었다. 특히, 제주도는 뉴캣슬(ND) 및 조류인플루엔자(AI)의 청정지역으로서 신종질병 등에 대해 다시한번 재인식을 할 수 있는 기회가 되었다. 본고는 세미나 기간 중 주요하게 다루어졌던 내용을 중심으로 정리를 함으로써 세미나에 참여하지 못한 농가들에게 도움을 주고자 한다.

동국대 RIS 사업단과 서울인쇄센터, 월간 PT는 지난 11월 11일 인쇄정보센터 7총 대강당에서 공동으로 친환경 인쇄 세미나를 개최했다. 아그파코리아(주), 대한잉크(주), 붸처코리아(주), 한솔제지9주)의 협찬과 지식경제부, 대한인쇄기술협회, 일본인쇄산업연합회, 일본 환경보호인쇄추진협의회(E3PA)의 후원으로 진행된 이번 친환경 인쇄 세미나는 친환경 인쇄의 필요성과 사례 발표를 통해 국내 인쇄업계의 접근 방법을 제시했다. 세미나 발표는 일본인쇄산업연합회와 일본 환경보호인쇄추진협의회의 실무진들이 '일본인쇄의 친환경 트렌드 및 E3PA 활동사례'를 발표했으며, 국내에서 친환경 인쇄 인식 확산을 위해 노력을 하고 있는 아그파코리아, 대한잉크, 붸처코리아, 한솔제지에서 국내 인쇄업계에 실질적인 도움과 적용 가능한 친환경 인쇄에 대한 툴과 성공 사례를 소개했다. 한편, 동국대 RIS 사업단에서는 '수출을 위한 친환경 트렌드'를, 서울인쇄센터에서는 '친환경 인쇄진흥을 위한 사업 방안'을 통해 인쇄업계의 새로운 흐름을 제시했다. 서울인쇄센터에서 발표한 '친환경 인쇄진흥을 위한 사업방안'에 대해 소개한다.

7월은 산업안전보건의 달이다. 지난해 1년동안 산업재해로 인한 인명피해는 사망 불구.노동 불능을 합쳐 15만6천9백72명에 이르렀다. 이 같은 엄청난 인력손실 외에 경제적 손실도 지난해의 경우 5천8백8l억원에 달했다. 이는 83년도 GNP (국민총생산)의 1 %에 해당하고 있으며, 산업발전과 경제성장에 따라 매년 증가추세를 보이고 있다. 생산성을 높이는 데만 치우쳐 천대받아온 산업안전과 보건문제가 점차 중요한 경제.사회문제로 인식되고 있다. 이에 따라 대한산업보건협회는 지난 10일 서울 여의도 전경련회관에서 정부와 노사.학계 관계자들을 초청, 산업안전보건에 대한 세미나를 갖고, 이에 대한 대책과 개선방안을 모색했다. 이날 세미나에 참석한 사람들의 의견을 모아 본다.

In the present, as standards has been considered as a strategic method, the numerous conferences and seminars related to standards have been held. The limitation, however, of time and space and the absence of the associated schedule information prevents people who need information from them horn participating in the all seminars and conferences in which they want to take part. furthermore after having attended there, it is difficult to obtain the well-structured information about the seminar or conference, unless he or she meet the authorities concerned or the person who presided a particular seminar or conference, and in the case of a large-sized seminar, there is the problem that he or she present himself at a place cant participate in the other seminar or conference at the same time. To resolve these problems, we want to implement Virtual Seminar Service System on Web in order to provide moving picture including data related to standards with the public regardless of time and space. This paper describes the related based-technologies to develop web-based virtual seminar service system also including the basic design and the result of implementation.
