액티브시니어의 경력지향성과 창업교육 만족이 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향

  • 본 연구에서는 액티브시니어들의 개인특성인 경력지향성와 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고, 또한 이들 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 시니어 창업정책 설계 및 자금지원, 창업교육의 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 합니다. 액티브 시니어를 베이비부머세대 및 포스트 베이부머 세대 와 일부 에코세대를 포함한 활발한 활동과 건강한 삶을 지향하는 활동적인 고령자로 보고 40대 이상의 활동적인 시니어층를 액티브 시니어로 정의 하였다. 우리나라의 인구구조의 문제는 지금부터의 시작이며, 노인인구의 증가와 수명 연장등 고령화 따른 심각한 위기의 시작점에 40대 이상 액티브시니어에게 더욱 더 오랜 기간 일을 할 수밖에 없는 현실에 직면해 있다. 또한, 액티브 시니어들에게 안정적 일자리 창출 시장은 한계성에 봉착하고 있으며, 그 대안으로 발전 가능성 높은 아이템을 발굴하여 창직이나 창업을 통한 고용의 확대는 필연적 과제이다. 다양한 경력 기반의 액티브 시니어들에게는 무엇보다도 창업교육의 중요성이 더욱 더 절실하다. 특히, 액티브시니어들의 경력기반의 경력지향성과 창업교육 만족도가 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 미치는 영향관계에 따른 액티브 시니어의 개인별 맞춤형 창업교육의 중요성을 제안 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 대전, 충청권 및 세종시 지역의 325명의 액티브시니어를 대상으로 분석한 결과 경력 지향성, 창업교육 만족도는 창업의지와 창업준비행동에 유의한 것으로 예상하고. 상호관계 분석결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 한계점과 및 향후 연구방향을 제시할 것이다.

  • 최근 현대인들은 웹 환경에 대해 높은 관심을 보이고 있다. 또한 웹 환경에서 HTML5의 표준화에 따라 사용자의 경험, 즉 'UX(User Experience)' 설계에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 이러한 환경을 차세대 웹 플랫폼이라 한다. 차세대 웹 플랫폼이라 함은 HTML5라는 웹 표준 규약에 따라 설계한 것을 뜻한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 차세대 웹 플랫폼의 UX 설계에 대한 최신 트렌드와 콘텐츠 UX에 대해서 설명하고 반응형 디자인에 따른 웹사이트 수익과의 관계까지 실험결과를 토대로 제시하고자 한다.

Convergence Factors Influencing on Quality of Life in Baby Boomer Generation Woman (베이비 붐 세대 여성의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 융합적 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for developing effective intervention methods to improve the quality of life by identifying the factors that affect the quality of life of the baby boomers. A descriptive survey research was conducted with the research subjects, 145 baby boomer women who lived in Island J from June 1 to June 30, 2018. The analysis of quality of life had positive correlations with health condition, family relationship satisfaction, retirement preparedness, age, aging anxiety, and showed negative correlations with family relationship satisfaction, and aging anxiety. Therefore, this research is expected to provide useful materials to develop efficient mediation programs in various areas for positive preparation for the golden age and improved family relationship.

A Study on Intergenerational Affective Solidarity in Korean Families (세대간 애정적 결속에 있어서 부계와 모계의 비교 연구)

  • This study aims to explore emotional closeness between grandparents and grandchildren in Korean families with a focus on the lineage. The effects of the geographical proximity and the normative aspect as well as intergenerational financial, instrumental, and emotional supports were taken into consideration to accounting for the grandparent-grandchildren affective solidarity. Research questions are addressed using the data of "Survey on Generational Solidarity and Differences in Cultural Experience and Perception in Korea", and a series of multinomial regression model were conducted. Findings indicate that the salient factor to boost grandchildren's affective solidarity with paternal grandparents is financial transfers between grandparents and parents. By contrast, all types of intergenerational supports affected grandchildren's emotional closeness toward maternal grandparents. Geographical proximity was associated with the affective solidarity between grandchildren and maternal grandparents. The effects of normative solidarity were not shown at both lineages.

A Study on a Philosophical Foundation of Intergenerational Christian Education : The Significance of Reciprocity and Participation (세대통합 기독교교육의 철학적 토대에 관한 연구 : 호혜성과 참여를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore implications for intergenerational Christian education in Korean churches and families that struggle with "generational fragmentations" focusing on the conception of reciprocity and participation. For the faith community in Korea, "generational fragmentations" does not merely mean communication gaps or the disconnection between generations but also the absence of reciprocity and communal participation as a genuine intergenerational community of faith. With this phenomenon in mind, this study explores the concept of "intergenerationality" in education, focusing on reciprocity and participation. Next, this study examines the concepts of reciprocity and participation found in John Dewey's seminal works, Democracy and Education and Experience and Education based on his ideas of democracy and experience in relation to intergenerational Christian education for the Korean church and families. The present paper then attempts to find implications for intergenerational Christian education in the Korean church and family, showing the importance of an intergenerational community of faith with reciprocity and communal participation, and communal spiritual journey with children and adults.

The Relationship between Leisure Passion, Self-Realization, and Psychological Well-being of Participants in Leisure Activities of Baby boomers (베이비붐세대 여가활동 참여자의 여가열정과 자아실현 및 심리적 행복감의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being for baby boomers who regularly participate in leisure activities, and to provide basic data for baby boomers to participate in leisure sports based on this. This study required the study of baby boomers born between 1995 and 1963 who participated in leisure activities in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province to fill out a questionnaire using the convenient sampling method among non-probability sampling. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis were conducted through the SPSS 20.0 program to achieve the purpose of the study with a total of 310 data processing analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, it was found that leisure passion has an effect on self-realization. Second, self-realization is affecting psychological well-being. Third, it was found that leisure passion affects psychological well-being. Therefore, it was found that all paths had a statistically significant effect on the relationship between leisure passion, self-realization, and psychological well-being according to the leisure participation of baby boomers. In addition, leisure passion was found to have an indirect effect on psychological well-being, indicating that it had a mediating effect.

Classification and Analysis of Next Generation Mobile Communications Services (차세대 이동통신 서비스 분류 및 분석)

  • In this paper, we classify next generation mobile communications services into service categories and develop service evolution scenarios for developing the next generation mobile communications service roadmap in NGMC Forum. Firstly, Service categories are defined based on the purpose of service usage. Secondly, the services are classified into the categories and their relationship is analyzed. The candidates of services to be classified and analyzed include all kinds of services discussed in a conceptual level as well as current mobile/Internet services. Finally, we develop a service evolution scenario in each service category. When the next generation service road map is developed based on the results of this paper, it is expected to secure the initiative and enhance the competitive edge in the field of the next generation mobile communications.

Factors Affecting Perception of Intergenerational Solidarity: Focused on the Comparisons of Age Group Differences (세대통합인식에 영향을 미치는 요인: 연령집단 간 비교를 중심으로)

  • This study aims to investigate the relationship between filial piety, family exchange, and social exchange and perception of intergenerational solidarity and to find the differences of those relationships among different age groups. '2017 Age Integration Survey' data, which were collected under the support of Social Science Korea (SSK) project of National Research Foundation of Korea. 300 participants for each three age group such as the young, middle-aged and older adult were randomly selected among 1,017 and data were analyzed by structural equation modeling method. Findings were as follows. Firstly, filial piety, family exchange, social exchange affected the perception of intergenerational solidarity. Secondly, there is a significant difference in those relationships among different age groups. Family exchange and social exchange were statistically significant variables to explain the perception of intergenerational solidarity in the young age group; filial piety, family exchange, and social exchange, all three variables were related statistically significantly to the perception of intergenerational solidarity in the middle-aged group. For older adult group, filial piety and social exchange appeared as the significant variables. Based on these findings, several suggestions in policies and practices were made to increase the perception of intergenerational solidarity by reflecting the characteristics of each age groups.

The Effect of Young Generation's Fairness Perception on Hopelessness: Mediating Effect of Perceived Control and Moderating Effect of Self-Esteem (청년세대의 공정성 인식이 무망감에 미치는 영향: 통제감의 매개효과와 자존감의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of the young generation's Fairness perception on the hopelessness at the present time when the hopelessness of the future that young generation is experiencing is growing with social interest. This study examined the mediating effects of the perceived control and moderating effect self-esteem between the fairness perception and the hopelessness of the young generation. For this purpose, the self-reporting data of 313 young people in their 20s and 30s were collected. The results were as follows: First, fairness awareness was positively correlated with perceived control and self-esteem, and the hopelessness was negatively correlated with fairness awareness, perceive control and self-esteem. Second, perceived control mediated between fairness perception and the hopelessness, Third, self-esteem moderated the relationship between the fairness perception and the hopelessness. The high self-esteem group showed little change in hopelessness due to fairness perception while the low self-esteem group showed a big change in hopelessness due to fairness perception, which means that high self-esteem plays a role in alleviating hopelessness when fairness perception is low. The results of this study can be used as basic data to plan ways to improve mental health and quality of life.

The Impact of Generation Z's Consumer Characteristics on the E-commerce Industry (Z세대의 소비 특성이 이커머스 산업에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the impact of Generation Z's consumer characteristics on the E-commerce industry using data from 60 respondents through an online survey. Generation Z, accustomed to the digital environment and quickly adopting new technologies, is noted as a strong consumer group. The study results indicate that value-driven and digital-friendly consumption significantly impact E-commerce usage. This suggests that E-commerce companies should enhance the digital experience and emphasize social responsibility and ethical values in their marketing strategies. These findings provide foundational data for effectively analyzing and responding to Generation Z's consumer characteristics in the E-commerce market.
